Really nice and clean place. Owner is cool as heck!! They have a few RV spots which I needed. I’ll stay here again when I need an RV spot when in Omaha, NE.

So its only getting for stars because i personally, dont like trailer home communities, however for being what it is, its a very well taken care of mobile home community of mostly elderly and retired individuals. Every resident must maintain their trailer/lot and adhere to certain codes certain codes, rules, and regulations. Thus the end result is a community of nice, neat, and well kept homes. If youre planning on retiring this place may be worth a look for you.

Nice quiet little neighborhood. Neighbors are wonderful polite people except a few nosy ones. My dad loves living there but there are lots of rules ie. No pets unless youre visiting, not allowed to have a window air conditioner, guests have to park at the entrance of the trailer park or somewhere else off the property if visiting overnight, landlord was very rude & yelled at my dad for something before giving a notice or warning, always keep your yard spotless & kept up 🙄😒

We lived here for 2 years for husbands job. Beautiful place, well manicured and the Owners and manager are the best people around. You wont regret staying here. I love this place and the people!

Think it is pretty crappy they opened the pool so late and closed it so early when the management said they would keep it open cause they screwed up and opened it late!!!!
