They have everything I need for any craft project. Very clean store and very well laid out.

I am new to town and this was my first visit to this location. The layout was unfamiliar but still intuitive enough that I was able to quickly locate the product I was looking for. The real gem, though, was the cashier. His name is Luke. He was so sweet and friendly and it made my day. His engaging personality and quick smile are the hard-to-come-by natural charm that cant be taught. I will definitely be back!

A very clean well organized store. All staff that I had opportunity to interact with were friendly and knowledgable. Everything that I needed was easy to find, and the selection was very good. Prices are very comparable to most other parts and craft supply stores. All in all, I highly recommend them

Nice area cabins are fine owners very nice and friendly. Slight hiccups for me is coffee only brews 4 cups and takes a long time . Only has small shower and lots of bees around the cabins. Not a huge issue but worth noting

Theres a ton of different things to buy. Make sure to sign up for rewards and coupons to make it cheaper

Great place to get your Halloween or fall decorations

Came in for frames & gesso. I could not find the gesso & there were no employees to help except 1- checkout clerk & the girl in the framing dept. I was told that in the future I could find the product I was looking for by looking on the Michaels app to find the location in the store. I guess thats a way to have less help.

Went there with my niece and its temporarily closed. Id imagine because of Covid-19, but then post that on your website or Google so people dont waste time going all the way out there.

Employees are rude and walked by as by husband could have used help picking stuff up off the ground. I thought that was very rude cause she looked down at him and then walked right past him

Overpriced and limited selection.

We couldnt find the item we wanted, but the sales lady helped us look for it. Michaels did carry it, so she explained how to get a product that was even better. We were very grateful for that info.

I love taking the kids here for their Make It craft days. We have so much fun as a family creating great memories. My only problem is leaving without adding a few $ to my bill. The kids always find something to buy.

Had a bunch of good sales and found things I needed and things I wanted. Even things I didnt know I wanted, of course. Although they were out of some journal books I was looking for. Otherwise I enjoy going to Michaels and finding so many great things for projects. I get so inspired.

Took the ticket to the register to buy the cricut maker. Waited for 15 minutes only to be told they were sold out. Better awareness of inventory is needed.

Love Michaels. I have never had a real big problem finding what I need here. Every now and then just like with other stores, they dont always have a really specific item but thats never really a big problem for me. Love this place and the staff is very helpful and fun.

This store has everything youre looking for when it comes to crafts and creativity. Pictures, jewelry, yarn, beads, paper, etc. The list is endless. I could spend hours in this store, simply browsing.

I went here last September. For the LGBT center in La Crosse. I needed supplies to assemble a memorial table for suicide awareness month. I got emotional. A manager found all kinds of coupons & discounts for the items Ipurchased. They were so friendly & helpful!!
