The website was easy to navigate and all the information about the bike was laid out, nothing seemed to be hidden. The sales staff was exceptional. I asked for some information on a bike after hours, and they got back to me right away the next morning. I was able to apply for financing through their website that same morning, and was approved to purchase a bike, all before noon (on a Saturday!). The process was super easy. When my boyfriend and I went to pick up the bike we were at the shop for maybe 30 minutes, tops. I signed for the loan, all questions we had were answered, and we were able to hit the road quickly. Had our side by side up there for 2 months. only fix two things and one of which we hadnt even asked for the rest of the things that we wanted fixed they did not and told us that they did not know what to do with it. Felt like they were just done with our machine and wanted it out of there.

Purchased a 2019 Honda Pioneer 700 full cab with heater. I had a couple of loose radiator hoses that werent fully tightened when it left the dealer. I didnt know that was the problem at the time. 2Brothers has an excellent pickup/delivery system. I live about 45 min away from the dealer, and have no trailer. They worked with me and charged very little for the pickup and return of my UTV. Ive had no leaks since they tightened down all the radiator hoses. Runs great and have had a blast since.

I finally purchased a new Honda Pioneer after debating it for quite some time. My salesman, Bryce, was very patient and personable during the whole process. I especially liked that he let me make the decision to buy a Honda and did not criticize other brands while I was figuring out the best fit for me. I look forward to working with this dealer again in the future when my old four wheeler finally quits.

2Brothers Powersports was a great dealer to work with. Im located several hours away from their location, and I saw a 2002 VTX 1800 for sale on CycleTrader.com that I wanted to purchase. The salesperson that assisted me over the phone, Logan, was very friendly and helpful. He recorded a video walk-around of the bike, answered all of my questions, and allowed me to make the down payment on the bike over the phone while working with me to schedule an in-person viewing of the bike.Tom with the finance team was also easy to work with. My application went through without issues, and they were able to get me in earlier than expected for my meeting to close on the purchase. The shop staff were very helpful, and helped me load the bike onto the trailer and performed some light detailing for me as well.As great as the shopping experience was, the support experience was what made this a truly memorable purchase. Upon completing the three hour drive home, I would that the rear brake on the bike was having some issues. I contacted the dealership, and Ben, the owner, arranged to have the bike picked up ASAP to return to their shop to perform service and then had the bike returned to me the next day. My home is a six hour round trip from their location, and I didnt get any pushback or contention from Ben about servicing the bike when an issue was found.2Brothers Powersports has an amazing team all around, and I will absolutely be looking to purchase from them again when Im looking for my next recreational vehicle. Awesome, awesome experience.

Very good experience when buying atv. I was looking at new but was also shown used. Delivery was included as I did not have a large enough trailer. I had a snow blade put on and when the winch cable broke, a man came to my place and repaired it. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. When I get a newer one, it will be from them.

Most expensive place Ive been for changing out tires on motorcycles, they charged me over 75$ with bringing just the wheel in.. they dont have a huge selection of bikes. They do have some nice ones though. Id buy a bike from here, but probably would go somewhere else to get work done on a bike.

After much time spent on his end, he found a new one in a different state for me. They picked it up and got it in super quick. He spent a lot of time on it due to complications from the factory and Im not even sure he came out super ahead on it. But his integrity and service came out on top. And I am thrilled with my new Honda mower! He even have me a full 5 minute tutorial on operation and maintenance. (Ive never received that before) All I can do is thank Jason and his team for their help and service. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Had to fix the gas gauge on my Yamaha moped. They picked it up from my home promptly, fixed it and returned it very quickly. When they returned it I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they washed it up and later found that they replaced some missing screws on the battery cover. Top notch service.

The level of customer service I received from the Service Manager Ben G, and the Sales Manager Eric W is unmatched from any dealership I have done business with. They stand behind the vehicles they sell, and their relationship with you does not end when you drive off the lot. Ben G nearly has superpowers, he was able to rectify an issue I was having with my Honda after I took delivery from 300 miles away. He had constant communication with another dealership in my hometown on my behalf, my expectations were far exceeded. I would vote higher than 5 stars if I could.
