I came by to upgrade my phone to the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The store was out. When I asked when they would be getting another one in, the guy did not know. He says that they dont tell him, but he thinks they may be getting ONE tomorrow. Yes, ONE.AT&T, I hope that some one from corporate is reading this. You only give your store ONE of the most popular phones on the market at a time? You dont even let your people know for sure if they will even be getting that phone?From a retail management standpoint, this is a horrible business practice. You need to do better.The only reason I am giving this store even two stars is because I liked the employee. This is NOT his fault.

Horrible experience. In order to upgrade to a newer phone I was forced to give up why lifetime lower-cost call lean plan. The store rep quoted me one price but when I got home AT&T sent me my estimated price almost $25 higher per month which equates to $300 per year. And when I called customer service they didn’t care. What a lousy company, after over 10 years I’m going to check out the prices of Verizon which I am guessing will be less but I am positive they’ll have decent customer service. Shame on AT&T for resorting to age old con games for their customers.

Mickie is an asset to AT&T! She was able to help me with everything from start to finish!! Very knowledgeable and patient. She is definitely in it for the customer and that shines through her!! I can’t say enough good things about Mickie!!

If you need a new phone or need help with your phone, ask for Mickie! She was amazing and extremely helpful. If I ever need anything phone related, I’m calling her.

Store was clean and the employee was nice. Didnt have the smart watch i wanted to get. Did offer to have it shipped to me though.

Got a new phone and new contact same-old but still a good deal.

No rating, but store is in very beginning stages of being built. I’d say this spring or early summer it will be complete and open. Just a heads up for anyone trying to visit it.

We were with at&t many years in FLA when we moved here3years ago tower closed where virizen tower is now I called at&t they knew nothing about todays att scary just pay and dont ask questions

New Building, great staff.

Drove to this store from winona and it isnt even open. rude. literally says its open until 6 pm and the building wasnt even close to being finished.
