We loved working with sales staff. Helpful and knowledgeable (although not informed that waiting a day would save us another $80 as sale went from 7% to 10%). Luckily we waited. We were told the bed was in stock and got delivered that same week, right on time.Oddly, we did not receive a call the day before with a 2 hour window, but we called the store and got the times. The delivery guy even called when they were 20 minutes away to confirm, really appreciated this. Crew of 3 made quick work of hauling in and setting up a solid oak king sized bed. We’re very happy with their work. We were the first (?) install of the day, so not sure if this made the difference, but they said they had like 15 or more other deliveries to make that day, not all in LaCrosse, but all over the area, so whatever they are paid, it isn’t enough!

Our sales person, Mike Boileau, was not pushy at all. He was available with suggestions, answered questions, basically in the background. He definitely knew his product. We appreciate the quality of the furniture and service.

Sammie was patient and good to work with in sales. Delivery did not go well, however. Was supposed to receive the two orders separately. Delivery crew showed up with both orders on truck. Two items were broken. One couch was stained in two different spots. One delivery guy said he’d document the broken items and I’d hear back from customer care. Delivery crew left behind several pieces of styrofoam. Guy just said sorry. Not sure what white glove delivery means if there’s trash and styrofoam left behind. I will say they did help with breaking down old furniture to be moved. Next day received no follow up on broken items. There was no documentation of stained couch which guy assured me he would take care of. I followed up myself and was connected to customer care who was helpful, I believe Haley was her name. One of broken coffee tables was entered wrong to be replaced. That was fixed. One lost star for delivery issues. Another lost star for no follow up on broken items. Spent over $12 k at store and received poor service after purchasing. Customer care and sales were good.

Eric was great! He was helping me piece a bedroom set together- we was very patient and was moving furniture around for me to be able to see it all together and we was very nice to our 7 year old daughter that was with. We were very happy with him!

Just received our Purple mattress and am highly impressed with HOM furniture and the delivery team. Most times when given a window for delivery or services you spend a lot of time waiting around- not today! HOM advised between 1145 and 145- and called at 1125 advising they would be there in 20 mins- and they were👏 Definitely recommending to others in the future. Thank u!!

Hom is a great place to shop for furniture. It has an abundance of furniture in almost any style one would want. They will also customize if you need another color, etc.Ryan is a wonderful salesman, very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’m not sure if words can truly describe the effort Nicholas put into helping me. He and Emily were both extremely influential in getting me some furniture pieces—that had been discontinued on top of everything. Nicholas went through all the hoops for me and never complained a bit. And it was not an easy feat on what I was looking for-but he scoured all the Hom stores to find it. He was very down to earth/realistic in setting the expectations with me but was very, very helpful and definitely went the extra mile, which is not a quality you see these days in most. Waited almost 6 months for a custom sectional. One of the cushions was the wrong dimensions. Had to wait another 2 months for the correct one. Was not told when the correct cushion was in, so could have had it sooner had someone reached out to me. Was offered $120 refund for the hassle. Almost 30 days later with no refund and no reply after 2 emails. Called today and was told they are working on it.

Was alittle disappointed they didnt have what I wanted in stock and it was quite few weeks out for ordering. But every other place had similar waiting, I ended up choosing hom furniture over other places near me mainly because of the absolute wonderful customer service, he seemed genuine, very friendly, all mixed with nice sense of humor. Even answered all of my questions without sounding scripted. I appreciate they let you look around before bugging you every few mins like other places. Their prices are reasonable and mostly lower then other similar stores. Even got me to put money down on a couch. I will definitely be return customer

I bought a new couch, coffee table, and area rug from them a couple months ago, and I love my new furniture so much!! I worked with Mary, and she was absolutely awesome! They were running really good sales the weekend I was in, and I feel like I got a great deal on very high quality furniture. There were some delays (because of Covid-19), and they were great at keeping in touch about expected delivery time. I will say, theyre very skilled salespeople. On my rug, I bought a care plan, a rug pad, and a cleaning kit. I have pets, so I appreciate the additional items, but I probably wouldnt have bought it if Mary hadnt talked it up. Its been a couple months since my furniture was delivered, and it still makes me super happy! Thanks HOM for being awesome!

Ordered furniture before Christmas, our salesperson told us delivery would be mid to late January. We accepted delivery Jan. 27,2021. The delivery gentlemen notified us when they were 10 minutes out which allowed us to kennel our dog. We are extremely pleased with Hom Furniture customer service and product.

I was researching new mattresses, had my mind made up I wanted a traditional mattress. Then the sales person introduced me to the Purple brand mattress. Completely changed my mind on my next mattress!

We went in knowing what we wanted but to see the options and had a lot of questions. We had two staff that were very patient and helpful. Came out with what we wanted knowing we were supported.

We had a great experience with DeSean in Onalaska. We were looking for a patio furniture set, late in the season which meant availability was slim, and DeSean spent the time contacting other stores and finding the pieces we were looking to find. Throughout the process he took the time to understand what we wanted and kept in touch with us, working diligently to make it happen. We will definitely seek him out for help again in the future.

The sales associate we worked with was not pushy. She understood we knew what we wanted and showed us the colors. Explained when it would be in store for us to pick up and what the process for pick up is.

Waited 19 days to get our bed frame/headboard set and our new mattress.... drove there, picked it up, got it home, took headboard out of the box and it is BROKEN. My husband called customer service right away and the lady said they will get back to him in 5-7 business days... We live 50 minutes from the store so now we have to wait to set up our whole bed frame with our new bed even longer. Now we are probably going to have to drive it back up there as well. This was an expensive frame/headboard set! Our boxes with our items in it were also banged up/coming open as well. The only reason there is one star is because the person who sold us these items was super good to work with. People need to be more careful with other people’s items! Will NOT be purchasing from here again.

I am impressed by Hom furniture. I already preferred to buy my furniture there but my recent experience solidified that.I bought a floor model massage chair that failed. Hom furniture made it right. They could have left me out in the cold since there was no warranty. Instead they took the chair back and I ordered a new one. I recommend the Cozzia massage chairs they sell. It’s very much like having a real massage and I’m convinced it’s good for your health.An interior decorator friend of mine told me the history of Hom furniture and told me they are good to their customers. He was right!

The Rambler arrived earlier than the proposed delivery date, which was a nice treat. The sections were wrapped well and fully assembled. It is the MOST AMAZING couch EVER! I have a small living room with no firm boundaries, so I can rearrange the pieces in numerous ways and they all look inviting. (My poor husband comes home to a different arrangement every few days! Ha!)The sectional is solid yet soft, with a durable, almost denim fabric, in the loveliest ocean shade that matches anything! The pieces stay where you put them when sitting around, yet move easily when the urge strikes.(Ironically, the sofa is made in CA, but my CA sister, who wants the same couch, cannot get one.)
