I sympathize with people who have had bad experiences, but I have to say every pharmacist Ive had interactions with here have been great. Very empathetic, and helpful. Which is a saint like quality for anyone who has to work at wal-mart, let alone the pharmacy.I wish everyone good luck in their travels dealing with the medical industry

This is a useless pharmacy and the techs are super unfriendly and unhelpful. There is a reason they are working here, they cant get hired somewhere better. If you can, go ANYWHERE else.

Andrea the pharmacist needs to go back to school. She delayed my Moms prescriptions over missing diagnosis codes on the RX. Little did she know Im a practicing pharmacist myself and they were definitely NOT needed. She knew she was wrong but dug her heels in anyway. Your ego just lost you 13 scripts a month. You can do better.

Overall a terrible pharmacy. Refuses to fill prescriptions when they were giving the approval from the doctors office, and does not know anything about the patients medical history just assumes, does not update insurance when it is showing up inactive just bills the patient and makes them pay for it. Andrea please go back to school and find another profession to pursue cause you suck as a pharmacist. Apparently I am not the only one who thinks so as well.

In the past year this is what I have experienced:They look up the patient by birth date which they have wrong in their computer system. They say each time that they will fix it. So every time I go its a hassle to find the rx. Customer service does not hide the fact that they are irritated with you. 2/3/18 9:30 am.The automated refill system does not work all the time. When you go to pick up your refill that you called in and its not ready, its over an hour wait. They are not willing to call you when it is ready.My doctors office called in a script when I was right there. Walmart said they did not get a phone call and were not willing to give the doctors office a call to fill it while I was there.Needless to say Im sure the reasons above is whey the customer service is lacking.I have to get a certain medication at Walmart. But it wont be this Walmart.

This place is an absolute joke! I would give it negative stars if it were possible! Never a time where there isn’t some type of hassle or problem getting a script filled here. It’s almost as if they get a kick out of making people wait on the meds the need and not giving a damn! They have a plethora of excuses and reasons at their disposal that they will throw at you to make sure it’s never an easy, pleasant, quick painless experience to get a script filled. No matter what it’s for or from what Dr it comes from!

They are very slow there is a young woman that is sweet here and one red head thats nice but all the other older people are rude to you and give you nasty looks i also had them give out information that was personal information and unnecessary to my dr for no reason and i should and thinking about the HIPA law and suing them dont use this pharmacy!
