An incredibly kind, calm, and personable owner. The owner carefully explains everything in great detail and the price for us to rent an instrument was great. The rental also eventually applies to purchasing the instrument (viola). I highly recommend giving The Violin Shoppe a chance.

I highly recommend renting your instrument from Werner. On top of incredible depth of knowledge in his field, we could ask for no better advocate for a musician. He has been fair and understanding with us and our 7-year-old daughter from the very first day we went to his shop, and over the years has helped us pick new instruments when our girl outgrew old ones - as well as patiently repairing all the oopses that sometimes come part and parcel to being a young violinist.

Quiet but passionate, takes the time to help our children pick or an instrument they like. Applies rental fee to purchasing a new instrument... Even if its a different one.
