I purchased a 2008 Lexus IS250 from Carlos Santos. Let me preface this with the service (at the time of sale) was good. However, Carlos told us that he would put a new battery in the car since the cars original battery was dead. The day we went to see the vehicle, the battery was dead and they had to pop the lock in order to get in to the car. He made it clear to me that he would be putting in a new battery in the car prior to us finalizing the sale at the end of the week.We picked up the car a few days later, and 6 days after the purchase was final, the battery was dead. Leaving me stranded in Fort Lauderdale at 2 am in the morning. I had to jump start the car three times that weekend and ended up having to purchase a brand new battery. Carlos DID NOT DO AS HE SAID! I called Carlos to gain some understanding about the dishonesty. He immediately minimized the situation and told me that it was just a battery issue and that he could do nothing about it. He reminded me that I got a good deal, as though I should just be grateful. He didnt appear to care that his word as a business man was not credible, and that he put a dying battery in a car just to make a sale.This was dishonest and disappointing. I cant imagine him being so nonchalant about the battery issue if it had been his wife stranded on the streets due to the dishonesty of a dealer. I will not be recommending anyone to this dealership moving forward.

It took me the whole day to look for an affordable but reliable car. Was been praying to God to have a new car on the same day and God truly is a God of promises; He directed my path to this people whom I bought my car. This is the last store that I came in to inquire for a car that suits my needs, right then I knew God gave me the answer of my prayer as Carlo, the owner is so helpful in giving me options, recommendations and educating me about each brand of the car and give me a wider understanding on why I should take the car that I felt in love with in the beginning. This couple is loving, they treat their customer as if their family. After we closed the deal, I still have one last problem which is to drop off my rental car. Obviously I cant drive two cars at the same time, Carlo then offered to drive my rental car so we could go together and drop it and I would not have a problem with that. I think thats very rare for an owner to do that to their customer. Aside from that, as mentioned, It took me the whole day to look for a car, most of the dealers have a dealership fee and have so many hidden payments, this store draw me because it has no dealer fee and their prices are very reasonable for the products they have. They didnt convince me because of their kindness but because I feel the geniune interest of their business and they are customer oriented professionals. Their focus is the quality and quantity of sales instead of the prices. If you are like me, a young woman or a person who set so many standards in looking for a great deal and a realiable car; look no further no more this is the solution. I promise you, you wont regret it. Until now this couple are very attentive to my needs like car registration and all other paper stuff I needed in the road. Not satisfied. Worst car buying experience ever.They sold me a car with a problem, they said they would fix it. I returned my car to get it fixed, 3 weeks later, went back, nothing was done to the car. It took them 2 months to give me my license plates.At the beginning, they were nice, but very poor post customer service.This experience costed me $900 dollars on an air conditioning leak repair, $300 dollars on an ABS fault sensor, and a lot of time going back and forth to them and trying to get this issue fixed.I do not recommend these guys.Cars look good, but it’s all a make up!Be careful, shop around.
