I rarely review companies I do business with online because, honestly, most dont really wow me. Im a small, one-person embroidery and heat press shop, so in the scheme of things, Im super small potatoes. I placed an order with United Thread on Wednesday afternoon. I needed another Durkee hoop, and they have incredible prices. I had an 18 shirt order on the docket for the weekend, and was hopeful it would get here by Saturday, but wasnt counting on it. It arrived Thursday around 10am. When the UPS guy came, I was not expecting it to be part of my order from United Thread. I literally did a happy dance. :) I also ordered some thread and some needles (again, great prices!) and those came Friday morning. Im very impressed at the speed in which my order was processed and, even though they have no control over UPS, the speed in which it was delivered. They literally made my weekend. Hats off, guys, and I will definitely be back!

The general manager is rude to customers,and is always eating in her desk and courses in Spanish and English all day!..Stay away from that place you need tread go online is cheaper

It is a very good option to order by phone before arriving at the location since the showroom is temporarily closed due to COVID reasons. I did not know and it took me less than 10 minutes to call to place the order and they will dispatch me. Keep up the good work I congratulate you
