Store service manager is very helpful. I buy my John Deere parts at this store and both the guys, in parts, are knowledgeable and patient when dealing with me.

YOU WOULD THINK A TRACTOR PLACE WOULD BE WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL SINCE THEY ARE SELLING 1000S OF DOLLAR EQUIPMENT...BUT THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM IT!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEEEEERRRRRR!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE OR YOU GET TRANSFERRED AND IT RINGS TILL YOU GET A VOICE MAIL. NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK EITHER IF YOU LEAVE ONE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT WHEN YOU GO IN ALL THE MEN THAT ARE WORKING THERE ARE STANDING IN A GROUP BEHIND THE COUNTER BULLSHITTING WITH EACH OTHER AND ACT LIKE YOU DONT EXIST. WHEN YOU ORDER PARTS THEY NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE IN BECAUSE EVIDENTLY THEY HAVE NO TRACKING SYSTEM!!! NO ONE OVER THERE EVER KNOWS ANYTHING. AND INSTEAD OF OFFERING TO RETURN A CALL IF SOMEONE IS BUSY THE RECEPTIONIST TELLS YOU TO CALL BACK LATER! LIKE WTH?? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I HOPE THE CORPORATE OFFICE SEES THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS PLACE NEEDS A SWIFT KICK IN THE ASS! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

THEY GOT ME PARTS NO ONE ELSE EVEN GAVE A #### TO ORDER, I THINK THERE GREAT!!

They dont call when your parts come in or when theyre finished working on your equipment. It would sit there FOREVER if you didnt call to check. Also they lose parts to your equipment and then make you pay to replace what they lost! Dont recommend this place.
