The prices are ridiculous for an air mattress. Not to mention the salesmen attempt to belittle you, if you cant afford their exorbitant prices!

I came into the store and had a great experience with Missy! She was helpful & provided me with all information to understand the differences between all the bed options. I tried out almost all the mattresses and pillows and felt comfortable just asking questions. Left with a few quotes on my two favorites and ones on sale to discuss further with my husband. The next day - we went back together and made our first sleep number purchase! I can’t wait for our bed to be delivered and sleep to be improved forever!

Wouldn’t know how I like the bed because it still isn’t been delivered. Ordered the bed. They said it would take three weeks due to weather conditions. Finally it’s the day. We receive an email that it’ll be between 3-7 and the day of the delivery, you’re able to track the ETA. ETA says 5:30. I am on the way home from work and receive be a call that they are there at 4. I tell them I am 10 min away from the house. And they said they WONT wait and that we must reschedule. It is a whole OTHER month until the next delivery date. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why have an ETA if it isn’t accurate at all. And how can they not wait 10 min for some one, especially since they just waited 3 weeks already. And now I have to wait a whole 4 weeks. Thinking about cancelling my order.

Missy was extremely helpful in ordering the bed i needed for my husband and I. We havent received the bed yet but looking forward to a good night sleep.

This store lacks the fortitude to complete a simple sale. They forgot to schedule my delivery date for Monday. I came back early from a trip and slept on a hard floor to find out it will be another week because they forgot to schedule. Their customer service and their store manager left me with an entire day of on holds with customer service. Only to be insulted with we will refund the delivery fees but you have to wait a week. No one above the store manager was willing to speak with us personally. I canceled my order. They don’t make it easy to cancel plus I had to drive across town with the pillows and topper to get my money returned.

We had the wonderful opportunity to work with William at the Orange Park store. Such an awesome person, he was very patient and answered all of our questions and at NO point was he pushy like a lot of sales associates in other businesses can be. We will definitely suggest visiting this store.

Our experience was great. The staff is friendly and attentive. There was no pressure to buy or trying to steer us into buying something out of our comfortable price range. The products really do sell themselves and I feel comfortable recommending friends and family to shop here.

The in-store experience was very nice and professional. But the information that was taken down was not correct so we gave away our bed the morning our bed was supposed to be delivered and we did not get our bed until the next evening. We called the store associate and they were supposed to call us back and they never did. We called customer service twice and they could only say that they were Rescheduling the delivery for the next day. Which left us sleeping on the floor. [email protected]

Missy was our sleep bed expert. She was wonderful and not pushy. We had taken a quote and left to talk about it and she was fine with that. Did not give us a hard time at all. We came back and bought the bed from her that afternoon. Great store and great staff.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by a saleslady but she didnt follow me around while I looked at the different types of beds when I had questions she was there to answer my question. Then the fun part began when she had me lie on different beds to see how each one worked. I finally picked one I liked and the real fun began as I was showed how I can get different numbers to get my most comfort position while in bed and what my number was to achieve the best comfort while sleeping it turns out it was #45..We bought the whole mattress plan and actually paid in cash for the whole product.

I received the cool memory foam pad this past week. It is very comfortable to sleep on but it travels across the bed. Ive already had to reposition the pad on the mattress 3 times. It would be beneficial If the product had spaced areas on the bottom surface that were sticky in some way to keep it where we put it on the mattress.

Great customer service here at this location. They will actually treat you right and give you the full presentation at this location. The sleep number at town centre is a joke. This is a great location if you want to try out some sleep number products.

Stopped by Sleep Number to check out what has changed since I last bought mine 9 years ago. Now they have bluetooth features and wireless controls. I enjoyed looking and comparing the old with the new. The salesman was extremely nice, informative, and patient with all my questions. When I decide to replace my Sleep Number, I shall return to this store.

William was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the many features of every product we looked at. This is the type of sales representitive everyone should expire too. We are very excited about our sleeping possibilities. Thank you Missy and William.

If I could give a zero I would! We paid $8000 for this overpriced air mattress! Mattress always went sideways. Called and complained 2 times. Deflate and inflate were their suggestions. Finally we tore the whole thing apart and tossed it to the road after 2 years! Beautyrest is the best.

Bought bed less then 1 year ago (8 months) on phone to get a service issue resolved because mattress is sliding off of the foot of the bed! Also the right side is having issues inflating/deflating because the hose keeps kinking because mattress is sliding... being told 25 year warranty doesnt cover this... ... VERY UPSET... its not even covered under 1 year! Will never buy from them again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. Took time with me. In the end I decided not to buy a bed but will be back to THIS store when I do.
