Aside from his crew of two “completing” the job but leaving it in this condition there is an additional, very serious issue that was immediately presented to Jacksonville Granite. We will see how the owner handles not only this shoddy work but the far more serious issue on Monday 6/5 when he arrives to repair the outlets.I will update this review afterwards!Monday 7/5/2021: Mike the owner came by as promised and corrected the all outstanding issues promptly and addressed the employee issue to my complete satisfaction. That said I will upgrade my overall review to a 3 based on the previous issues which were sub-par but his response was appropriate.

We had Mike and his team replace our counter tops. They did an excellent job! The staff as professional and helpful and we are very happy with our new counter tops.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I used to work there and Ive seen all the shady stuff they get away with. No wonder they dont have a good review...they screw their employees over and pay everyone salary and take away money if you miss hours but they dont compensate for the mass overtime they have us do.

Wow, the job that Jacksonville Granite did in our kitchen and bathroom was fantastic! They had challenges with our bathroom with the counter top and over came them. My experience with Olivia and all the staff at Jacksonville Granite was a great experience. Very quick response time and counters are beautiful. I shopped pricing with several companies and their pricing was the best. Olivia went above and beyond assisting with coordinating my counter and an old piece of granite I had. They assisted in polishing and smoothing out the old piece. What great customer service. Thank you to your entire company. Would definitely recommend!

Just OK, miscommunication about a seem in the middle of a drop down sink appeared out of no where that was not agreed upon with the original plan, they will come back very promptly but the final product was sloppy, trimmed freehand which was crooked  leaving bad gaps in very expensive quartz and office help has alot of attitude ! Over all looks ok

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE FINDING ANYONE WHO WOULD COME AND JUST TRIM MY GRANITE TO PUT IN A NEW SINK. BUT ALONG CAME MIKIE AND DID EXACTLY WHAT i NEEDED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. EVERYONE THERE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Hired them to replace a kitchen countertop after another company had done it incorrectly five times!! They did it right the first time, were extremely professional, and I am going to hire them to do our bathroom as well. By the way, the other company was Premier Surface located in Green Cove, they were horrible!!!

This is my second house that Mike and his crew have come and upgraded for me, because I was so pleased with their work the first time! Part of why I called him again is because of his excellent customer service before. They communicate well, come quickly and on-time, provide fair pricing, and are very clean & respectful of the clients home & property. When I found a teeny chip on the underside of my kitchen counter, I was devastated. Mike came out personally and fixed it so it was unnoticeable!OF COURSE I called them when I moved to my new house! This time they have Kaitlyn, who has an amazing eye & helped save me some money by recommending alternatives that I hadnt considered (her taste is flawless!) She knows how to mix and match patterns and gave me choices I would never have dreamt of... Still, when I had my heart set on finding a certain slab, she found it for me. The mix of patterns are gorgeous! Again, Mike & his crew came promptly, called ahead, worked quickly & were mindful not to let the cats out even though they had to move huge, heavy slabs in and out of my home (this is really impressive, as my cats are door dashers!) To know they were thoughtful enough to ask me to move my car so it wouldnt get dirty while they worked in my driveway was a nice touch. Remembering to close my garage door so no debris would get in? Also nice of them. And to see a huge guy sweeping up after himself at the end of the day? Bonus points.My new house is gorgeous. This is exactly what I wanted and Im so pleased with their work that I cant recommend them enough! I could have spent hours looking through their choices in granite & quartz so be prepared to spend time looking when you visit! From my first visit to their showroom to when they left my home after installation, everyone I talked to at Jacksonville Granite was helpful, friendly and professional. I had two small bathroom counters and two sinks that I wanted to upgrade. I found exactly what I wanted for the counter in their remnants; one piece large enough for both counters. They had great sinks, which I hadnt realized, and I ended up buying them there as well. They took their time with me to make sure I was going to be happy with my choices. Asked great questions. Once I signed off on the quote there was a a very fast turn-around from the time they came out to template the space until they were ready to install two weeks later. They arrived on time, were finished in an hour and a half, and the place was spotless when they left. Im really happy with the results and the experience as a whole. Experienced a very careless and rude driver from this company driving through South Carolina. Probably shouldnt advertise your company in giant letters all over your vehicle if you are going to drive like an a-hole

Despite a few glitches with things outside of their control, they just kept working the project was finished. So happy with the end result, they even made a couple of suggestions as the job was getting finished and made multiple trips out to make sure the install was perfect. This company went above and beyond, and treated me very well. End result is amazing!

Mike, Dominique and Tey are awesome! I got the template and installation done is less than a week. Beautiful, clean work. They took the time in explaining small things to me and making sure the installation was perfect. I am very pleased and definitely recommend Jacksonvile Granite.

Bottom line the quality of the product they use is great. However the communication is terrible. If you are a homeowner I would go elsewhere. They will not return calls in a timely manner, or return emails.

Stay away. They will sell and earn money off of your supply even if you tell them you want the left over pieces. I had enough marble left over to do my bathroom counter top and they sold it after I told them I wanted it for that purpose.

After taking forever to install the granite, they installed the wrong granite! They said they would fix it and discount the original quote they gave us. The new discounted quote was higher than the original price! And they refused to lower it. It was like they were trying to recover their costs from their own mistake. We asked for our money back and went to someone else.

I’m a long time customer. Mike did my oversized kitchen and a bathroom. Mikes team worked with me to stay under budget and Mike stands behind his work. There are not many businesses left that actually care about their customers once the job is done but Mike does.

This place is a Joke! They never seem to be able to hold up to a deadline that they agree upon! Which ends up letting down customers. The staff is very unprofessional and care more about the Daily Drama going on with each other them their customers!

Stay far away from Jacksonville Granite!!!!!!! Mikes crew did not arrive when planned and were days late (even though the date had been scheduled weeks in advance). When they finally did arrive they rushed through the project and made several very expensive mistakes. When mistakes were brought to Mikes attention he turned into a hot head and was belligerent with me. Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and choose another. He gets one star from me ONLY because I couldnt post this review without giving him at least one star..... what he deserves is negative 10 stars!

I am very disappointed with the service received from this business. My first order didnt make it on the truck and that caused a delay in the installation. Now the installers are here and the person who measures the template messed up so the material has to go back to the shop to finish. The end result is that I am having to reschedule the glass people again for the 2nd time. I am really disappointed with Jacksonville Granite.

I dont know how they are once they start a job. I requested an in home estimate and scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Im not going to beg someone to take my money. Ill find another granite installer.
