They were super nice to me when I walked into the store and they helped me with any questions I had and its just super nice they always give me a coupon to return I love it.

The shopping atmosphere in this store is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive or pushy. They maintain a lovely store.

We experienced horrible customer service today. I sprayed one air freshener and was rudely yelled at from the gossiping counter that the room sprays are not testers. No problem I gladly spend my money elsewhere!

Service and selection are not good. They have so many more fragrances and products available online. Wal-Mart and Bed, Bath and Beyond actually carry a better variety of Yankee Candle and have better prices than this store. And the people who work here are just flatout rude. I had to deal with so many snarky, weird comments while trying to pick out a candle. Strange experience. Never again.

They have no shortage of candles thats for sure Ive never seen so many customer service is above average as well and for once I have to say their prices are crazy high like most other places in the mall they are actually quite reasonable one of the few places I can shop at and not feel like Im being ripped off
