It took 3 trips to get a battery warranted then they wanted another dayDont buy anything from them.... I will never buy anything else from Duracell either.

Prompt service, when I entered the store I had no idea that they carried batteries for almost everything, even cars! This is definitely my shopping spot for batteries in the future.

Ryan and Mike did a good job replacing the my wifes and my iPhone batteries! The batteries were replaced accurately and in the time that was originally estimated. Ryan and Mike were very friendly and patient even though the store had many customers and there were several phone calls from customers with inquiries. Ryan and Mike also demonstrated a confidence in their knowledge, experience, and skills related to various battery needs, phone repairs, auto key FOBs and key cutting.

Fixed my Note 20 as a last minute walk in a few hours before closing with 2 more ahead of me. Was very quick when he got to mine. He kept saying he was about done like it was taking to long. It didnt he was very fast. Thanks for saving the day already had 3 different people refuse that day to work on it.

I will NOT buy another battery from these people ever again. I bought a car battery from a batteries plus store in Jacksonville and I was informed by a employee I could bring the core battery back to ANY batteries plus store . I come to this store and I was told they could not accept it because they are a different store. Walmart and any other auto parts stores take a core back regardless of whatever store you got it from. Either train your employees better or else. I do NOT recommend

Bought a couple deep cycle batteries from this store-kid behind the counter claimed the computer system was down so he could not process the core refund the day I purchased the batteries said there was nothing he could do until the system came back up. I have still yet to see the core refund and that has been several months now, they claim they have no record of the cores being turned in. Fast forward a little so now the batteries I purchased are bad, won’t hold a charge so I take them to the store for an exchange (12 month warranty) Fernando the counter kid refuses to exchange them or refund my money and is now claiming the batteries are damaged and has offered me a discount on the same batteries. Little does Fernando know but I took pictures of the batteries prior to bringing them to the store because some of us are smarter then the battery store kid.I have been in contact with the warranty and customer service reps and the store manager (Mike) will not return a call.

I brought in a wrecked phone that I tried to replace a battery by watching a U Tube video...disaster...they ordered the correct battery only to find I had wrecked the connection on the motherboard of my phone, so they couldnt connect. I must give the associate credit for trying so hard to make the connection work...but it was hopeless. And after I purchased my new phone, the battery was useless to me and the new battery they ordered never was connected, the gave me a refund less the labor charge. What a great bunch of guys to deal with. Ill be back with my future battery and bulb needs. Thanks again guys..

Most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced from Mr. Fernando at the Orange Park location. I needed help with an online order and I had trouble contacting the story where the order was placed. I called the Orange Park location in hopes that I may be able to change my order to their location. The guy who answered the phone not only called the other location where the order was placed for me, but he also called me back to let me know what the current issue was. He didn’t have to do any of that given that I didn’t place the order at his location. He went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!

I wasn’t going to post but after leaving a bad company review and getting no response I decided to leave a google review as they asked me to. Ordered a security system battery online. Went to pick it up. 2 clerks in store with no masks in sight. The company obviously doesn’t care about their customers. Sad.

The ordering process was easy and the pricing for the car battery was better than auto parts stores for similar batteries. The pickup was also awesome. The associate took out the old and put in the new one very efficiently

Great customer service and care! Went in for a charging port replacement on my IPhone, come to find out there was lint and gunk inside of it not allowing a charge. They cleaned it out free of charge. They could have just replaced it and charged me. Their honesty and trustworthiness in this day and age is refreshing! Definitely going back for any needed services in the future!

I went in today because my digital camera wasnt working. I knew that by going to Batteries Plus, I could try a battery to see if that was the issue. Camera still didnt work. Angie and the repair technician went out of their way to see if they could help me trouble shoot what could be wrong with my camera. I bought the battery, came home and tried one of their suggestions and voila! My camera is now working.

All of the gentlemen were professional and upbeat. They fixed my phone screen while I went out shopping for a few hours. Highly recommend.

They started out good 5 star actually but when they had to replace the start button and before they ordered the part they said they would fix in 2 hours and ready for pickup in 2 hours. After we waited in area for 2 hours after call to see if was ready was told 24! Umm no, not what you said. He said no we said 24 um no, thats called a lie. I dont mind mistakes in words just own up to it dont lie.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We went in on a Saturday November 18th to get my husbands phone screen replaced. They didn’t have the part but the guy said they could order it on Monday and it would come in either Wednesday or the following Monday (due to Thanksgiving). We called on Wednesday to see if the part happened to come in and we were informed that it was never ordered. At that point they said they would order it and it would be in the following week. Called again on Monday the 27th and it was yet again not ordered. Then today, the 3rd, we got a call that the part came in. We dropped his phone off around 11:15 and they said it would take about two hours. We got a call at 1 saying that it would not be done until 3 or 4 o’clock. We then went back into the store around 2, we were informed that they were just starting on it and it should take about 30 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for half an hour, my husband went back and just to be told that they didn’t feel comfortable putting the screen on. So now, we wasted our entire day for nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Im only giving them to Stars because my first encounter with them everyone was very pleasant and very nice I have gotten my Galaxy S6 screen and LCD fixed by them about two and a half weeks ago. Before I left the store I also purchased a glass screen protector and upon leaving I noticed a raised bubble that looked embedded in the screen itself on the far right side. Now two weeks from getting my phone fixed from them I noticed that bubble is no longer there it is actually the screen is broken in that area and there is now a crack that continues into the phone under that glass screen protector.. the store is not offering to replace the screen unless I pay full price to get a new screen and then at the very end said that they would take off $25 of the full price to replace the screen. I would highly suggest that you get your phone fixed somewhere else. Broken phone off 103rd will be there is take my business and anyone I know. I work in customer service and this is completely unacceptable within two weeks and the screen that they put in my phone has already broken and theyre not willing to fix it.

I just left this place in Orange Park and the two guys Mike and I didnt catch the other guys name both have no idea about damn batteries, they were both unsure if a Duracell charger would charge a Duracell sealed lead acid battery with the same voltage ratings (how do you not know this?)...they also were unsure about their own inventory I had to find everything myself...the other guy qouted ratings on one battery as 500 Mega-amps...what!!?I asked do you have marine grade batteries the guy looked me in the eyes and said no, I walked right up to a few of them. He went on and said I probably need to do more research on what battery Im looking for...no you idiot you need to do your research and you have no business working at a battery shop!!!

This business displays opposite of customer service. I went there to get a replacement for a battery that I purchased at another Batteries Plus a few years ago. The clerk told me that they were out of stock and would be by Friday. I asked him if I could go ahead and pay for the battery to make sure they held one for me and to exchange the core I had brought with me now and he said no. I asked him again telling him that I wouldnt be too happy if I returned Friday and they had already sold out and he told me that I couldnt purchase the battery now, nor could he process my core battery. The store at the River City Mall not only let me prepay for the battery but called me when it was available for pickup. Its either extremely lazy employees or unhelpful policies at this location.

Alright so we had to have a screen replaced on an IPhone6. Mike replaced the screen in under an hour. The next day we realized the sensor wasnt working properly. Took it back and they did everything possible to make it right. Definitely an A+ staff working there.
