Ordered uniform back in July only part of order shipped due to pandemic shortage. The young lady I spoke with back and forth was very sweet and explained what was going on. Today I got the call after 3 months of waiting my daughters sweater came in. I know its been hell but thank you for the updates and great customer service. Each time I have reached out yall be blessed and stay safe!!!!!!!

Ordered my uniforms late, but the staff was helpful and got my uniforms in faster then expected. Great local business, they were helpful and I know short staffed because of Covid. Defiantly better then my last uniform company, it was an online company that I waited over 3 months for my items, Custom Shirts & Uniforms turn around time and experience was a lot better. I will be back to shop more.

Wonderful experience Honest and Helpful.Let me just tell you my 3 children were NOT looking forward to having to wear uniforms this year they were dreading it. Well, let me just say once we left Custom Shirts & Uniforms they all left with smiles ... even my 6 year old whom was not interested in even trying on uniforms and was ready to go 2 minutes after we entered the place ... the male owner kept her occupied showed her the kids arcade game they have and she stayed busy playing that while my older 2 tried there uniforms on. They both LOVED the way the uniforms fit and looked and was excited to get jackets with their names on them. My 6 year old also looked adorable in the uniforms. My kids have actually been asking me when can we go pick them up because they are ready to try them on again. Such a pleasant experience and very helpful owners.

Amazing owners and employees! Helped me find everything I needed for my grandkids school! I had to order my grandkids uniforms and they said the turn around time would be two to three weeks and I received them in a weeks time! With the pandemic going on the service was incredible. Looking forward to next years shopping!!

I purchased my kids shirts & didn’t receive them until a month later. First they said 2-3 weeks, then she said “No it’s 3-4 Weeks now “ ..I started to get discouraged because I bought my kids shirts and no one was answering the phone..Some of the workers in the store was nice but some of them seem irritated when you ask about an update on your order! Word of advice, if they don’t have your kids size for shirts, just wait until they restock the store because it’s going to take a long time to get shirts ordered with lack of communication.

Almost 2 months waiting on a cardigan and still waiting.. They never contact you with updates on order status, all they do is give you platitudes. Unfortunately, the only store authorized to sell uniform items for my granddaughters school.

I ordered uniforms for my children weeks before school started and I havent received them yet! Calling for updates on my order is time wasted because Im always getting the voicemail. Ive left numerous messages with no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! I dont know why the school is in business with this store. If I could leave no stars, I would leave 10!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would but My daughter started school on the 5th and they were sold out of school shirts. I’ve been calling everyday since then and even went up there on a Saturday and they were closed but their voicemail and website says they were open! They never answer the phone to give customers any information about school uniforms. My daughter has to wear the same two shirts 5 days a week until I can get off work to either go up there and purchase more IF THEY EVEN HAVE SOME AVAILABLE. Her school should’ve stayed with All Unifoem wear cuz I’ve never experienced this much trouble for uniform shirts!!

The quality of the collar shirt holds through washes and I appreciate the quick response to my concern. A super experience during the hectic rush of back to school shopping.

School uniform provider with almost zero available 2 weeks before school begins. This is a bad look and unprofessional. Had to order ALL of my sons shirts which will take 1 to 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

This company knowingly allows their employees to come into work with covid and threatens to fire them if they do not work. They are also notorious for asking their employees to post fake reviews of their store. Please do not support these people whose only concern is themselves and how much money they can bring in.

The associates that work here are super friendly and are always helpful. They really make sure you have what you need and where to locate it. I am so glad my kids school switched to this retailer. The location alone, works well for me. If there is an item you cant find, ask them, they are more than happy to assist you with what you need.

The shirts we had made turned out fabulous and the price was very reasonable. I was able to get exactly what we wanted and the graphics that they did were great.
