Called to get a price to fix the golf cart and these shady people were trying to over charge by 800 dollars went somewhere else and got a better price, these guys were rude on the phone and just seemed like a shady money grab all in all I would never spend money here.

All l can say is WOW I received nothing but the ultimate service at Golf Cart Services of Orange Park. When I first walked into this Establishment, I didn’t feel like I was being pressured in anyway, shape or form. I felt comfortable and pretty much left on my own to do what I came to do and that was to find the ultimate Golf Cart. I had many questions which were answered in a professional manner n again went looking around without having someone continuously behind me and they gave me all the space l needed till l finally decided that l was going to make a choice in what l wanted. Once l finally decided, I was told to go home and think about it and I can go online and customize it the way I wanted which again made me feel under no pressure at all. The service was excellent from making my final decision to any details l had specified . . I will say that after I chose what I wanted I was told how long it would take and they were right on the time and it was delivered to my house with not only excellent service but with care. I enjoy my golf cart and there was a little issue which they did not hesitate to come down, pick it up and fix that little issue which tells me that that’s the best service you can receive and ask for in a business.

I love my golf cart! What a great experience buying my first cart. They customized it just the way I wanted. I get compliments on how cool it is. They have a large selection and treat you like a customer should be treated! The owner delivered it himself... impressive! I would never go anywhere else.

Not very impressed with the service. They picked up my cart and explained what it was doing and they replaced the solidnoid. They did this after I bought a brand new solidnoid and installed it from them a couple of days before. Still didn’t correct the problem after they delivered it back to me for the second time. Finally got it repaired by a competitor who knew how to diagnose the problem. The run/tow switch and the ignition was bad. Invested $300 without fixing the problem. Will not be giving them my business in the future.

We drove from the Ponte vedra area and found this place on the club car locator. I can say this was absolutely worth the drive and one of the best experiences ever. Rob is a stand up guy and is very knowledgeable about different brands of golf carts. He gives you a great price and truly makes you feel like family when you leave. Great staff and great selection of carts and accessories. I had a great experience buying a cart from them.

I just had a terrible experience with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone. After my friend had a lengthy discussion with the the operations manager of the company about all costs to replace all batteries in two carts, the manager failed to mention that there would be a $80 labor cost per cart. When questioned about the $80/cart charge and the failure to mention the charge to us when going over the costs, the manager stated that he did make a mistake, but he was unwilling to make mends for his mistake. His only recommendation he could make was that we should probably use some other golf cart repair company if we are not happy with his position. A total lack of customer satisfaction.

Very rude and sarcastic when voiced concerns of work done. Acted as though he was doing me a favor, and like he didnt receive $300 for his service.. poor customer service and attitude.

I had a great experience with Golf Car Services very friendly. But when reading through comments that people had posted about their passed experience I notices a review written by Ted Cruz.So my curiosity is spiked and would like to know why you would make an erroneous assumption that you would get free labor on your golf car? Then upon calling the manager you became enraged because he wouldnt wave the labor fee? You do realize that one golf car battery weighs about 70lbs. So to replace 6 batteries is a lot of hardwork. So you expect the service representatives to come to your house replace your batteries all at your home without taking your car from you (which might I add would have costed you even more money) all for free? So your complaining about be charged 80$ to replace 6 70lb batteries, being pulled out and new ones being put in at your home? No company you go through is going to do labor for free.
