I had purchased my first Custom Comfort Mattress 10 years ago. I slept well and never had any complaints about the mattress. When it came time to buy a new one, I bought a Zinus memory foam mattress. About a month in, my back was killing me and I could no longer get a good night sleep.I went back to Custom Comfort and worked with Mike. He quickly understood my current issues and recommended a bed to try. He told me he could look back in his system to see what mattress I had purchased before. It just so happened to be the same one he recommended I try.He was not a pushy salesman, he listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great discount. First thing : I would like to take a moment to Thank ~Megan McCorkle SHE WAS AMAZING ~After endlessly looking for an adjustable bed and (nothing seem worth the price) that they cost ? -We took one last go at it, We went into “Custom Comfort Mattress OC.”.just to see what they were offering.. turns out “I was right and wrong ..”Some beds are not worth the money ./ and other beds.. Well when you understand what you’re getting for the money / and the science behind it ..YES it’s definitely worth it & still affordable!!Megan took the time to walk through it step-by-step with us and (not in a sales presentation kind away, in a proud of her product kind of way)~Listen, at the end ..I didn’t know whether to buy a bed or “Stock in the Company” . I love their mattresses! I have owned two, King and Queen, over the last 30years. The last known ‘real’ mattress, flip-able as it should be with corresponding springs in the boxspring that provides consistent support to the mattress and your body for the same cost as other ”quality” companies that are Never flip-able.

Purchased the perfect mattress within minutes! Great customer service! Chad was awesome, delivery was just as I requested (on time and Patricio & Francisco were so proficient, professional appearance and friendly too), and the mattress is perfect...I could not have found a more perfect mattress and a price I could afford. I WILL PURCHASE AGAIN, TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY & I am so happy to spend my money with a company that is in the USA and also in my county and city too! Cant get better than that!

Had a great time choosing our Latex mattress. Anita A. took very good care of us on everything . We were very happy today. Also, the delivery guys were awesome, Carlis and Luis, were very professional!!!They vacuumed, put on my dust Ruffles, and mattress cover. So professional and quick. 😃😃

Both my daughter and I purchased mattresses from them approximately 15 years ago. I am still using mine because its in decent condition; my daughter replaced hers after she got married. Her second mattress was a huge disappointment, causing her to go elsewhere for a replacement after only four years. Last week, when I came back in to inquire about replacing my mattress, I was greeted with a used car type salesman (one of the owners) and I did not like it. I ended up leaving without a purchase. Put this visit together with my daughters last experience with them and Im not sure how I feel about this company. She and her husband tend to be more frugal than I am, so perhaps they bought a low-quality mattress. But the bottom line is, my gut was telling me to get the hell out of the store, so I bolted!

I am very happy with the quality and comfort of my new mattress. George and his crew did a great job of helping us select the perfect mattress. I would recommend Custom Comfort Mattress Co to everyone.
