Excellent service! Walked in, the store was busy. Immediately welcomed by an employee. In less than a minute, after I am sure I appeared confused, another employee came to offer help. I got a 20% off coupon here for my birthday which I hadn’t used yet and figured since I was already at the mall I might as well treat myself :)After looking over the selection for longer than I’m proud of I finally decided on this awesome pair of Michael Kors aviators with blue shades lenses that looks so cute!

I had to write this a one-star because this is the only way that I could post a comment but I went in there and they dont have a selection they dont have name brands like Oakleys or black flies which I was looking for but yet if you go two stores down they have them there and they called themselves a Sunglass Hut but they dont have top brands that people actually want to buy a big disappointment

Yesterday I had a very bad experience as I walked inside the store one of the employees was standing there he looked at me very weird like if I was there to still or something, I was there to buy a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and he gave us the ones on display even when my girlfriend asked him why and why she couldnt get ones they have in the compartment he told her those were new ones even when they were lose and dirty because everyone touches them. I told her not to get them because By experience I know you always get a new pair, not the ones in display. His name was Salvador. He needs to work on smiling when costumers walk in to the store and have better attitude.

Its my fave store for my sunglasses aside from aokley vault. The staff are very friendly and they even clean my rayban justin. I purchased rayban wayfarer liteforce, and theyre so light and fits perfect on me. They have wide selection of brands and styles. The guy at the counter added a lot of possible discounts and i ended paying less than $50.Overall love the experience at sunglass hut by the block of Orange.

I just went to DSG, and purchased my husband a pair of Oakley’s. All seemed well, and the price was right. Too right as it turned out, since they ended up being children’s sunglasses in a case for Oakley’s, and then the employee stood firm by their “no return” policy, even though it was their screw up that made us need the return in the first place! The main pro I can think of is the huge selection and low prices.

Sunglass Hut is my favorite place to go sunglass shopping for so many reasons. First of all its convenient because you can look at all of the different brands and styles in one location without having to go walking all over the mall. Second the staff is really helpful and does a good job of balancing not hovering over your shoulder while trying on expensive merchandise that I’m sure is frequently snatched by unscrupulous customers. And finally, they always send me coupons for 10-20% off which saves you anice chunk of change when buy expensive shades.

I went all happy to get a new pair of sunglasses! I didnt like the attitude of one of the employees I showed him the sunglasses that I wanted and he gave me the ones in display I asked him why and If could get a new pair he told me all are the same I told him I wasnt sure because everyone try those and they get lose and dirty, he didnt care he said I can just clean this and thats no problem, plus his attitude was No Bueno!! HIs name is Salvador. I definitely not going back to that store. I noticed he was so serious when me and my boyfriend walk in to the store. He made e feel uncomfortable. :/
