Bad customer service experience. Cashier placed an order online for me and did not include my Unit #. Order was returned to sender by USPS. Windsor returns are expected to take up to 14 days to process. I need the dress by a specific date for an important event. Refund was issued by customer service but item is out of stock for me to re order. Never again🤦🏻‍♀️

It is a store with a wide variety for all tastes, however the employees attention is little or none.

Nice staff but not really helpful because the sales floor looked like a tornado just came through. Couldnt even shop because it was a mess. I had intentions of making a purchase but had to leave because it was unshoppable.

The employees here are much more considerate of their shoppers. I stopped by the location in brea just to get side eyed by 2 employees upon entrance. Really rude in brea.If think if I ever have to bring my girlfriend or sisters to a Windsor again, I will be driving the extra 4 miles to get treated better.

The fabric was very soft and the details on the dress were perfectly woven. They had a high-end ambiance and the staff was smiling every time and was very polite. It was such an amazing experience here!

Good selection of dresses.

Does not carry plus size. Had 1 dress in larger size. No customer service when trying to deal with the issue.

They have a good selection. The only problem is that they dont have bigger sizes. Mostly S and M. And no sizes for plus women at all. The workers are very nice and helpful though
