I went in not knowing what phone I wanted and the girl with the orange dreads. I can’t remember her name, was very patient with me and explained the plans and answered all my questions very well mannered and I can tell her manager trained her well. I will definitely send customers to this store in the future thank you so much

Customer service experience was awesome! The young lady that helped me her name was Tae she answered every question that i asked correctly and offered me the best family plan for me and my family they all well respectful.

Every time the manager from india helps me i get shafted. Go to the other metropc store. Tired of asking for 1 thing and having him charge me for something else

I should have read the horrible reviews on this place before shopping here. Like everyone has said horrible customer service I pay on two accounts here and bought a $20 charger try to return it with the receipt two days later unopened The girl employee outside listening to her music on her phone said they do not do returns yet it doesn’t say that anywhere in the store or on the receipt needless to say, last time I shop here...

Never purchase from this business. Employees would rather sit outside listening to music than provide a Professional surrounding. I paid for next months service 2 weeks early then decided to change carriers and could not get my money refunded. I literally paid for it 5 minutes earlier. T-Mobile should not have placed their name with this company. Walk away Quickly! I immediately switched service to T Mobile with no issues. I hope they use my prepaid monthly payment to buy those Ghetto Employees pizza and hopefully theyll choke. Joke of a Business!

Extremely unprofessional. Went in to get 2 lines unlimited talk and text with 10 GB data. The website says it is $70 per month. They said they do not offer that but they had a poster on their window talking about it...

I had walked in and heard the store manager yelling and using foul language to a customer that was asking for the store owner phone number or to speak with him. The store manager would not provide the info and called police when the customers were leaving. Officers showed up and were giving her hugs as if they were family members to her. That is not right at all. They seem shady so would not shop here. Sounds like you will get jipped.

Thieves!! Had a lg stylo 3 from metro with the sim card and yet they still forced me to buy a new sim card just so that she can get a $1.00 commission. The so called manager needs to be retrained on how to be a customer service. She is very ghetto and nasty rude. Uneducated people like her needs to go back to school.
