Wonderful and polite customer service. Gerard was amazing and also the lady who works there (did not get her name unfortunately) was very helpful and prompt. :) they had me in and out in no time and hooked me up with some amazing glasses that i love!! Honestly the best prices, the SAME glasses are double and triple the price at any other eye doctor. My glasses are beautiful and well made ..thank you to the associates at walmart vision & glasses center!

Front guy seemed like he was just someone they hired off the street. Very unorganized. Rushed through the exam. Didnt seem concerned to listen to our needs. The glasses were wrong prescription when they came back. The only plus would be that I got an appointment the same day I called.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are many different options in frames and lenses. You cant beat the price comparing apples to apples anywhere else in the area.

Horrible customer service. Rude and knows nothing. Fumbling around and on the cell phone. Patience was spent so I walked out.

Waited over an hour and still didnt get called back. Finally left. Defiently a waist of time and horrible service from person at desk. Wont be going back.
