What a team. Had a tire blow out this morning and had to put on the spare. Hobbled to the Orangevale location after work arriving at 5:55 PM. Went in asking if I could get my car in for tomorrow to replace all the tires. They said they could do it tonight. I told them I did not want to inconvenience them right before closing. They said it was OK. The team rolled my car into the shop and went to work. By 6:15 PM I was on the road again. Thank you guys for turning my day around and saving me from a multi-day ordeal. Will come back again for other cars and when its time to get new tires.

Very helpful people and although they did an amazing job, they were super busy and unfortunately I was delayed longer than expected...about an unexpected issue, so no harm.

This place is horrible. Went here on 09-01-2021 to purchase 2 front tires for my 2013 Kia Sportage. Stood around for about 12 minutes. There were only 2 customers in the store. I walked out and back to my car to obtain my tire size. When I came back in the store, I again stood around for approximately 13 more minutes. The employee(possibly Scott) was just sitting behind the counter with what appeared to be playing on his phone. He reluctantly asked if I had been helped already. I said no. I requested something cheap as I have 135,000 miles on the care and not looking to drop a whole bunch of money. I believe the workers name may have been Scott. Not a hundred percent on that. It was around 12:30 in the afternoon. He quoted me over $800 dollars for a set of 4. I repeated my request of needing 2 tires at the moment. He then quoted me $500 for the 2 tires. I asked if that was his cheapest and he said yes. I informed him that I would pass and said I would go somewhere else. He said see ya later. He wasn’t willing to look at other tires or even other locations that may have satisfied my request. No customer service skills whatsoever. They have a big sign outside the front door saying mask are required regardless of vaccination status. The employee had a mask sitting below his chin not covering his mouth and nose. I don’t care for the mask mandates but Les Schwab forced me to wear a mask if I wanted to come inside their store. I guys the employees don’t have to wear a mask. It’s a shame as I live in the American River Canyon and this place is close to me. Won’t be going here and I will discourage my friends of going here as well. Just horrible business practices. I’ve been to other Les Schwab and service was good. Just not this one in Orangevale. Ended up going to America’s Tire Company and purchased all 4 tires for $375 With great customer service.

I spent 2000 here and when I came in my ac worked and when I left it didn’t they said it has nothing to do with them not to mention them doing 10 other things on my car when I didn’t come in for it and when they held my car over night they didn’t even tell me that is what they were going to do

Just bought myself a used car - realized that my tires were completely worn out.Brought myself and my car to the nearest Les Schwab, and flat out asked to have all four of my tires replaced.The gentleman at the desk was immediately very reciprocative.Right away, he offers me 3 different selections of tires varying in quality, essentially letting me choose my price.I choose my tires, he says he can have the tires delivered to the shop in 40 minutes, and have them installed onto my vehicle day of.Considering I came in on the tail end of the day, very impressive and convenient.You always see a sporty blue pickup truck zooming around coming and going to get the tires for the customers. Super cool.After tires installed, one of the employees gives me a quote for a CV axle replacement, and and alignment. This was expected - but what wasnt expected was the very reasonable price.I agree to the repairs and he says that he can have them done first thing in the morning.In conclusion, Orangevale Les Schwab is the one stop shop for tires, brakes, alignments, or shocks. Its a no brainer.It is absolutely no hassle, straight to the point with them which is something I absolutely adore.

I got a flat and drove straight to the OV Les Schwab. My tires were still under warranty and I was in and out in 30 minutes with no charge. Top notch!

Excellent service. They were not going to charge me for a plug. Turned out it was just normal pressure loss from the summer heat and set off the toms when then temp dropped. The screw I saw in the tire was actually short and did not penetrate the tire. I will continue to bring my car back there.

We always go to Les Schwab, just took my wife’s SUV in for a brake check and they checked the brakes, tires, balance, even cleaned the rims no charge. Amazing service, every set of tires and brakes I’ll buy from them.

Her truck experienced an oil leak and was going to have front oil seal replace next week at auto repair facility. Joel, the LS technician noticed oil leak. He found problem. Loose oil filter. I always get great service when I attend this location. Their prices are competitive, I buy my tires there and never get an attitude from the service men.

Doug took very good care of us, during our most recent visit. He was able to order a tire the next day (when others said they could not). I was able to come in the next day and have the tire put on in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back.

I have had nothing but great experiences with every single Les Schwab I have ever been to, and this one is no different. Prices are reasonable, customer service is amazing, they are efficient and I trust them with my car. They were honest about the condition of my brakes and tires.

Went in with a totally flat tire. They took my car in right way, spent time trying to find a hole (they didnt), replaced the valve stem and caps. They did not charge at all and they spent at least 30 minutes! They will definitely be getting some baked treats!

Worst experience ever. Never going to Schwabs again. Here I sit 2.5 hrs later still not done installing shocks. Should have done it myself.Just to add. 3.5 hrs waiting on the shocks to be changed. Never again

I cant say enough about Les Schwab. They are always friendly, they run to get your vehicle and bring it in, and they have good prices. When I went in I had a flat tire and they fix the flat and rotated my tires and didnt charge me anything. They really know how to get customer loyalty. I wont ever go any place else.

They fixed my flat tire for free, even though i bought it at good year and they wouldnt fix it.

Driving along and car started making a bad noise. Stop late in the day but they were able to get sorted right away. Sway bar end link had failed.

First time to this location and I had to go there twice this week. Once to get a plug for a screw in my tire and then a new set of front tires. Since I was in their system, I was in & out for the plug in about 15 min. Even though they were busy when I came in for new front tires, I was in & out in about 45 min. Both times the guys were nice amd professional. When I came in for new tires I had the spare on which they checked the pressure and put it back. This is the level of service that will keep me coming back to this location.

Came in for a nail in my tire. Despite it being a busy day after a holiday, they got me in and out very quickly. Les Schwab will always have my business!

Im a lifetime customer. They have great value and an amazing Warranty. While towing our trailer around the country its great to know there are Les Schwabs all over. I have taken back tires a couple of times, even out of state and had no issues.

Ladies, beware!.one of the tech..quoted me a 1200 service. I got suspicious..went somewhere else and I just needed a tire. Cost me a 200 fix. Would not recommend women going there alone Ill give this place a negative start..lost my confidence.

These guys hussle. Its 94° out and theyre running to get cars off the waiting line. Bought my tires here 6 months ago and came in to have them rotated. Been happy with the tires and customer service when I bought them. They repaired a tire of mine that had a nail in it and they didnt even care that the tire wasnt one of theirs. Thats when I decided they would be my tire company of choice.

Great tire shop but they need an aquarium and maby a gaming system for customers wile they wait.

Left our car there to get a screw patched... They waited for us to come back didnt call us before they said there wasnt sufficient tread left on the tire to patch. Then took them another hour of waiting to get new tires. A phone call would if been nice.

The guy tried selling me an entire front end rebuild of my mini van but couldnt tell me where the noise was coming from . I have 288k miles on it and $1800+ to probably fix it is NOT good for me.

Tire from this location had a slow leak after a few weeks on my car. Brought it back in to have it checked and they found nothing wrong. Every other day I had to air the tire back up. Decided to take my car to the Rocklin location and was told immediately that it had a staple in the tire. They fixed it for free. Ty Rocklin Leslie Schwab! Other incident I had was having Orangevale location rotating tires on schedule. Not one tech said I had a problem with alignment, then all of a sudden my 6 month old tire was ruined and had to be replaced due to an alignment issue. They wouldnt cover the tire after only 6 months and I had to foot the bill for 2 new tires. Took my business elsewhere and will never go back to Orangevale location. I should have contacted corporate but moved on from them instead. Americas tire is close and treat me right.
