Thanks to Shawn Watkins at Forrest Windows for talking me into a replacing my broken sliding glass door to a moving wall from All Weather Architectural Aluminum. Forrest Windows wanted to ensure the door looked like it was part of the original installation and not an after market look(outside casing that covers up the stucco to the door casing). In order to do this, they need to break away some of the stucco and existing trim. Once the door was installed, they sent out a stucco expert (I say expert because the stucco matched 100%). They completed the installation of the 3 panel moving wall within a day and the stucco was completed within the same week. I now have a fantastic product and everyone who visits talks about how amazing the moving wall is. I absolutely love the product and my experience with Forrest Windows. I highly recommend using Forrest Windows for your next remodel or new home build. They listen to what you are looking for and provide recommendations on what would be the best solution that you will absolutely love. The staff was very professional as well including the installation team. They took time to ensure after the installation, the area was just as clean as before. I 5 star rating was well deserved. I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We contacted Forrest Windows for an estimate to install windows in our home and eventually hired them; from start to finish the experience has been great.Owner Eric came out to our home and explained the MIlgard product line, measured, and provided us with a quote a couple of days later. He was very knowledgeable and professional with no pressure whatsoever. We obtained a couple of other quotes and found that Forrest Windows was competitive. We visited the showroom and met with Shawn who was helpful and easy to work with. Shelby in the front office is very personable and helpful as well.We felt very good about this company and hired them. The windows arrived from Milgard right on schedule and the installation team of Mike, Jacob, and Dakota arrived on-time and worked very hard on our project. They did a great job, finishing the same day and cleaning up after the job was finished.So far we are very pleased with the windows themselves as they look great, are energy efficient, and quiet! Getting a relatives home ready to sell. Patio slider was very difficult to slide on the track. I found the warranty with Forrest Windows business card attached. I spoke with Eric. After he researched the order, he found that the door was purchased/installed by Forrest Windows when they carried that manufacturer. Now they dont. However, Eric was persistent & after 1 day, a local representative of the manufacturer called me! Without Erics patience and persistence, the path to the solution would not have occurred. I would recommend Eric for being responsive, honest, and patient as we had our phone conversations. Thank you, Eric!!

I know why these people have been in business for more than 20 years. Their prices and quality are superb, and their honesty is amazing. I called and asked for a replacement window. They looked at my window, noticed it was in perfect shape, but the mechanism was broken. They fixed my window for a fraction of the cost, and its now perfect!!

We had a screened patio which was basically unusable except for storage for 20 years-a contractor neighbor suggested we put windows into the existing aluminum framing supported by a stem wall, a brilliant idea. All the windows had to be custom ordered. Felt pretty good going with Forrest Windows based on the time Eric took listening to what we wanted, sizing up the job and cost.Windows and the new door look beautiful, its great to have a usable room. Michael did a fantastic job fitting the new solid door into the framing of the old screen door. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Forrest Windows.

Mixed review cause 1st visit was helpful and rep was pleasant and knew the job would be straight forward. 2nd visit with entry door print out with all the style, model and specs/dimensions handed to one of the owners... told me our entry door replacement is a small job his crew usually works on larger scale projects? Seriously a purchase of a 3k fiberglass entry door and cost to install is not worth a return phone call? I wanted to support a small business but Im not handing over more of my time to a company that should take all jobs as good business.
