In my opinion, if you want to have a good Home Depot experience, this is the store to pick. Home Depot in general does a great job of maintaining the retail standards weve come to expect and rely upon here in the West: variety, selection, in stock conditions, good pricing, friendly and helpful employees, good customer service, clean and organized well. You know, all THAT stuff. Home Depot as a whole delivers this consistently. The fact that I am partial to this particular store is because they just somehow seem to do it in a way thats more personal to me. Any Home Depot, though, ya really cant go wrong.

Love this Home Depot! All of the staff are extremely pleasant and they go out of their way to make sure every guest is helped and taken care of. This is probably the best Home Depot Ive ever been to with regard to the friendliness of the employees. So lucky this is in my neighborhood!

I bought a Ryobi backpack blower, inside of the manufactures (and extended warranty) the cord frayed and broke. Being a simple issue I was inclined to open and fix it myself but I didnt want to take anything out of warranty by working on it myself. Despite being a simple in nature repair, took it in for them to fix.I should have walked away after it took no kidding 40 minutes for them to intake my order. Literally in the time it took my wife to shop and return items, it took for me to just GIVE them my blower to work on.A week the guy says, because were coming up on 10 days I figured Id call for an update. No update to offer other than to say turn times are in fact not a week but much closer to 3-5 weeks. Meaning I just paid them $30 (to fix an in warranty item), which really amounts to them taking my blower from me for the rest of summer.Thanks Home Depot!!! You guys rock!*******Update: they called today, 2.5 months later. Apparently they’re done with my blower and I can have it back 🙌🙄

This store has the nicest, Most Helpful staff! Tom at customer service and Mary Ann and Kristy at the pro desk. I had to have an initial order I placed cancelled and a new order placed and Tom was great and took care of this fantastically. Then I realized I hadnt ordered enough and Mary Ann took care of that for me. Since I was paying $79 for delivery I needed it all on one order so they had to do several things in the system to make this happen and the whole time so kind and took care of it! Thank you so much for handling My mistake, twice!! These people are top notch!😊

My husband and I went to find a refrigerator of a specific size and found a selection of 6. They even had a stainless steel in my particular size. We purchased the refrigerator and they set up a time for delivery. They called a half an hour before delivery to let me know they were on their way and were on time. They also removed my old fridge and took it with them for $25. We were very impressed and well go to Home Depot for our next Appliance purchase.

Had some really great sales help in the appliance dept. Used the self check out for small items & it took me forever to scan each item and then put cash in, all the while balancing items & getting my cash into machine. I will for sure take advantage of the cashiers next trip!

Love their no quibble return policy when you have a receipt. We had material left over after our deck project. They refunded our money. Easy.

What happened to all the orange carts? I needed an upright cart for a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 2x4’s. Nothing anywhere except those holding product for customer pickup. I settled for a flat cart only to be delayed as 2 aisles were roped off to fill a big order for (you guessed it) customer pickup. I walked out with no wood (products). I gave 3 stars instead of 1 since I’m at HD all the time, but this was ridiculous!

While I hate that Home Depot has killed local business by shutting down mom and pop stores, they have everything you could possibly need to work on your house or your car. You can also almost always find someone to point out where things are in their giant store.

If I could rate less than one star I would. My mother called this location looking for an air conditioner as she has health issues and cant live in this heat what with our old one that just died; she was told that there was a shipment coming in the next morning and to try right at open. So she comes in to ask, and is met by the complete lack of care from other staff, and when they give her to the manager because they just dont want to deal with her, the manager comes on the phone immediately screaming and swearing at her that theyre not going to get any more ac in for the rest of the year and she should just give up and stop bothering them, leaving my mother in tears with no idea how to move forward. This is extremely not okay, and I cant support this store anymore. Find a different location, management and staff are awful.

We love the King Road location, sadly the one on McLoughlin is less good. I love their cashew chicken and their hot and sour soup.

I shop here a lot. One of the smaller stores, but do a decent job of keeping things stocked. Limited on lumber lengths, so if you need 9 of 2x6, you are buying 12 or going somewhere else.

The communication and customer service at this Home Depot could not be worse. I ordered 2 pallets of cinder block. When they arrived neither pallet contained the cinder block style I had ordered. I went back to the store. They apologized and said they would send me the right block but would not speed up my delivery from the local warehouse. I would have to wait another week to get the right blocks. The following week they delivered 2 more pallets of the exact same WRONG cinder block. At this point they still hadnt picked up the first two pallets. I called the store and they apologized. They came and picked up all 4 pallets along with some dobies I had ordered but they didnt refund me. I went into the store to figure out what was going on with my order. Finally, I was refunded, well I thought I was until I looked at my credit card statement and saw they never refunded me for the dobies.I made the mistake of going back to this store today for 2x12x10s. They were out. The store clerk told me the Clackamas store had them in stock. I went out to Clackamas and they said they dont even carry 2x12x10s anymore. The Clackamas clerk called the Mall 205 store to find out if they had them and was then put on a 15 minute hold. I finally just left.Who is managing these places! What a joke!

Yall have the most patient and helpful workers I have ever had the pleasure of bothering. I had a million questions about a brunch of projects. Fencing/lumber crew were super helpful with my fence repair/replacement options (shout out to Hawaiian shirt man). Then another team member (I think James?) from floring area walked me around the whole store at least twice to help me with a bunch of other project around the house.Cant wait to measure stuff around the house so I can come back for another shopping trip. You guys rock.

Ordered online for curbside pickup last night. Website reported that the order was submitted. Never received email that it was ready. Called the store. They could not find the order at all When i looked on my phone for the order, it showed that the items were still in the cart.I have tried to use the website multiple times to verify product at a specific store. Nine times out of ten, the items were not there.One time i placed an order online for curbside pickup. There was no time frame listed for curbside pickup, but when i got there i was told that curbside pickup ended at 6 pm.I feel bad for the employees because they usually try hard to help and are very nice.

Bought 12 bags of bark mulch, they store a large stockpile in the parking lot so you can pay inside and pull your car up to the mulch for easy loading

Ordered online for curbside pickup for quick and easy pick up. Checked in easy peasy. Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out when I finally had to call into the store to find out what was going on because I had an appointment coming up shortly. The person on the phone wasnt sure either. Luckily a few minutes later the person came to my car with the order and the order for everyone else who had arrived after me, which explains why it took so long. Not well organized in my opinion if you are in a hurry, but it works for them I guess. 🤷‍♀️. In spite pick up might have been faster in this case. I was just trying to get out faster than average and didnt realize I was going to have to wait for them to have all the curbside slots full before they would help me.When you know you know.

Its a good home depot. Customers plz b courteous to each other in the store and parking lot. Home owners, u could b being rude to ur next contractor after u mess up ur project. Contractors, u really cant be in that big of a hurry if u didnt get the right number of items in the 1st place. Contractors you could b being rude to a potential customer. Big truck dudes and regular folks in Subarus just drive normal, no one cares what ur working on. They r trying to make it in and out and get what they need. I do not go to any other home depot! This store is by far the biggest and has everything Ive ever needed other than the one time I wanted to buy a 3 ton jack they only had one. Other than that Ive never left the store empty handed. Prices are good. Staff is always very helpful. Ive not had god experiences in other Home Depots I only go here.

Wonderful staff working in this building, everyone trying to answer lots of stupid questions from customers like myself, but wow its amazing how everything flows in here. Looking for saw horses. Checked out our new washing machine. Wood is very expensive now.

Went to check out. Item rang wrong. Told cashier that it was wrong. Didnt adjust price. Told me probably was put in the wrong spot. I said no it was filled that way, I can show you she said yeah I started walking, and she wasnt following it. I said Ill show you, and she said I cant leave here, take a pic of it. I walked all the way down their. Got back, and she didnt help me. I just decided to leave. Terrible help, terrible service. This is the second time at this location the help was trash.

This store does not enforce the mask mandate, which after an entire year of this being an issue, you would think would be handled. I dont care how difficult customers are, I also work in retail, this should not be allowed or tolerated. It just sets an example that its okay for anyone to come in not wearing a mask and that is totally acceptable. I encountered customers interacting with staff members who were not wearing masks and apparently thats just okay for them. Never going to this store or any other home depot again. I already didnt like this chain due to the terrible customer service, but this takes the cake.

Every time I come here, they have what Im looking for. The paint department is pretty badass and they keep it staffed with people that are competent and engaged. Ive bought boat loads of items from the lawn and garden department and the people out there are super helpful as well.

I went in and hot the help I needed and was satisfied with the help and it was a pleasant visit.

Incredibly bad customer service. We had 3 employees turn around and avoid answering when we tried to get help. They dont carry the basic parts to install their own products nor can they identify them. I wasted an hour trying to find sill tape to install a exterior door and they not only didnt carry it, they didnt know what it is. This is a product that is required to be code compliant. Very disappointed.

Oregon city home depot has the largest selection of in stock items. Consequently it is the busiest store around. Give yourself a little more time, especially if you need assistance.

The Depot for everything your home wants and needs. And a major player in the inflated runnaway lumber pricing. We all understand supply and demand. But there is a honest and ethical limit to the system. And when an entire industry can set thier pricing 600% higher than it was the previous year. Stating the shortage is due to covid and reduced output of us mills. Yet we still ship a gross amount of lumber to China the very country responsible for the pandemic. Only Straining the U.S. market even further. And punishing the average American consumer. With the buying power of Home Depot its simple. When did they start inflating thier prices. For example: Did they sell sheets of plywood for $50 that they paid $6 for Stating supply and deman? Working in construction Ive seen first hand the supply and demand. And the math remains the same. In order to meet demand production would have to increase. Increased production = increase in labor. Since the price of logs remained relatively the same. Meeting production levels would require more man hours. At most the inflated cost should meet inflated labor cost. So if it cost the mill $10k in increased labor to produce an additional 10k boards. The price should increase $1 per board. Definitely not$60. As big as Home Depot is they couldnt possibly play a role in the manipulation of lumber prices. Could they? Almost forgot why I was here. Anybody know where I could find some duct tape?

Why must I tolerate associate attitude?Home Depot online can tell you exactly where an item is in a store and how many are in stock.

Customer service is still shotty, you would think with all the people in orange walking around you could ask a question or have a few seconds of someone’s time? Seems like every time me or my mother need to ask,there busy. Or have attitude? And yes I understand there is an app that details things, BUT if you’re familiar with explaining how smart phones work to a 75 year olds senior citizen, just think a few seconds and maybe even a little small talk on the walk over to isle 25 ! Good store, helpful employees, but I have to take a star away because of the terrible parking lot. Tight between rows, and not much clearance backing. It needs to be re-engineered. It is not a place you normally bring a small car to, but parking lot for smaller cars.

Looking up replacement parts on their website you find items that dont match what they have on the shelf. Asking an employee for help (once you find one) they tell you they will get someone. No one ever shows up.

Home Depot has some very helpful employees. The employees who really know their stuff are in high demand but they seem to be able to make time for everyone. There is a lot of everything here and you can find ways to get things that you need and people to help you put them together.

Lots of fun things to look for. Went to fund a lock and winterize items for our house. They had everything in stock! Even had antibacterial wipes, which I cannot get at a grocery store! Nice, clean, ready to help with anything!

Okay for most of everything else, but not appliances. We ordered a stove and refrigerator that we had to wait about 3 weeks for. On delivery day the stove didnt even make it out of the truck because it was damaged where the power cord plugs in. Not sure why this wasnt checked before leaving the warehouse. I was told to call right away for a replacement. I called and waited on hold 45 minutes before the automated system hung up on me. I called back and after an hour and 15 minutes I could talk to a human just to be told that the stove model is out of stock, that Maytag wasnt sure if they would be making any more AND to call back the following Tuesday to request a refund. Im on the phone now being told that the stove is back in stock (oh how the story changes in 3 days) and a delivery is scheduled for December 6. Why didnt anyone tell me this and why did they schedule a delivery without consulting with me? We already purchased another stove. I am currently on hold (20 minutes in now and counting) trying to get a refund. YES, A REFUND FOR A STOVE THAT NEVER EVEN MADE IT IN THE DOOR. Home Depot really needs to reevaluate their return process for appliances. This is unacceptable and makes me want to go anyplace but here for future appliance purchases (because you know appliances only last about 5-10 years now). The time spent on this return is more than the time I spent trying to pick the appliance out.

I wasnt expecting part of that to be learning how to become a cashier. Will I be back? of course :-( but I wont be thrilled about trying to be shoehorned into a self checkout.

Susan in the paint department is a gem. Last Sunday when this store was overly busy and employees in all other departments were losing their minds (cussing and throwing fits). Susan, calm, cool, and collected went out of her way to help me out. She too was being pulled in at least 10 different directions but seemed to maintain through the bombardment of crazy that was going on that day. For that, a warm felt THANK YOU and then some.
