Bought a tractor here a few years ago. The people have always been helpful and nice. Sales department is not pushy at all. Parts department is great. Down to earth.

I want to say how much I appreciated the way I was treated, from the first phone call to the final delivery of my repaired Kubota. Brady and Eric were the best. They called me and kept me abreast of the timing on the repairs. These men are awesome in customer service.Ill never go anywhere else and if the time comes when Ill have to retire my old tractor, Fischer Mill is where I will go to look for a replacement.

Unfortunately, the hydraulic system on my new tractor was acting up. The service department asked me to check the transmission oil and take a video of the issue. The solution was not so clear, so the next step was to take it in. Well, that was not so easy for me and Fisher Mill Supply is an hour drive to pick up oil and/or parts. They offered to send a tech out at no charge and if he was not able to fix it, they would truck it back to their shop.Two days later Eric arrived well prepared. Super nice guy and knows his stuff. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Now my tractor works better than ever. Thank you again Eric and thank you Fisher Mill supply for your fantastic service.

I recently purchased a new sub-compact tractor from Fischer Mill Supply. Colin, my sales contact was an exceptional resource to fill the gaps from what I found on the internet. He is very professional, knowledgeable and did not apply any pressure to get a sale. My tractor was delivered on time and training was thorough and questions answered to ensure my full understanding of the most important features of the tractor. They made it clear, to give them a call even for the simplest concern/question after the sale. I love my new tractor and have high regards for Fischer Mill Supply.

I called this Massey dealer that I needed the seals for the power steering assembly where the shaft attaches to the wheel. They said I needed a seal kit at $135. Seemed way too high for me but I bought it and drove back up to Idaho. Doing research online I found out they gave me the wrong part, a seal kit for the assembly under the steering wheel! 360 miles away and the dealer cant look up the right part. On top of that, when I arrived I went in to the sales area and the guy was on the phone. He continued to talk, even changing subjects. I had to interrupt him to find the parts area and all he did was point. I thought he pointed across the yard. There was a guy there working on a tractor. I asked him where the parts shop was. In a not so nice voice said it was across the street. I go over there and these people also have no customer skills. Its like I was bothering every single one of them. Now I am out $135 and still do not have the part I need!

I had a broken hydraulic steering line and they ordered a new part that corrected a factory defect, installed the parts at no charge. Great service, mechanic not only did the repair but the cleaned out a mouse nest and washed the tractor for me. Highly recommend fisher mill.

Terrible vendor. Ship incorrect parts, then try to extort restocking fees for returns. Will definitely not entertain doing any business here again.

Good selection and helpful staff. Only downside is that sometimes you have to call or email a few times to get service.
