I purchased a washer and a refrigerator from ABC Warehouse. I also purchased the 5 year warranty with them. When the 5 years was up I was told as long as you didnt use the warranty you could get 50% of your money back. Each warranty was $150. I took the receipts back and they would not honor the 50% money back. I never used the warranty .Shame on ABC Warehouse for giving misleading information. Thats a nice polite way to say they are lying. SHAME ON ABC WAREHOUSE!!

Bought a washer on a Monday to be delivered on Friday (over the phone told me Thursday)because I was going out of town early Saturday, they called Thursday afternoon and told me they couldn’t deliver it Friday would anyone be home Saturday and explained I was going out of town which they already knew but they told me truck was already loaded and couldn’t get it to my Friday then I talked to Rodney and was told it was damaged but he told me Monday when I ordered it he had them check it out completely to make sure it was okay. They never offered a different washer or special delivery or anything just we can’t get anything to you by Friday! So basically I was screwed because who was I going to get to deliver the next day so I could get laundry done before I went out of town! Horrible customer service they just tell you anything just to get the sale!!!

Fast friendly service, the sales rep was courteous and made us feel like valued customers, had some laughs with us, and even carried my tv to the vehicle. He definitely went above and beyond to make my visit great.

They took real good care of me needed a washer and they were great 2and one I have bought there and will go back again

I am not a regular shopper of ABC warehouse. But on a recent visit while shopping for a gift, I was pleasantly pleased. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly and speedy. Although the item I was looking for was out of stock, I still made a purchase. The sales staff was great at helping us find a perfect gift for a picky person. Great Job ABC warehouse!

Very friendly staff every time I enter the store. Mike was my salesman that helped me out with my exchange of my washer due to the washer not working and we have an extended warranty. He did an excellent job. The delivery drivers came and I thought it was going to be a big ordeal they were here and Gone in 5 minutes .Excellent work in and out. Very friendly delivery crew. So I say hats off to delivery crew great job and thank you very much I am a very pleased customer with my service!!!!!!

My father purchased a tv from a location in the greater Toledo area. Upon purchasing they pulled the tv out and made sure everything was working properly. Everything was fine and he ended up taking it. This is where everything becomes a problem. He arrived home (less than 30 minutes away) and began to set up the tv. When the tv was plugged in there was a huge crack along the top portion of the screen. We are thinking the tv got loaded onto my dads truck face down which caused the crack. After speaking with customer service I was told that if the tv was checked before leaving the premises and it was in working order there is nothing they can do. I also called a certified repairman for samsung and he said it would cost more to replace the screen than just buying a brand new tv. So now my father is out over 1000$ on the tv. If this issue happened at any other big box retailer chances are he would have been able to exchange it for a new one. We ended up going to best buy purchasing another tv which was all in working order when we arrived home. I will never purchase anything from ABC warehouse. Once they have your money they dont care about what happens.

I have gotten some things there that I am very pleased with and other things, not so much. I did find out that they try to push you to buy things that are being discontinued rather than a more pricey item which is no way to make money imo. That happened to me twice when I went in to purchase high $$$ ticket items and I was kind of disappointed. Also, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you go in there and make a purchase. Know their return policies for that item and how you bought that item. Yes! There is a difference between brand new and floor model in the returns and warranties. I never buy a floor model. Too many grubby hands on it and theres a chance that it wont work like a brand new model. Most of the service people arent annoying and will let you look around before you need them. I would recommend them with reservation.

Prices were higher than Sears Outlet and they didnt have what they advertised, it had been discontinued so the one that replaced it was higher price.Had to go find someone to help us and then still had to wait!Ended up going to Sears Outlet, got help right a way and got a cheap price!!

They have some pretty decent sales and I found that if you order online and pick it up at the store (they have same day pick-up if the items are in stock) the sales reps dont badger you. This is [most often] how I prefer to shop there because they are relentless!

Their prices are marked ridiculously high. When I tried to leave, the manager came out and asked why I was leaving, so I told him the prices. He said well thats all negotiable. What? Was I going to negotiate them down to a normal price that they have at all the other stores?

The salesmen hover, but close to my house, and knew what I wanted, so opted to buy there anyways. Today 10-2 delivery of an oven, and a dishwasher. I am typing this at 4:29 pm. After making my second call told that I am 10th on the list they are on 7th, and late because one of the delivery guys showed up late for work. Brilliant that the first call I was not afforded the courtesy of being told that info, so that I wasnt held hostage all day. Prices competitive, but frankly the service terrible, and I am considering canceling my purchase, even though it would mean I wait longer for appliances. Absolutely ridiculous.
