They were clearly busy but had no trouble helping me find the right tire in stock for the right price and have them installed same day. I will be back in the spring for tires on our other car.

After spending the better part of a day trying to find someone to check out our RV, we were sent to Tri County Tire. They were amazing, in less than an hour they diagnosed our tire problem and replaced our tire and sent us on our way. THE best tire shop in NW Ohio.I used to go to another shop (shall remain nameless but, heres a hint, it was formerly owned by The Andersons) that has deteriorated into just another discount chain, with spotty service quality.After trying a couple of other places, I went to Tri County to replace a damaged tire. I was amazed at how I was treated, for a $25 used tire. Ive been a loyal customer, ever since. Ive bought complete sets of new tires, for 2 vehicles now. I just had 1 set rotated, today. In and out in 15 minutes, on a Monday morning! No charge.Tri County goes above and beyond expectations, every time. I highly recommend them.

Our local repair shop changed owners. We wanted to try somewhere new. One time I brought someone here whose tire had deflated on the road and they serviced that clients need immediately, with very fair cost. Another time they serviced a minor need on my car when I had a small window of time to be there. They treated me professionally and with genuine concern. This was also for a very fair price. Im definitely going to keep them as one of my first options when I need my car serviced in the future.

But the neat thing about these guys are they are local and they support the local High Schools and community rec programs and 4H . Not good, tractor sat for 2 days, when they did get to it they didnt get it done right. They usually get it done.
