Confusion due to Friendship Rewards, Shell Rewards, and Kroger points not being able stack. I thought I’d be able to use the friendship rewards in tandem with one or the other. Regardless the store was clean and the cashier was helpful

Been stopping to store while here on work for last couple months. Poor customer service. The lady whose job is to make breakfast sandwiches just stands there even though theyre out of one or both types.
