Excellent gaming store have everything from video games to action figures to Funko pops. Love going here for the dragon ball items

Helpful, educated staff. Prices often too high to be worth shopping. Even used and clearance items tend to be priced at our above online retailers. The staff are the only positive making it somewhat worth shopping.

The staff was very helpful and informative when discussing which products would best suit my needs. And I over heard another associate speaking with a customer about multiple avenues they could take to get a product that this store did not have in stock. Very friendly atmosphere, ran by people who enjoy their job.

Didnt have my product and employees do not now there jobs well since they dont even know when trucks come in. They give excuse of not knowing. Every store knows when there stock is coming in.

Ugh. I ordered a game online and then I canceled it. I was told it would be refunded, but it hasnt...despite going into the store two more times and calling 3 times!!Incant return a game that I dont have...and no one seems to be able to help me. Awful customer service.

Friendly environment, clean and well maintained store. Great selection of video games, gaming devices, game consoles and video game accessories. Knowledgeable employees that allow you to try the games on the built in gaming devices. Some stores hover over you and try to rush you out. This location doesnt do that

I bought my controller before you change policies therefore I should have been grandfathered in to be able to bring in my controller and change it out to get rid of my warranty instead youre trying to get me to wait 6 weeks for controller thats messed up you refuse to give me a refund thats also messed up I would no longer be doing business for any reason with GameStop you are where you are for a reason youre a horrible company

Employees are always really nice and helpful, I honestly cant remember a bad experience from all of the times Ive been there. Employees always try to help you to the best of their ability and getting you what you need fast.

Prices stink, but that Gamestop. The store and the employees go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, and I have never been pushed to buy something i did not want.

This is an upscale gamestop. Picture ToysRUs back when they were awesome crossed with ebgames (before the GameStop merger). Gamers wonderland 💜I came in during a week day in search of a Nintendo switch. Guy on shift was very friendly and searched the inventory for me. Was looking for a v1 but there was only a v2. Enjoyed all the fan merch that was available for american and Japanese comics.Definitely would come back to this location just for all the merch. Gachapon machines were too cool!

Honestly I hate going to this GameStop anymore because every time I go I end up having to return all of my game or controller i bought for some reason or another. I just wish I could go to this GameStop without getting attitude or a bad product. The one in Perrysburg is much better and worth the trip.

Not to be negative but always an absolutely terrible experience every time im in here overpriced items. trash trade in prices. bad customer service. i will definitely never be spending my money here again nor any other game stop period.. only thing game stop has going for them anymore is pre-orders exclusives and im over it... ill be sure to tell my friends and family and social media to save there money and avoid this place

Staff at this location are always very nice and they go out of their way to give advice or helpful knowledge. I dont think Ive ever had a bad game stop experience at this store ever.The only annoyance with game stop is when they are putting used items into the system, not all employees are careful to pay attention to detail. But this is an issue that could happen at any game stop, im not referring to this specific Navarre store regarding this complaint. We were looking for a left blue joy con once, and a store in michigan said they had it according to their online inventory. Come to find out, it was grey, not blue, and we had drove 45 min out to that particular store to find that specific controller. Needless to say it was very frustrating. They said it must have been some employee that was careless entering info.It may not be the best place to sell your used items. If you can its better to sell on your own, youll get more cash for your stuff. But buying wise, they almost always have what I need, so i recommend buying there 100%.

Love the girls and one guy in there. I miss seeing them they change so many times. Very great customer service right when you walk in the door.

Good variety of newer games, collectible figures, and more. Also has quite a bit of the newer game systems such as the 2DS and etc....

Its really the only game store you need for the major platforms ex.Sony,Microsoft,Nintendo,Steam etc... I get all my gaming items there when I can and the plus membership and rewards points are a must for those buying lots of games. You save alot and get alot.

This location is usually never busy... And its stocked full of games and other gaming merchandise! The workers are all knowledgeable in any game you can think of?Plus theres always plenty of used games in all varieties from PlayStation, Xbox to Nintendo 3DS and so on!?

Went to go get a used XBox controller. Got it home and used it for a couple of days and the buttons started to stick. I returned it and was able to get a different one at no cost.

Gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to find the game my son wanted. Very pleased.

Decent game shop, unfortunately a lot of the time they have a game case out that they do not have the game to sell you. Other than that not a bad shop

My dad was in the plaza & decided to kill time so stopped in wasn’t interested in buying anything on the 19th of Jan. 2019. Nick helped out dad great salesman because he got my dad to purchase a new Disney deluxe game not even out but he knew it was gonna be a good game! So my dad paid for it ($85.79) for his granddaughter for Valentine’s Day! He said when it comes in we’ll call & you have 48hrs to pick it up. My dad (the customer)been calling them askin if it’s in even had me call. They politely said no we don’t see anything. As you see Valentine’s is right around the corner & dad called and spoke with micheal (dad had him on speaker) as I was listening to the way he was talking to my dad, I as a manager of 13 yrs know that is No way to speak to a customer. He was very rude and not letting my dad speak. He said no receipt I can’t help you. (Dad found receipt)Now I know you can pull up a name or even go into the system to find a customer or call someone above you if you can’t figure it out. What upset me is my dad gave them his business number they claimed they called & turned around sold my dads game. He then offered to give my dads money back or give him the reg.game(not the deluxe which he paid for) & pay him back the difference. I asked him could he call another location & transfer it he started getting aggravated & said I’m busy with customers/register. Umm that’s what you get paid for ! I myself know multi-tasking is a must especially if your a manager ! I would never allow a customer to leave my store unhappy! Eventually we got 1 transferred and they forgot to mail a peice of the game . My dad, myself or any family/friend Will no longer bring our business there...If I could give this location “0” stars I would. & you definitely need to retrain micheal about his customer service skills or he needs to find a different job if this don’t suit him, very unprofessional the way he speaks to customers. Remember without us you wouldn’t have a job !

All of the controllers on the demo counsels are always dirty and sticky. The place was dead and employees were just standing around instead of cleaning. Who would want to buy products that looks like theyve been there for over a year with all of the dust on it.

Has everything my kids want and reasonable in price. I am a monthly visitor for new games.
