The womens restroom was horrible. Only two toilets were stocked with toilet paper, and their handles were broken and the one toilet seemed it could be flushed but was out of toilet paper.The family bathroom was better but was almost out. I hope management can change this soon! Call a plumber please.

If you buy chicken from here, and it tastes funny, it isnt your fault. Somethings up with their chicken, and they havent done anything to fix it. Also, many of their carts dont work correctly. The parking area is really poorly set up.

Kroger this one anyway is always clean. The people are normally very helpful. I am not sure how i feel about the personal shoppers for the pick up service. They seem to feel like they have priority over people who are doing their own shopping. Kinda feel like maybe have a mini store in the back or rework they system so that they are not blocking every isle while regular customers shop

I love Kroger. Very clean and well stocked on most things. While this wasnt my usual store I still enjoyed my shopping. I gave one star less because of the few items I was unable to locate. Cashier and staff friendly, helpful and no long wait at checkout despite it being a very busy time of day.

I Love their Sushi. The Sushi Lady isn’t only a chef she is also an artist. Her Sushi looks amazing.

Had to call the store from home to ask where something was because my husband was lost in the store. The girl that answered the phone was amazingly detailed on how to get to the item he needed. Not to mention she took the ridiculousness of the phone call with unbelievable professionalism.

Last 3 times IV been there store very pourly stocked. Think Ill change to myjers

I did a pick up order and I was told it was done. So before I left my house I clicked on the way. I get there and I was told my order was not ready. I asked the worker when it could possibly be ready like in a hour, two hours or more. He couldnt say. Mind you I had ordered my groceries the night before. It had been like 18 hours since I placed the order. I spent $250 (all of my grocery money for my family for the next few weeks) I couldnt ask for it back because I didnt want to wait days when I needed groceries then. I told the employee alright and left. Two hours went by and I didnt hear anything from Krogers. So I called to see. They still didnt have a time frame of when my groceries would be ready. I was told Id get a call in a hour about it. I once again NEVER got a call from them. So I waited TWO MORE HOURS. Then I called them AGAIN. This time it was ready. I should have gotten my groceries at noon I got them at five. I wrote corporate twice and all they said was sorry theyd look into it gave me $5 for the inconvenience $5! Are you serious I spent $250 of my money. It was tied up so I couldnt order from anywhere else until I got the refund. I have a compromised immune system. Ive been doing the click list at Krogers and Meijer since the pandemic started. I am so displeased with my experience and insulted they gave me $5 credit. I dont know what is going on with them, but I am not happy about my service at all. I gave them three stars because Ive never had such a bad experience with them but until its made right Im leaving my review. Krogers on Navarre needs to get it together.

Kroger did an awesome job setting up the new store! Fantastic produce and the best thing for me, are all the check outs... No waiting most of the time!

This place is wonderful I had a excellent experience it’s very affordable all the items are stocked properly the lines are very quick. It’s very spacious plenty of parking on the outside the crowds of people are usually friendly the staff was pretty cool I really did enjoy the atmosphere at this location I definitely will be back

Just to let all shoppers aware that Krogers does not give you coin change back. They round off and try to keep your change. This is stealing out of YOUR pocket. They are a multibillon company using the (coin shortage) excuse to make more money and keeping your change. Think about this before you shop here. They could easily round off and instead of taking your money they could give you the money. If a store has to round of change then why should the shoppers have to make up the difference? Stay with me and BOYCOTT this store. Lets put them out of business. We dont want you here!!!

I would never come back to this Kroger.... the customers in this store are so rude and no one or their children no how to say excuse me!! The only 2 people in the WHOLEEE store that was nice was the cashier named Tiffany and the bagger...Get it together Oregon/ east side!!

Good food selection and very clean. but the self checkout is very buggy and slow.

The pharmacy is a joke rude techs and pharmacy manager that says I dont have time to talk to a customer about a complaint not to mention they gave my husband s medicine to another patient with all of his personal and medical information with it.

Overall this is a decent place to shop however often run out of certain items if you aren’t there early on the weekend. The click list is great. Good sales and coupons. Deli Dept is painfully slow. Friendly staff

I have NEVER been so disrespected or mistreated in my life by a company. First Im told itll be 25 minutes for my pickup, fine I can wait. Then after I have waited 40 minutes Im told itll be another hour and a half by Jessica. THEN she hangs up on me. I call and try to speak with a manager. But never get one. Props to the gentleman working click list who listened to my frustrations, apologized, and canceled my order for me. Only useful human in that entire store.

Great service. Product is in good quality and isnt too expensive. When checking out the wait time is usually fast. At the most you have to wait 4 minutes to check out. Their sushi is the best!

Kroger is clean and neat. In every department there seems to be someone who asks if they can help me find something. There are always plenty of registers open, and friendly service members. Its not our main shopping place, but I always enjoy going there.

Just in time for the delivery of the 3 lb Bacon packages that are on sale. They could get a delivery earlier this week so I bought 3 packages. Good to vacuum pack and freeze in smaller portions. Works out to be $2.77 lb

I love Kroger. With your mobile app/coupons you can really save money. My 5 year old loves ice cream. So, I was estatic when I got to the ice cream section to see that the Kroger Private Selection on sale from $5.79 to $1.99. There was a really good selection. Not sure how long the sale is going on. One of many reasons I love Kroger.

It has changed alot since the last time I saw in there. Which was back in the 80s. THE Store is better now. The trip to the store would of been better if I left dad at home.

The remodeled Kroger grocery store on Navarre is a clean, pleasant, retailer that also now offers some higher end options along with some advances; such as online ordering, self checkout, wine tasting with a good wine and beer selection, interior liquor store, and a lunchtime dining area. The gas station and fuel discounts are also a plus The only drawback, in my opinion, is some congestion in the traffic flow when parking, and during peak traffic, getting in and out on Navarre (SR-2) can be frustrating.

Kroger has a good selection, and decent prices, but it is impossible to find stuff. Every Kroger is laid out differently. Very inconvenient. I wish they had a logical layout, like the M and W competitors. They would get more of our business if they did.

Friendly employees, very clean store, a large selection of merchandise and very speedy service. This location always has what I am looking for. Aside from the normal grocery department, this location also offers a full pharmacy, deli, bakery, salad bar, sushi bar, a Starbucks and a complete line of precooked foods ready to eat and available to dine in or carry out. Lets not forget about the fully stocked wine and alcohol department with a wine tasting area

I had to pick up a prescription for my Granddaughter. Jan helped to figure out the insurance without any problems. Shes always great at her job and also friendly and nice.

I had a bad experience in the seafood shop. Not normal for this store.

Do not like the new layout. Sure it looks all fancy and upscale but everything is too spaced out. They could have saved money on renovation and lowered prices.

Good produces and store is always very well kept. Usually find good deals on stuff such as yogurt and certain beverages.

Its all brand new. Holidays create crowds, but its usually not too bad. The organization of the store has improved. Also, an in store Starbucks, which is awesome

They have a great choice of organic foods and keep the shelves pretty full. Check out has gotten faster with more cashiers. Everyone is there to assist you with what you need!

I was lucky as it was almost closing time and several Kroger employees were shopping also. They directed me to the ice cream toppings which were tucked in a corner of the frozen desserts and ice cream aisle. Some great buys but you must have a smart phone to download the digital coupons, some of which could be used 5 times! I ended up.saving $28.30

Very clean store. Well stocked. Prices are good if you use your Kroger card. Little high without it. Staff is super helpful. Lots of fresh looking produce. Lots of meat choices. Has a liquor store and a wine bar. Really? What ever floats your boat I guess. No military discount so no patriotic american stars awarded.

I had a raincheck for 20 12 packs for diet sunkist. I went in saturday to redeem it, i went to customer service and they had me write down my name and phone number and they were going to take it to grocery to order it since it was a large order, no problem. I called today to make sure it was ordered. No rain check was given to grocery. I personally went in after work, customer service threw it away. And Kylie, the girl working wouldn’t write it for more than 16- which wasn’t for what my rain check was for- so i’m losing out on what i needed. She was rude with me and wouldn’t look for it either. The grocery guy working and her both told me there was plenty for diet sunkist to redeem my “rain check” i went to the aisle and there was 6. there was enough sunkist. I felt that they didn’t listen to my concerns.

First time in this Kroger. I was not impressed with the politeness of employees or the placement of sale item. Pepsi was stored in vestibule. Had to ask two people for correct place.

We only go there for milk and meat anymore. Even with the card, it is a lot more expensive than Walmart. I’d rather deal with all the 05ers at Walmart than pay close to double at Kroger.

Newly remodeled more friendly user and it has click ticket where you call in your grocery list they shop for you and tell you what time to pickup your order. You pay at time of pickup and they load up your car. It could be just a gallon if milk. Its great.

Has a lot of varieties and their meat is fresh. Employees are friendly and helpful!!! Only downfall is my debit card has the chip and its broken and Kroger wont accept it. Not even if I try and swipe after three attempts. Besides that, I really like this Kroger!!!

Love that they carry lots of gluten free items but need better sales on gluten free items . Also lately everything I go in looking for gluten free or otherwise isnt stocked up. Love the ten for $10 sales. They do have friendly staff.

I didnt know that the store closed at 1 am. I thought it was a 24 hour, 7 days a week like Wal-Mart and Meijer. I went there for a few sale items for my neighbor. He has a little bit of trouble getting around because of his health. Anyway, a great store to shop at, just make sure to check out the hours of operations on your local Kroger store and give yourself time to shop. A lot of good things to look at and compare to the other stores! Have fun and save money by price matching!

Clean, friendly, and generally well stocked. Just dont try to return anything after 9pm, their customer service is closed and the cashiers will not help you.

The customer service has really gone down in the last month or so. Employees are less attentative to customers and most seem bothered when asked a question. This was my go to grocery store but meijer is better now.

We like shopping this chain, usually has what we need, good savings, coupons based on previously bought items, always clean and well staffed.

Has all the grocery and deli options of a marketplace without all the expansive non-food options. Clean and well-stocked. Just be mindful of your surroundings, as this store is near an unsavory neighborhood if youre not originally from around there.

Staff is extremely helpful knowing it is a mess right now and the new deli is amazingJuly 2017 Update: Now that this is finished it is amazing. Great wine selection with tasting bar. Liquor store and Starbucks built inside. dedicated olive, cheese and sushi selections with eat in area for quick decent meals. The Kroger quick list is also a helping hand for when you have kids or other reasons to not deal with in store and the price for the service is well worth it.

New drive up pharmacy, have 2 cars ahead of you, and have to wait 45min. This all before I could even speak to someone!!. Then have a long wait on the phone! The line has a median so there is no way of getting out of line...In need of more staff perhaps??? Grrrr

Josh at customer service was following procedure, but I was aware that the problem with my Kroger app and being grossly overcharged would need manager assistance. I asked a young lady to call for one, and she did, no argument. The managers that came really were needed to resolve the issues, and they were very helpful. Hopefully I have resolved any issues with my Kroger plus customer account, but it appears that there has somehow been a second 16 digit number attached to me? The managers told Josh to overlook whatever technical glitch had happened, and we got everything squared up. Give yourself plenty of extra time and be prepared to be patient if you need to visit the customer service counter.

I was a weekly shopper here and will be shopping at Walmart and Meijers now. I will not put up with rude costumer service, the lady that works in the liquor department was very rude. Threw my friends ID at him because she was upset that I did not have my ID on me even though I am not buying alchohol.. I was even outside the liquor department talking to my friend from the outside and she still threw a fit and so my friend said she was being ridiculous and asked for his ID back at which she threw it at him... I will return one more time just so I can get her name... bad service needs a name do that we can avoid it. Her name was Linda or Lisa.. something like that.

They have good prices. Every employee I deal with is always nice an friendly.

I was treated like a thief for putting my phone back in my pocket- which is fine and all besides for how rude several employees were after. I was given dirty looks and had an emolyee watching me in the aisles. I was made uncomfotable enough to empty my pockets in front of her just to reduce her presence.

Honestly this store use to be good however after remodeling, it went down hill. They actually seem to carry far less products with far more space, and what products they do have they seldom keep stocked. At first I thought it was just me but I have spoken with many other people who feel the same. They added a food area near the deli and bakery, however that too seems to have a bunch of issues. Often times I have had to ask for things that other stores keep up on. If you want a roast chicken or popcorn chicken, odds are you will have to ask (and wait forever). I can only guess that it is a management issue I have sent email to corporate and you dont ever get a response. Hopeful Krogers figures it all out before all the customers get fed up, there are others stores that want your business. Id try there first!
