I previously had a sign put on my car from another company that was only ok. when i washed my window at a gas station the logo came right off.I went to Pro Signs and man I am so impressed with the new signs. The one on my car is placed so perfectly and stands out so bright, unlike my previous one. He also made me a window sign for my office and it is amazing! Also stands out so bright and really catches your eye!Thank you Fernando! I will never go anywhere else for my signs again.

They were so easy to work with and always responded to our texts and calls! The wrap they put on our truck looked amazing and they were very timely about it. Their prices were very affordable. We will take all of our trucks to them in the future.

The first time I called for information I was hung up on when I put him on speaker phone to take down his email address. The phone was silent for five seconds and he was too impatient to ask if I was still there.I was wanting a large decal for my windshield and was asked to send him the image I wanted with the dimensions. I sent him the info, he emailed me saying I needed to send it in a program that fits his design company. I dont have a computer with compatibility to his design program. He said it would cost more to have them convert it. I didnt want to spend more but agreed. Then he told me he needed my car at the shop so they could measure the window. He was never open when I was off work. He said he was open Saturdays, as does his website. I was under a time constraint so swapped cars with a family member and they took my car 20 min to his shop on Saturday morning while I was working to find the shop CLOSED. This company doesnt know the definition of customer service and dont deserve any rating over 1.

Pro Signs did a great job with our exterior business signs. They’ve been very willing to accept feedback and make adjustments, all while getting the job done in a timely manner and at reasonable rates. I recommend using Pro Signs for you business signage.

I just got my trailer wrapped, and I am very satisfied. Fernando did an awesome job. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He did a great job on the design, and helped us come up with some great ideas. The turn around was very quick. This trailer wrap has already gotten us a lot of business and is well worth the price.

This place was amazing. Great customer service. I brought my 24 ft trailer to his shop Friday afternoon and he was able to get our decals done the same day. He stayed after business hours just to get it done for me. I highly recommend this place. Also he was a few hundred bucks cheaper then other places I went to The work and quality he did was amazing.

In addition to vinyls and banners, they also do very impressive custom sign work. At two of my business locations we needed large metal and LED custom signage for the front of the buildings. Fernando was very patient in working out the details for these signs and making sure that they came out just how we wanted. We had some delays in getting the signs installed, but Pro Signs made sure to work things out and got them on our buildings. They look beautiful and we got them at a VERY competitive price!

Fernando and team has been great to work with. We needed the wrap for our car done in order to hit a deadline for the business and Fernando got it done ahead of schedule. Theyre very easy to get a hold of and produce great quality work. Will be coming back again and again.

We went in Friday and We specifically asked when wed have our business cards in hand, he said next business day so we ordered them that same day. He insisted his minimum was 1,000 cards because of the way his printer is set up. Finally on Monday, turns out it takes 3 days for our magnets and 7 days for our cards. When designing our business cards Fernando told us it would be more to get a higher quality card so we went with basic. Tuesday, We go in to get another batch of business cards. He then changes it and says we can order less than 1,000 cards and makes his prices and he tells us that to match the first batch its going to be more because it was a high quality card (still havent seen if the quality is what he said it was going to be and on top of that it wasnt what we ordered because of the price but thanks for the hook up). If he had let us do that from the start, like we asked, we wouldnt have to go back and pay more for the second batch. He couldve done the changes in one visit. Not going back.

Ive enjoyed working with Fernando and his team at Pro Signs. He did 3 electronic channel letter signs for my business, Getout Games, in Provo and Salt Lake. Signs look great, he bid a good price that beat out several competitors and our relationship with him has been friendly and professional.

The crew from the ProSigns first of all did an amazing job on the sign itself. I had a walk-in patient come in the next day after installation just because he noticed the sign up on the building. I frequently get compliments on the design and chosen colors which by the way Fernando was majorly involved in. Prosigns were also the most affordable as I found, since I contacted most of the companies here in the valley. Fernando was very reliable, helpful and professional. He was always available; my wrong measurements needed a lot of drafts but he remained very professional and worked with me to assure that my sign looked the best. His staff also knew what they were doing. They missed their dinner so my sign can be done in a timely manner. I am always impressed with the quality of work that Fernando and his Pro Signs team produce for the business I represent.Im Christian a fleet manager of over 30 vehicles for Stewarts pest control & lawn care all along the wasatch front of utah.Every time I need my vehicles wrapped, I need them done fast, every day they are not done the company loses money.Recently a new driver took a corner to tightly and hit a low retaining wall that crumpled a small corner of the aluminum skirting of a box truck. I took the truck to the Pro Signs team and in under a half hour the small corner was replaced free of charge and the truck is back in route.Thanks Fernando and the PS Team!

Do not buy from this guy. You wont get what you pay for, and his timelines are about three to four times longer than what he will tell you. I recently ordered several large banners for my business (about 4 x 20 each), which I found out afterwards I was charged almost double what other sign guys are charging for the same thing (my fault for not shopping around). I also ordered some window logo decals to wrap around my storefront. Long story short - he told me one week until installation, and nothing was installed until a month later after I had to get belligerent with him for misleading me several times. Two of the three large banners were the wrong size, wrong landscape direction, and installed in the wrong place after showing him exactly where to put them. They were damaged all over, installed without stretching flat, and no decal stickers for my windows that I paid for were ever provided. I contacted him immediately about the problems, and he has ignored any communication. I shouldve learned my lesson the first time a few years back when a two week $3,300 job took six weeks to do, and the back lit sign turned out to be so dim that you cant read it at night, but he did a pretty good job of calming me down and being nice as he saw the potential to drum up some more business out of the deal. I should have followed my intuition and not given him the full payment by check up front when he asked for it, because it turned out to be a ridiculously bad deal. Youd think that the customer service would at least be better if hes going to charge almost double the price as competitors, but all Im stuck with now is making sure others know how he operates his business. Buyer beware and steer clear!

****STAY AWAYIf I could give negative stars I would, worst customer service non reponsive on top of everything he did not even do or have a sign ready when we went looking for him after being promised a date of install on top of thing accusing me of disrespecting employees when his own employees could not get a hold of him, if you are looking for banners or anything they provide go elsewhere*** STAY AWAY ***

My experience with Pro Sign was not the best. I was given a time line of 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks my fisrt sign was not completed and still needed to be fixed due to an error on printing. I had to constantly text Fernando to know the status of the sign as well as the time they were going to go to install it. I was given times like we will be there at noon and no one showed up or other days they came several hours late. Fernandos reponse was always an excuse my guys finished late another installation, I did not know the company who does our printing did not open during the holiday and the last one well, you dont need to be there waiting for us my guys can just show up and finish the sign.Unfortunately I had already given the deposit for a second sign on a pole at the same time I did for my first sign, needless to say that Fernando has not given me an update or where we are at with that sign and we are well in the 4th week and the installation hasnt even started. When I brought this to Fernandos attention his answer was he had told me it usually takes 6 weeks to do this but he had told me 2-3 weeks because he wanted to deliver them quick which is not true, the paper I have says 2-3 weeks for both signs and If I knew about the 6 weeks I would have never agreed to his bid. When he went to my office he made it clear his prices were not negotiable so I am unsure why his time lines should be negotiable then. On the other hand when it came time to pick up the deposit he was there 30 minutes to an hour later after speaking on the phone and have a verbal commitment from us
