Super helpful employee! I called up to see if they had the auto battery I wanted & needed! Amazingly they did! (COVID has caused shortages of all kinds of things!) I only had 20 mins to get to the store before closing. I got there just in time. The young man did NOT act upset because I was causing him to delay closing by a few minutes. In fact, he even carried the new battery out to my car for me! (I forgot how heavy car batteries are!) On a previous trip, one of my daughters also went there to get a replacement cell phone battery. They even had it in stock! She also had a great experience at Batteries Plus!

I took my phone in to have the screen and battery replaced two-weeks ago and totally regret it.The customer service was great, so at least that part was fine.Before going in my battery max capacity was 85%, meaning that the battery can only charge up to 85% of what a new battery should, which is literally what it is after the replacement.Also, less than a week later the new screen cracked (in what looks like a weak point) while in my waist bag, without any excess pressure on the bag nor any drops.Such a bummer, I sincerely hope this was a one off and other people have better experiences.

I needed a backup battery for my garage door opener. Vinny quickly found the right one. I tried to install it the wrong way and it didnt fit. Vinny showed me how to install it correctly, and it fit perfectly. Vinny was very kind and gracious through the whole process. He treated me like a valued customer, not like someone who couldnt make the battery fit in the hole. Because of superb service, I want to go there for all my battery and bulb needs.

This location has great access from the heart of Provo meets Orem. Plenty of parking available and the store is a decent size store. I knew what I need before I went in, but humored the guy wanting to help. Thank goodness I did not listen to him and stuck to what the manual said to get. If not I would have walked out with two batteries that would not have worked. Oh well I still got what I needed.

Not impressed. They say the specialize in key fobs. Turns out, they don’t. They tried to tell me they don’t exist for a 2011 Honda Accord. One of the most common vehicles ever made. It felt much more like they just didn’t want to be bothered.

The online purchase was very easy and offered a 10% discount. I was notified that my order was ready for pickup almost as soon as I done placing the order. I was also notified twice by phone that my order was ready. The Battery + store was easy to get to and the store employee gave me my order fast. I was impressed by all the product that was available in the store. I will definitely shop at this store again.

They were great to work with. They got me the batteries I needed in about a week. This was great because they are L16 batteries which are big and bulky. They shipped them to the store at no cost to me. The store was even kind enough to deliver them to me. I live almost 20 miles from the store. I will definitely think of using them again next time I need batteries or bulbs. Their customer service has been outstanding.

Batteries Plus Bulbs is awesome! Replaced the battery and screen to my sons iphone. They did it in an hour. The price was great the service was awesome. I went back a month or so later with a problem with my iphone. Aidan repaired it in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. They are well worth looking into for telephone repairs!

Although the store didnt have the battery in when they thought they would...supplier problem...they made it right by me. And to top it off the battery was installed. Great price, great service. Will be back.

When it comes to getting a hard to find battery, these guys are the ones to help. I bought a battery at interstate (just down the street), ended up needing to return it as it was a bad battery, after having that battery be on back order for ONE MONTH I went in and cancelled the order, never getting my battery. Went to batteries and bulbs, was helped by Ian and Sydnee and got my battery right off the shelf. They put the acid in, interstate did not.

The appointment was easy to set up and the store was expecting me. I was surprised that it took 1 hour to swap a battery. That could just be because Im unfamiliar with the demands of the device.

My dad suggested replacing my car battery at Batteries + Bulbs, and Im so glad we did. Trent was helping us, and he found the battery I needed from a picture on my phone almost immediately. Then he came outside and replaced it in like 15 minutes. The install was free, and he wouldnt even take a tip. Then they recycled my dead battery for free too. It took less than half an hour, and now I have a running car. Please give Trent a bonus, because he totally saved my sanity today.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. My order was easy and I knew exactly what I needed but the customer ahead of me seemed like he was having some difficulty identifying a part he needed. The salesman was really helpful with him and patient.

The technicians there were very kind and professional. I had two keys cut and key fobs programmed. They have been working like a charm. The technician that fixed my iPhone 7 Plus screen seemed great. A few days later I noticed a new crack in the screen. I never dropped it. When I called I was told, tough luck. No warranty. No help. When I asked what kind of screen was used, the technician wouldnt give me a straight answer. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting a quality screen replacement for a good price. Looks like I got a low quality screen replacement for a low price. Very frustrating.

Easily found the right battery for my ATV, called the store to make sure it was in stock. Max said it was. I asked if I order it online would it be ready in 40 minutes (how long it would take me to get to the store). He said it would be charged and ready to go. So I ordered the battery online (1 year warranty vs most others I looked at were 6 months). I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes. Install was slick. Good experience.

I had a super super cracked screen and they replaced it for me in less than an hour! Only $100 (i have a white iPhone 7),most places were charging $120!The coloring is great and I’ve had no problems with it getting rained on.My only problem is that the screen might be a lesser quality than the original, but that’s understandable. The 3D Touch seems to be really sensitive and will highlight things just as I’m scrolling/reading. It’s also hard for me to add a song to my que because i have to hold just the perfect amount of pressure. I’ve checked my 3D Touch settings and that’s not the problem. I’ve had this phone since it came out, so I’m pretty familiar with how light/hard i need to press. It’s just slightly irritating.But it’s overall good service for a great price.

The technicians at this store were polite and friendly. i paid for screen replacement and they sent my phone to their headquarters to be repaired. My phone came back unable to connect to cellular service. I pointed this out to them and they sent it in again, and they sent it back saying they could not fix it. They didnt offer me any compensation for breaking my phone.

Went there for a battery replacement for my Galaxy S7.When I went to pick up the phone after the battery was replaced they handed me my phone back dirty with adhesive on the screen. While ringing me up at the counter I proceeded to clean my phone to find deep scratches in the middle of the screen.I showed them the scratches and I asked if they were going to replace the screen now that they had damaged it. I was told that they would have to talk to the owner first and that wouldnt be until next week.The following week they got approval to replace the screen but would need to order one in. This would take a week.After the screen was replaced I went to pick it up, things looked good and I took the phone home.When my daughter started to use the phone she wondered why the home button was so wiggly.Sure enough, the home button was reinstalled incorrectly and its now loose.Not only did this process take over two weeks from start to finish, but I ended up with a phone in worse shape than when I took it in.Very disappointed.** UPDATE **2 days after having the phone back, the screen is now detached...!** UPDATE 2 **Not sure what battery they used for the replacement, but life on it is dismall

I brought my key fob for my car into this location. It typically would be a quick repair but our mechanism was kinda weird. He struggled with it but eventually the three guys were able to help me out and complete the repair. Thanks for the kind service and problem solving!

Employee Aaron seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I bought a car battery and he refused to help install it (over the phone he said he would), and said he couldnt leave the store, even when there was another employee 5 feet away. Website says, We offer unmatched service to consumers. Well, that may be the owners philosophy, but definitely not this employees. He probably cares more about staying warm and comfortable than helping customers.

I have been to this store several times and have always had a positive experience. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about their products and have always carried the products I needed. They are quick to install my purchase for me and test it out and have given me helpful information to save me time, hassle, and money. Ive only had 5 star customer service there. Love it!!

Absolutely do not buy anything here!!! I have grudgingly been using these guys for years with absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Today was the final straw... They will talk up their product and tell you how great the warranty is right up until you actually have to return something. I bought their most expensive, best warrantied battery they had for roughly $300. After four months the battery is dead and wont take a charge. Says right on my receipt and on the battery that it has a FULL four year warranty yet they refused to replace it!! Stay as far away from this business as you can. Worst customer service and return policy I have ever had to deal with!!! Oh and BTW I am a commercial account that up until today had done tons of business with them. When I asked the guy that was helping me if it was worth loosing me a customer over this battery, He actually had the nerve to say your only one customer. Imagine saying that to a repeat customer! I was shocked.

My motorcycle battery was sitting on the counter with its paperwork, just waiting for me to walk in the door. Understandably they hadnt filled it with acid yet, but that didnt take long. The battery was the correct size, etc. and works great. No fuss, no muss, just what I ordered!

Ordered a battery for my motorcycle online for in-store pick-up. Everything went well and as expected. Friendly and fast staff.

I had an issue with their fill & charge charge on a recent purchase. When I asked who the manager/owner was and his phone number, they refused to tell me. When I and asked the employees name, he refused to tell me, he was not wearing a name tag. I dont know if the charge was correct or if they were trying to rip me off but if you do shop there check your receipt for added charges.What are you hiding if you wont give me the manager/owners name and number, or wont even tell me your name.

Wonderful experience. After having Costco turn us away for OReilly, we headed here instead. The owner helped us out directly even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing due to an accident on our way there. Full service battery change. Tested our battery, found the proper replacement, and installed it for us out in the cold and after closing. They also take your old battery for recycling and refund you the core fee. Genuinely nice guy and you could tell he cares about his business and customers. Wonderful product and wonderful service. We will definitely be back when our other cars need a change.

Ordered bulbs that said are available on 4/20/17. Get a call that they are not in stock have to order them and will be about a week will get a call when they arrive. No problem. 5/10/1u no call yet. Call them and oh ya they were put on the shelf I ask did they try to call. no we didnt. Had no intention of calling or refunding money. Too bad for batteries plus I remembered.

Had my iPhone screen replaced here and in my opinion it’s not worth the savings. The display looks awful with about 30-40% of the color washed out. Videos, photos, pretty much everything looks terrible now. Plus it’s no longer water resistant. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but what I got isn’t worth the money. I recommend spending the extra money to have your screen replaced by Apple or an authorized dealer using genuine parts.

Horrible service. I actually used to work here as well. They DO NOT stand behind their warranties. They fix devices to the point where youll have to get it fixed again soon. I had them fix my screen and charging port and when the screen stopped working a week later, I took it back for a warranty. When I came back to pick it up, the screen was cracked (it had been fine before). They said it was my fault and wouldnt warranty it. When I got it back, my expensive case was also broken and they denied breaking it. On top of ALL OF THAT, when I got my phone back, it wont charge and they refuse to fix it! NEVER GO HERE

I bought the battery for my 1500 goldwing.According to the website, it was supposed to match perfectly.A nightmare.I had to bend a metallic piece, drill this piece to adapt.Not cool

Dont pay the extra price this place is a joke. Bought a battery and it only lasted a couple months, I brought it in and they charged it and said it was fine but to come back if it had any other problems. I put it on the bike and honestly got one start and it was too low to start a second time. I have a Honda 300 and just had it maintained. I took it off the bike and put on a different battery, which ran all season. I finally got around to taking the battery in and the charge is too low for warranty. They charged it up again, but still wont warranty it. I pressed the guy to help me out and he offered $10 off a $100 battery. Thanks but no thanks.

They didnt have enough of the batteries that I wanted so they compared the specs on those and others that they had and found me a great alternative at a lesser price. VERY impressed.

For years I have been doing business with (Batteries Plus On University Parkway In Orem). I for one, am at a loss to figure out HOW ANYONE would rate this store anything less then 5 stars? I have been hard pressed having experienced the competition out there to find ANYONE that compares to the quality integrity and service that I have experienced at this place of business? (Someone having a bad day?) You cant please everyone I suppose. Keith and his staff have been nothing less then the best. I will recommend, and WILL always take my business to this establishment!

I ordered on line and when I got to the store they had the battery charged and ready. They even supplied me tools to change the batteries out right then and leave the old core, so I did not need to go back. Great service.

I bought 8 or 9 large batteries from these guys, and none have lasted more than a couple years. I had an expensive Backhoe battery I bought last year that was bad from the day I put it on. Well, took my about a year to finally bring it in (jumping the machine in the mean time), and was told they wouldnt exchange it unless it had a 10V+ charge. It did. Then they wouldnt exchange it because it was too dead. Thats the reason I brought it in. The kid wouldnt budge saying he was a big wig assistant manager and so on. I finally said to call the owner and figure it out. He did, and the battery was returned.Our property was recently robbed and someone walked about with 50 or so specialty tractor batteries. Ill be buying the replacements anywhere but here. Terrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! This company doesnt stand behind its warranty and wouldnt return a bad battery after 6 months. The battery was for an ATV and was faulty after 4 months of use. The man that sold us the battery said it would last 3 years or more and gave a great sales pitch on their 1 year warranty. Dont be a sucker like us and buy that crap. Buy your battery from ANYONE else. Their customer service was great for the purchase and AWFUL for the return ! I still have the battery and will be displaying it at our company where everyone can see what an awful company batteries plus is.

Took my phone in to be fixed for the battery and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the price to fix it was cheaper than all the other places I called.

I mean i dont know what to say! i brought my phone in for a repair hoping to get it fixed, spent $300 wich was expected. What i didnt expect was to find out my phone was still broken when i got home! come back 30 minutes later to explain that nothing changed, only to be told by the employee that they were only able to give half my refund back and put my old screen back on?! I dont know if that is policy but that doesnt seem fair. To make matters worse they told me to come back tomorrow for that refund. I feel like they should have made sure they fixed the problem before giving it back to me and charging me. It feels like they want to take half my money for essentially doing nothing.

Aggravating! The car battery i bought from them was dead. Since it was a Saturday afternoon when I put it in, it was too late to exchange it before I figured out the voltage was too low to start the car. New it should have been at 13.8, but they sold me one at 12.2. Heck, the bad one i took out was 12.4 - it just wouldnt charge and hold it. So my new battery stayed on my charger at home until Sunday afternoon before it was fully charged while the car stayed parked. You would think they have checked the battery voltage before they gave it to me. Total rookie failure for a place that has Batteries in its name. However, 2 stars instead of 1 since they had my (dead) battery in stock.

I have been a repeat customer for over 7 Years. All the negative reviews I am reading appear to be people who abused their products and then expected a refund.I have dealt with warranty and returns and never had a problem, but I also dont return things that I broke or misused. They have great customer service and are very honest and knowledgeable. They basically have a PHD in Batteryology. (if that is a word)I Highly recommend them. If you are an honest customer, you have the same experience I have had. They always bend over backwards to help me and to find products I need.

Never take your watch here!They seem to have a great selection of batteries and workers willing to help. However I took a nice watch in to just get a battery replaced here and the worker after saying it would be a quick fix brought it back to me several minutes later saying he didnt want to further damage the watch. He had completely stripped 3 of the 4 screws! The outside case also had a little crack... but really... at stripping one screw you just need to stop! After this this he referred me to a watch shop at the mall that he goes to for his watches... which would have been nice to know earlier before it had gotten more damaged.Bottom line: Go to another place if you need a watch battery replacement

In my experience, this store has the best customer of about any place Ive ever shopped. Their employees have been extremely helpful - going beyond the call of duty to carry heavy batteries out to my car, install them in my devices, test them, and help me navigate new technology. They seem to hire exceptional kids and train them well. Today, I was in my exercise clothes, didnt plan on being out in public, had a sick baby, and had an emergency that required a trip to replace my husbands dead car battery. I returned the battery I had bought previously at Batteries Plus (our mistake - we left the keys in the ignition for a week) and Spencer pro-rated a new one for me, carried the old one away and brought the new one out to me so I didnt have to get my sick kid out of the car. It was super quick and easy. Previously, their employees have re-programmed my keyless entry, figured out what was wrong with my cell phone (it wasnt the battery like I thought) and saved me money on car batteries. GREAT service!!!

Took a week and a half for the part to arrive at the store, then the store didnt call me to let me know it had arrived. The actual battery is fine, but the service left a lot to be desired.

First off let me say that the people who work at this store are very pleasant, but frankly incompetent when it comes to smart phone screen replacement. I broke my phone screen and chose to have it ficed in this store. They fixed it fairly quickly but as soon as I picked it up the screen popped out. I took it in and they told me they ran out of adhesive so they just put a little on it. When I picked it up the second time (a week later) the same thing happened and the screen actually popped out and broke. Third time they fixed it now 2 months after the process has started and the screen is still not staying in place and we constantly have to push it back down. Point of this is to warn any looking to have their phone screen repaired to not use their services. I would appreciate a refund but it has not happened yet.
