This place has been awesome! Easy and no pressure buying experience. They were absolutely upfront with all of my pricing questions. When buying my truck, Luis was amazing to work with and made the process very simple. Within the first couple weeks I had my ABS and Stability Track light turn on. I called down and they told me to bring the truck in and they looked into it and reset part of the computer and it hasnt come back on. A few days after that my driver side shock went out and they again told me to bring the truck in so they can look at it. When they looked at it they also found a few things that were loose on the front end and told me they were going to replace the shock and the few other things on the front end that were loose. They got everything replaced and now it runs like a champ. I would highly recommend IDrive for your next vehicle purchase. They have great customer service and make sure they sell great quality trucks.

I went here to check out a jeep that was on their lot, a 2003 Jeep TJ. it was pretty fresh and my wife and I loved it! those guys are super accommodating and the transparency was awesome! Jared was the sales rep that I worked with and I felt like he was completely honest with us and fair. I originally wanted to go through my credit union for a car loan but even though my credit is really really good, I didnt get the rate that I was happy with, but these guys had more resources and they were able to help us get a really low interest rate loan that was well within budget. Naturally when you go to a dealer you are paying a little bit of a premium but with the undercoating, new tires and mechanical checks they do to ensure a good product, I feel like it was a very fair deal.

Terrible customer service. While we ultimately bought our truck here because we fell in love with the truck, it was not a good experience. The German man in the office was the only helpful person we talked to, and later, Austin, who delivered the truck was awesome, kind and easy to work with. We had a relatively new associate (Troy) who didnt have enough information to know what he was doing and it made the whole process extremely frustrating. We told him we wanted to buy the truck in my name (not my wifes) but he still forced us to run her credit, which ultimately delayed the entire process and made working with the CU a pain. He wasnt responsive to urgent texts/calls about the credit application and status of our truck, and I ended up having to call the credit union myself to sort out issues with the application because he originally submitted the application wrong and without correct or sufficient information. Once we sorted out the financing and got approved, he said our truck would be delivered the next day but then never got back to me with contact information for the delivery driver or timing of the delivery, but we otherwise canceled appointments and moved things around needlessly. We also spent WAY more than we anticipated, which made it even more frustrating that we couldnt even get decent customer service when spending over $53k on a truck. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and between my wife and I, we have owned about 15 vehicles. I would never go here to buy a vehicle again.

Terrible customer service.I called last week to get information on a Truck that I came across for sale online, I first spoke with Brian who was very nice on the phone but told me they were short handed and he would follow up with me first thing in the morning with the questions I had for him about this vehicle.I called back the next morning requesting Brian to get back with me, he was still busy so I asked for another sales person, I then spoke to Jones and had to ask the same questions, After hours had gone by I called back AGAIN requesting a sales manager, they ensured me he would call me back within the hour to get me any information I may need.Finally by 6pm I got a text from Jones with about 1/2 of my questions answered, after he sent over my credit application he did not reply to me, I asked a few more basic questions before I submitted to the application. Hours went by before I got a response, when he did respond that night he told me the truck had just sold.How does someone in this industry sell something out from under you like that? I went through not ONE, Not TWO but THREE people in sales and got absolutely NOWHERE. What upsets me the most is they were willing to run my credit on a truck I had been inquiring about for TWO days but then sold it while I was in the middle of filling out that application.The lack of communication, the lack of professionalism and overall customer satisfaction is not worth even 1 star at this point.They have a nice selection of Inventory but dont have the sales team to back it up.** Also make sure you book value the vehicle you are buying, just because you add new wheels and tires does not increase the book value by 5-6,000$.Great advertising, great selection of vehicles, TERRIBLE customer service, follow up and knowledge.
