I can’t say that this place is completely bad, but based off of my experience, Do not buy a car from this “dealership”. The guy acts super nice to customers and talks like he is doing you a favor. I bought a car from this place about 6 months ago, and he was talking about how nice of a car it was, no problems and just had a bunch of things replaced. The day after I got it, it had broken down because of a corroded power cable (that was literally hanging on by small threads) that I spotted after not very long looking at it. This alone is no big deal, mistakes and missing something happens all the time. Then again, a week later, it broke down again. This time because the Serpentine belt had fallen off, due to incorrect bolts being put on the Tensioner assembly. I was starting to get suspicious but it wasn’t that big of a fix either, so I didn’t mind it. Not, 6 months later after having a shop get the right bolts on to stop a horrid squealing that was constantly going on, I find out that the alternator is going to go bad soon, which had supposedly been replaced with a new one before I bought the car. I can’t say that a bad alternator was put on, or that it was incorrectly put on but I do know that the fault is on the shop, and it’s a shame I can’t take legal action because I absolutely would. Not to mention the fact that the state of Utah requires all parts sold in Utah to have a one year warranty, this alternator had been intentionally purchased online, and online parts typically have no warranty. I’m pretty certain the “mechanic” had purchased it online, without warranty because it was cheaper to him. I am currently dealing with a problem on one of the cylinder firing mechanisms, also supposedly newly replaced. If you do buy a car here, be very careful to ensure it looks good and that parts replaced have warranty.

Friend bought a car from here and same day she bought it the engine goes bad. They refused to replace the engine or try to fix it. She also bought it after being told that the engine and everything in the car was fixed and would be in perfect condition. Also if you read other reviews on here, after leaving customers frustrated and unsatisfied. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix their mistakes they fire back at people who just bought their cars and are completely rude. Would definetly think twice before getting a car from there. Real con artists. If you give someone a bad car with bad parts the least you should do is fix it for them. My friend spent a long time saving up for that car!!!!! (Going to now wait for their comeback, because they cant apologize)

We bought a truck that supposedly was completely redone by the shop. The owner said during the sale that he would get us a complete list of what was done so that if something was under warranty we would know. We bought the truck back in July, January here and no list. We have asked many times and nothing. Not even a message back. We came to this place based solely on their ratings, but this lack of communication was not even the first time it has happened. I brought it up to him and he said he hadnt received anything when I clearly have the messages on my phone. I would give less of a rating if I could, especially on communication. On the sale of the truck it stated 4 weeks and it took 6. Then it broke down right after we picked it up and we had to pay to have it towed back to the shop. After more weeks of waiting, very little communication (if any), and paying for the parts, we were told it was fixed. The power kept drawing and the truck kept dying. We finally took it to a family friend were it was discovered that the alternator was hooked up backwards. What kind of auto shop hooks it up backwards? I dont think they fixed anything when they said it was completely redone when we purchased it. So sad. I had really high hopes after the reviews that came before me. Maybe they are going through a hard time, but who isnt. There is not enough money for me to have the hassle of buying anything else from them. Oh and I waited to write the review because I was giving the owner the benefit of the doubt that he would come through with the list of parts that were replaced. What kind of business has to take months to come up with a list of parts used? I know, a shop that lied and didnt do anything, except wrong. Have they not kept better records for taxes than that?Wow! It is nice to see that you are quick to respond when it is public. Next time maybe respond to your customers concerns before their only option is to give you an honest review. We are not rude people, just calling it like we went through it or any other consumer would want to hear happened.

We Absolutely love this place and the owner is Super Amazing to work with! My husband and I recently bought our car from there and we have no complaints. Well we bought our car was able to drive it for 2 weeks then it sat in my driveway for at least 3 weeks before we had to tow it over to the shop because it just didnt start. Weve paid him the cost of the car only owe $663 he said he would get it in so we know whats wrong with it, and well hes yet to do so. We are homeless and were working until our belongings were Robbed from us. We told him our situation but he doesnt seem to care. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Eric was a great help, taking the time & patience to speak to me and help me in bringing a truck over to the UK. Couldnt of asked for a better service and hope to use him again for years to come!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle. The truck we bought was advertised as having a rebuilt motor with only 500 miles on it. We were told that they would provide all of the receipts for parts they used so that we would have the warranty for the parts. Asked for the receipts on November 13, it took them 6 days to reply saying they would find them. January 7th and still waiting to hear back from them with the receipts.1 week after picking the truck up from them the alternator bracket broke and ruined the alternator. They would only pay for the installation of the new alternator, we had to purchase the new alternator and the mounting bracket. What ever happened to taking responsibility/pride in your work? In the process of them installing the new alternator they said there was a power draw that they were trying to find and fix.We also paid $1900 to have them install air conditioning in the truck. It blows air but never gets cold.After they installed the new alternator, air conditioning and supposedly fixed the power draw we picked the truck up and drove it home. Once we turned it off it wouldnt start again unless it was jump started. I let them know and they said to figure out how to get it back down to their shop and they would look at it. Given how inept they had seemed to be so far I chose to have a friend look at it. After we traced things down with a volt meter we discovered that the alternator wiring was connected backwards so the alternator was never receiving power. We also noticed the positive lead crimp on connector was not done properly and only about half of the wire was crimped under the lead, the rubber sleeve that is supposed to cover the bare wire was not covering the wire, leaving it completely exposed to corrosion. We also noticed the main ground wire from the alternator had a large cut in the wire jacket leaving it exposed as well. Once we switched the leads to the correct locations the alternator worked fine.I recently took the truck into another shop to have the main gas tank sending unit replaced. While it was there they looked the engine over and notified me that there were multiple oil leaks throughout the engine including around the head gasket. They were concerned that no torque wrench was used when putting the heads on. They also noticed the bolts holding the exhaust manifolds on were only hand tightened. One bolt was only holding on by a couple of turns of the bolt threads. They also changed the oil for me. 2 weeks later when I checked the oil, it had leaked so much oil that it didnt even register on the dipstick. I looked st the spot where I parked today on a newly paved road and there were 23 different oil stains on the ground. How can you claim that the motor was rebuilt when the exhaust manifolds were not properly installed and the engine leaks 2-3 quarts of oil in 2 weeks?So basically, dont trust anything they say. If youve unfortunately already purchased a vehicle from them, dont expect them to back up any of their work, or do it properly in the first place. I would give them negative stars on the review if it was an option.

I sold my car through Orem Auto Market. One of their reps contacted me on facebook about the listing for my car. I loved the idea of letting them sell it for me. It turned out to be a big help. Even though I ended up getting a few hundred bucks less than what I had planned on with them, I was satisfied that It was done, and with little effort on my part.The only part that really bugged me and the reason for just 3 stars is how incredibly long it took to get paid once it had sold. I was called by their rep the night it was sold and he told me hed call the next day and have the check mailed to me. Sweet. Sounds good. When I didnt get a call the next day I wasnt worried at all. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called him up and he told me that hed mail the check that day. Another week later I called again and he still hadnt done anything. So I just asked if I could drop by and pick it up, and he let me know when to come. When I arrived for my check, they hadnt written it up, and couldnt give it to me cause the owner hadnt signed it and wasnt available. I mean its not that big a deal, it wasnt too big a hassle to go over there, but seriously? I let them know I was coming and they didnt bother to prepare for it at all. I finally talked to the owner himself and he handled the situation much better than his rep. So I got to pick up my check a few days later, over 3 weeks after my car was sold and I was told I would have my money. It was just a little frustrating. Overall, I am still glad I chose to sell my car through them, just wish they had been more on top of things once it was sold.

Best place to purchase a reasonablely priced vehicle.About a month ago I purchased an SUV from this business. The people that work here are all phenomenal. They have experience working with dealers, but have become far better because they truly try to help people and dont push you to get a vehicle. I took almost 2 hours testing cars and each car they had spent time working on and knew worthwhile information about each car.

I have never ever had such amazing service, these wonderful men were so caring, I was crying my eyes out, I didnt know what to do, but they took care of me, and fixed the problem, there are not many good people in the world nowadays, but these wonderful men are one of a kind, Im so very happy with everything, thank you gentlemen!!! 😊😊
