I was referred to Mint Repair by a friend. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of them. I am really glad I tried them out. They were friendly, kind, and very fast. My screen was fixed in about 30 minutes. It looked amazing when I picked it up. Their prices are fair, reasonable, and competitive. Way better experience than I have had at other repair shops. We were a walk-in on a Saturday for a cellphone battery replacement, but the technician didn’t think he had the correct battery in stock. He was very kind and contacted his employer and was able to locate the battery. In the time it took to go to Trader Joe’s nearby, my phone had a new battery and had no issues in over a year. Unfortunately, I dropped it recently and will need to take it into Mint soon for a replacement screen.

I’ve taken my device to Mint Repair before and had a great experience so I decided to go back when my Apple Watch needed a new battery.I love using my Apple Watch to swim because it can track my workout and I’ve done it many times. After getting my battery repaired, I didn’t use my watch for a few weeks because I was traveling and left it at home. When I got back, I decided to go swimming for the first time since having it repaired. I water locked it and started the workout. About five minutes later I looked at my watch and the whole screen was missing. It was at the bottom of the pool halfway down the lane. There’s no reason the screen should randomly fall off (it hadn’t been hit or anything) other than it being put back on incorrectly. I messaged them and was pleasantly surprised when they told me to bring it in.Well, all the did was tell me there’s nothing they could do because of the water damage. Umm, you ruined my whole watch. The least they couldve done is refund me my $70 for the battery repair to put toward a new watch, because now I’m out hundreds of dollars plus the $70 and nothing to show for it.Used to love this place but now I’m warning everyone I know because of how sketchily this was handled.

I walked in they immediately began fixing my phone. I walked out 15 minutes later with my phone fixed and. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my phone repairs!

Seeing that Mint repair has had good ratings by most, I took my iPhone 8 in there to get the screen and back glass replaced. Because I was trying to be accepted for a high trade-in value with my carrier, I told them that I needed it done soon, to which they told me there would be no problem. They told me to come back the next day and the phone would be ready. The next day when I showed up (later than I told them I would return) they told me that they did not have the correct parts and while the screen had been replaced, they had no definite timetable for when the back glass would arrive.The employee said he tried to call me to inform me of the issue but that it wasnt working but my number was not going through. I understood and gave him my phone number again in case it was put in wrong the first time. The employee told me that he would get in touch with his manager to track the shipment and would let me know after he was done speaking with him. Because I was on a time-crunch, I had to leave but told him to call me as soon as he knew.More than 8 business hours and a day had passed before I decided to call them to see the status of the shipment. The employee who answered told me the same thing that he would have to talk with the manager. This is the situation currently.Update:Two hours after posting this comment, the manager called to me apologize for the situation. He also called to inform me that he had overnight shipped the parts to the store and that my phone had been fixed. When I went in to pick up my phone, the employees were nice even though they knew about the post and the situation. The manager took the lengths he did to make sure my phone was taken care of and called me that quick, I have not had that quick of customer service anywhere else. With that being said, I still had a frustrating experience before the call but would consider using Mint Repair again.

Called in around 1pm on a Saturday (they close at 5) to see if they could fix the back of my wifes iPhone X. John said they had the part in stock and could finish it same day - which they did. This bios was was fast and did a great job overall. But the magnet strip got messed up when they fixed it so my phone won’t charge wirelessly. They are currently in the process of ordering a part to fix it, but it’s been slow because they didn’t order it right away and I had to call and remind them.

Ended up not getting my phone repaired because we found extra problems and it was just not worth it. But these guys were very responsive and definitely know what they are doing. Will definitely be back if needed.

We have been to Mint Repair before for cracked screens and the service was great. I had my son take his Iphone 6+ in today for a cracked screen. When my son returned to pick it up the guy at Mint Repair informed him that the moisture indicator was red, and if the phone happened to stop working, that was the reason. Not even 5 hours after having it repaired, my sons phone shut off and is unresponsive. Its almost like the guy at Mint Repair knew it wasnt going to work for long! My sons phone has never had any issues until now.

I’m not sure what the name is of the guy who helped me out today, but he did an amazing job! The screws around the pressure sensitive home button on my iPhone 7 Plus were loose and he was able to get it fixed in less than 10 minutes AND he put on a brand new tempered glass screen protector for me free of charge! Really appreciate the great work he did! I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs I need. I’d highly recommend this shop!

I’m not gonna lie to any of you, if you have a mobile phone or watch or tablet issue go to these guys unless your specific carrier has an awesome insurance plan go to these guys it’s the only place I have found in four states that I’ve lived in the last three years that can deliver quality, professionalism, and great prices. I called four different locations outside of Apple to try to find out if I could get my Apple Watch fixed every single place told me that the only people who could do it was Apple. I called Mint and they actually could do it got the parts ordered that day and I dropped everything off and they are amazing. It makes me feel like those other places are just too lazy to want to fix some thing that they don’t want to. Always go to Mint they will treat you fairly and professionally and kind they just rock!

Mint Repair is amazing! I broke my iPhone X screen and they fixed it in an hour the same day and it feels exactly the same as the original. Honestly can’t beat that quality and price. Not to mention they were super friendly and professional. I’ve been a couple different places for screen repairs and this was by far the best!

Like every other phone repair shop in town they only replace batteries in select phones. They wouldnt touch mine. I also tried to call and nobody would answer so I drive over there and some kid is the only one there with company phone sitting right by him on the desk. None of the techs at these places are not very skilled including Mint.

I took my iPhone Xs Max to mint repair right after slamming my phone in my car door and shattering the front glass. I dropped it off and went to the gym. It was ready by the time I was done. Super easy.My screen started to bug out about two weeks after I had it replaced. Then, it completely broke and was just white. I couldn’t use it. I took it back and the recognized that it was a faulty screen. They replaced it again at no charge because of the warranty and also replaced my glass screen protector for free. My current screen hasnt had any problems.Great service and really easy!

They had my phone charging port fixed in less than an hour. My phone charges flawlessly now and it has saved me a lot of stress. I use my phone for work and needed the repair done same day. The employee offered to stay a little later than his shift to ensure my phone was fixed. Phone repair shops make me nervous but I had no problems here. My phone screen recently stopped detecting my finger. I was worried I’d have to pay a lot of money to replace my phone. Mint repair assessed my phone and showed me that my battery was swelling and lifting my screen up and easily replaced my battery. They could have easily told me that the battery and screen needed to be changed and I wouldn’t have known. Instead they taught me about phone care and we’re honest in the care of my phone. And quick to fix it as well! I dropped my phone off to get assessed then ran a quick errand with my son. By the time I got back it was already fixed (even when there were 2 or 3 phones ahead of me to be fixed).

Good service and it was fast! I paid extra to get a screen protector and that’s why I’m only giving 4 stars. It was poor quality and caused the touch screen to be finicky. It also didn’t seal all the way and had a bubble outline (the worker assured us it would seal and any bubbles would go away after 24 hours... it didn’t). Great place to get a screen repair but don’t buy their protectors

I filled out the quote form online for an S10 and got a text for a screen repair of $129. SO I go in there and the quite me $299, and say I must have entered the ACH phone. I dont even know what that is..... seems like bait and switch

Had an incredible experience one week ago. Referred this place to a few people, including an online review. Had to go back today for a repair. Opposite experience today. Warranty information from one week ago was retracted. Customer experience just very different. When I went in last week I had no idea they had warranties. Had a great conversation w the sales rep about their service and repairs and warranty. Today all that was retracted from another sales rep. Be careful. I’m not recommending to anyone else. Shifty place depending on who is there.

Sprint actually referred me to Mint Repair in Orem to fix the broken glass on my Lg30 phone. They ordered the part and fixed it . My phone looks brand new. Loved the staff. They were friendly, professional and courteous. I will go there again for any future repairs.

I had a problem with my phone, so I emailed them the question. The next day I stopped in and the worker had researched my question by calling the phone company. He let me know that he found a way I could get a replacement phone for free and that I wouldnt have to worry about having the phone repaired. Very reasonable, honest company who have the customers best interest at heart.

I walked in with a S9 having a screen punctured with a break created by the phone falling out of my pocket on a sharp stone. It looked like it had a .22 ricochet of the lower left corner. I dropped it off with an estimate costing only 1/4 the cost of replacement and it was done in 90 minutes. I walked out with out being able to tell anything had ever happened to it. These guys are legit!
