They need to have better access. They are so limited because of their surroundings. Somewhat poor planning for the area.

This is my favorite soda shop, and I have tried a lot of them. I like that they always get my order right, they are kind and I get great rewards! The drink mixes are the best and their cookies are great. I always get my daughter a water with gummy sharks. She isnt drinking soda but still feels like she got a treat! I love it there.

Swig offers great products, but their service was slow, tedious, and difficult for the average person. I waited in line for 36 minutes for two 16 oz drinks and only had four cars in front of me. Despite the actions taken, Swig must analyze their process to improve their processes for better customer service times. Through the alterations in those strategies I would be willing to try again for my second time. B

We miss the fruit smoothies that used to be available, especially since we arent a soda family. Now we usually come for the cookies instead of the drinks. We always enjoy the classic pink cookies and the peanut butter with chocolate frosting. The seasonal peppermint whoopie cookie was a bit bland; definitely needed more peppermint flavor to it. If we do get a drink, weve really enjoyed switching out the light lemonade in The Tropic drink and replacing it with blue Powerade. We like that the service is good and our orders are accurate.

I love swig I spend a lot more money here than I probably should, but I have tried i think three new drinks besides my usual. I have tried the heartbreaker and having the coconut tones down the blackberry and Dr.pepper quite down so i dont get that one as much, I tried the endless summer today and that was pretty good. The pomegranate was a bit to pungent for me and I couldnt taste the pop at all, but the beach babe is delicious, I tried it with the syrups first and then i did it with purees. Both are very good, but my usual is the bloody wild with extra mango puree. Im not one for mango flavoring but this deffidently meets my mango standards. I would recoment Amy of these if you want to get out of your comfort zone.

Im not a Swig addict, but every 3 months or so I give in and go here. The mixture of flavors and combinations is amazing. Its worth drinking soda just to go here. A friend of mine had never been. I took him here and had him try a sip of my drink and his remark was, I see why this place is ALWAYS so busy. That was a tasty drink.

Good: Their drinks are good, but expensive. They have great sugar cookies.Bad: My kids rode their bikes here and they wouldn’t let them go through the drive thru. (The lobby is closed for Covid.) The drive thru turn is too tight for larger vehicles. They also don’t take cash. The seasonal Whoopie Pie was disgusting.

My wife and I ventured out on Monday. afternoon for a treat at our favorite soda place.There were 8-9 cars ahead of us. The girls came out in the hot sun, pretty resilient to be out there. Kiddos to them. She took our order on a pad. We ordered a dr pepper and as an added bonus we went for the new shimmer add-on which is a glitter something they put in the soda to give it a different twist. It was fun looking down in our drink and seeing the glitter swirling around. Try it with the kids, its fun. The soda was refreshing and we topped it off with a chocolate chip cookie which was very satisfying. Good flavor and dense. One of many I could have tried, but we will go back again soon and try more. Great visit🍪🍪🍪

First off, I like the drinks. The staff is friendly sometimes. The issue I have with this place is their policy about tumblers. I bought a tumbler a few years back, insuring I would get a discount on my refills. Because of covid they no longer accept them and to get the discounted price I have to show them my tumbler. I am rarely in my car when I go, so they expect me to carry my tumbler with me whenever I go with a friend and we happen to stop in for a drink. Thats not happening! They have the ability to see what my order is, why in the world can they not see that I get a tumbler price EVERY TIME and deduce the fact that I must have purchased a tumbler at some point. They could even print out cards for us tumbler people to carry, that would be easier than carrying around an empty mug on the off chance I go to the orem store. Until that happens I will go to the Provo store where the employees are friendly, know my order as soon as they see me, and know I have purchased a tumbler after showing them once.

I don’t know what is SO hard about reading a label. I like to order the Strawberry Breeze, but I do not like coconut. We have had at LEAST three different experiences when the label clearly states NO coconut, but they add it anyway. Today we had the same issue, and are still in the parking lot on the phone with them. The lady on the phone literally took over FIVE MINUTES just searching for our order we just put in, and she told us she could not find it. Then she put us on hold to get someone else to locate the order. Why the orders and labels are not being read boggles my mind. For a drink company who allows customers to modify drinks, you would think they would learn to read the order and make the drinks properly ... but no. They like to waste not only their time but our time. This is NOT acceptable.

It would be nice if there were signs before you got in the driveway stating that you guys don’t take cash right now. It was really disappointing for my kids to get excited and then for me to place my order just to be told that you guys don’t take cash.

Delishhhh. Love me some swig. Theres normally a line, especially in the morning before work and during lunch hours- people need their caffeine pick me up. They serve cookies, drinks, boba (idk how good their boba is), and scones. Their sugar cookie with pink frosting is the best sugar cookie Ive ever had. Way better than their other cookies. Peanut butter comes second but I think that one is seasonal. They also accept refill cups with a 15% discount or something like that. They have lots of diff flavors with most regular sodas. Purees, fresh fruit, syrups, all that. Prices are reasonable and decent.

The only bad thing about their popsicles is that I didn’t buy more of them. Perfect treats for this summer

Our family loves Swig. The cookies are ok but the drinks are really what does it. The syrup choices are fun but what really sets them apart and makes the drinks extra special are all the fresh fruit options that they have. Being able to just get sparkling water with fresh fruit purees is a great way to beat the heat. Adding a little coconut cream or half and half just gives it that little something extra. It is nice being able to get something that is not just sugar on sugar...fake on fake. It really is great summer refreshment. Also earning free drinks every so often is pretty nice.
