I always love to come to Costco because they always have great deals and prices! I can find almost everything at this place. Also, the food they sell is really good! I ordered a pizza from Costco and it was really good! I totally recommend this place to come and buy what you want! Great location as well! Hot dogs are great, too!

Our experience at this Orem Costco wholesale location was pleasant.They are great deals, store is clean and well maintained as well as the restrooms.Employees were helpful in finding products and friendly checking us out.

Good selection of food and family essentials. They have a lot of food and ones I like to get go on sale quite often so I always go here. Once I am finished shopping I love to get myself a high quality $1.50 hot dog with a churro in the dining section. I love their food and the whole store is very clean and organized.

Costco is great. Unfortunately the one star is for those employees who consistently follow me in the store or the longer than usual time they go through my cart when Ive done purchasing and exiting the store. One could say this is ludicrous but this is not the treatment that I get at the Spanish fork or the American fork Costco. This is mainly for shopping while Colored. This hasnt been the first time. This Costco is notorious for racially profiling. If you white you shouldnt have a problem But if youre colored and you want to be respected as a person maybe, you should go to a different Costco. It would be nice if the employees treated everyone equally.

I love this location! Clean, nice, really easy to navigate, and a huge selection. I’d tell anyone to go here. Love the staff, too! We went to get our membership cards and it took less than 2 minutes. Easy in, easy out!

Quick and easy. Lots of great items for home and for feeding a growing family of 5. Only issue I have is how quickly they cycle through items sometimes. Great chair and youve been looking? Better buy that day even if you are not prepared or it will go away. If they could add some kind of wait-list to let the sellers know more people want the item.

My sister and I went to Costco to return/exchange a couple of shirts her husband received as gifts. They were XL and he wears a large. We didnt have a receipt and it had been at least four months since the shirts were purchased. The lady at the return counter was very helpful. She put the credit on a gift card and explained that they only had a handful of the shirts remaining at that store, and we couldnt find what we were looking for, she told us which Costcos in the area still had three shirts, and how many. She was extremely grinding and very helpful.

Please redo your gas pumps!! Make them like the one in sandy. I would love diesel!! Store is great could be a little bigger. It’s always packed.

It’s really frustrating that they don’t carry men’s small size items. They are missing out on lots of business from people who aren’t medium-xl. I get they won’t sell as much small sizes but would it hurt to order 5% of your products in small sizes?

We got the cheapest gas on our trip to Mountain Valley RV Resort. It was $3.48! Amazing! Then we went and had lunch before we started the long drive home to Mission Viejo CA.

They have hardly any handicap parking and need more the employees were nice but there is barely enough room to get a wheelchair through the isle to shop

Love Costco and all that they have to offer. They have a wonderful staff that is pretty helpful and always friendly. Unlike other stores Costco store brands (Kirkland Products) are actually pretty good and many of them I prefer over the other brand name products. They are cheaper than many of their competitors and normally if they arent you get more for the same money.

If I could buy everything here, I would. Tables are back at the food court. Nature is healing, baybeeee

I always appreciate that I see the same employees there month after month. The low turnover speaks to the quality of the workplace which makes me more interested in supporting this business.

My first time in this store I was very lost and confused. This very handsome worker came and helped me though. I dont think Ive ever had better help in my life. His name was Joseph. If any of his bosses are reading this, he is a gem!! Also, anyone needing help there, ask him. Hes amazing!!!

Costco is amazing. I love the store. I love my membership. I love the quality and the prices of the products I can get there. If youre contemplating getting a membership, I definitely recommend it. If you need to buy anything in bulk for your family, youll more than make up the cost of membership in savings over regular grocery/drug store prices.My favorite sections in Costco are their books and clothing. They rotate through stock in both parts of the store with regularity, so every once and a while youll see a book youve been wanting to read for a while or a pair of pants that are just perfect and at a great price too. Definitely check those sections out any time you stop by the store.

Thank you to the three ladies and gentleman who explained to the woman in the store she must wear a mask in the warehouse in Orem. They were very polite to her. Let her checkout, all while she refused to wear a mask. The gentleman finally told her she would receive a letter explaining she must wear as mask if she was to shop in the warehouse. While the other workers were helping other customers, the mask less woman got somewhat aggressive and turned around and took a picture of one of the employees. Who was only kind and friendly in return. All employees were professional and courteous. I thank them for doing their job and being courteous. I thank them for doing what their store asked them to do to keep us all safe. I respect this woman’s right to her beliefs, she, in return should respect others. I do not go in places where masks are not required. She should not go where masks are required. All this going on while she had a mask in her hand. Thank you Costco. If she sends you her picture I hope you will use it for your Employee of the Month picture.

Great place to shop in bulk, however, it gets VERY busy once 4:30 pm hits. Best to go earlier to get gas and to shop to avoid long lines. Opens an hour early ONLY for those over 60 years old and individuals with autoimmune deficiencies. All other individuals come at normal business hours. The have self serving checkout as well as associate assisted checkouts. They accept Visa and debit CC.

Its Costco. Im pretty sure they are all the same.

I’m not one to write reviews often, but I felt the need to write this. I have been visiting Costco for years and have never been impressed with employees most are just there and act entitled but Ive been very impressed with an employee lately (Jen) I feel as if she is under-appreciated!. She seems to be in all departments, which is ok, I can see why shes what customers need!!In the last 4 or so months, shes always there and so polite, extremely knowledgeable. Whether it be folding clothes, walking the store you can stop her and she’s open to always help. Any time shes cashiering or helping guests with loading groceries I go to her line, some of the cashiers shes with are extremely rude but shes genuine in her kindness and makes it worth it.

Got my OLED and glass fixed with a new screen protector and everything is perfect.

Lots of products, and the Kirkland Signature store brand is almost always great quality. Their meat selection and quality is second to none.The only thing I absolutely >hate< is having to show my receipt on the way out. It’s a stupid measure.But I go back and give them a huge chunk of my paycheck every month because they’ve got great prices, selection, and quality.

This Costco was very clean and nice. I found everything I needed and more. They also had a nice selection of flowers and plants as well as gardening soil and gardening products. I will definitely return to this store when Im in the area!

We were traveling from St. George to SLC on a Friday. We detoured here to get gas. Big mistake. The traffic, getting off the highway clear to Costco, was horrendous. Then, there is only ONE way into the gas ⛽⛽⛽. Crazy waits. Not worth the wait. The high point was discovering a great barbecue place North on Orem State St for dinner before we hit the highway again

The big of big box store. You can never get out of here for under a $100. Buy things in bulk that dont need to be. Get it while you can because they will not always have it.The food court is tasty cheap cafeteria food. Honestly pretty cheap price for what you get.

Costco is basically the IKEA of grocery stores (except you couldnt break in a new pair of shoes just trying to get to the exit). Aisles are unlabeled so you have to just kinda peruse everything to find what youre looking for. Thats also the best thing about it; they frequently rotate new products in and out and its fun to see whats in stock. All in all, its not my go-to for grocery shopping, but we go enough to make paying the annual dues worthwhile.

I want to know how and why you have (blonde haired) Allison as a cashier. She was extremely rude to me for grabbing boxes and asked me if I was even going to buy anything or just take her boxes.First of all, her till was closed and second of all why is she being rude if everyone knows the boxes are up for grabs.I didn’t appreciate her attitude at all.

Costco deserves five stars, but an awful experience today has me truly disappointed. I’ve never had any trouble getting a mask if I happened to forget mine. I don’t know why Karen refused one to my Hispanic mother-in-law.

The front people checking ideas can come across as rude. I definitely like the sams club hospitality better. Not as great as I had hoped and when buying my membership they came across as rude when I denied the upgraded membership. Probably wont renew.

Do not go to this Costco if you have an RV or trailer they have a ridiculous maze that prohibits RVs and Trailers from being able to use the station unless you run over the orange cones and the person working there will not allow you to move the orange cones even when there isnt much of a line.

It can get pretty busy but all of the employees have always been super nice! I wish they would bring back their turkey sandwich and add hand scanners to the self check out!

I asked the cashier helper what his favorite food was at the kiosk and he just shrugged his shoulders. Please train the workers to be encouraging of the food. You could sell a lot more if there was some positive experiences to share.

Terrible ExperienceKathy had a very bad attitude checking my receipt. She was frustrated and taking it out on members at the door. I was shocked and appalled at the behavior of this employee as she mocked me and my family as we walked out of the store. Costco management please consider giving this employee a non customer facing job. Seems like the stress of checking receipts on a Sunday afternoon is too much for her to handle.UPDATE:Every time we walk past this employee she is rambling incoherent speech in an aggressive hostile tone. Some one at Costco please take this review under serious consideration.

Costco trips are sometihng else. I love shopping at this store. Staff is always friendly, clean, easy to shop and its great for families.

Lots of great food here, who doesnt love Costco, right? My only issue is they keep moving things around and/or rotating things in and out of stock and I feel like every time I see something I like I have to get like 2-3 of it (which is saying a lot for Costco sized items) or else Ill have to go without for several months...I wish there was a way (or if there is a way, that it was more obvious) for us to get things we liked in the past even if they cant put them on display.

I go here fairly often for the food court and I love it! The customer service quality does fluctuate a bit depending on who is working. Overall, they are very nice. A couple less than pleasant workers in 5 years is not enough to warrant another star being taken off. I would recommend this location.

Its ok. The self checkout is clumsy. You have to remove everything from the cart to scan it. At Sams you roll up scan everything in the cart and are gone in one minute. Literally. Process could be greatly improved at Costco.

Always packed, everyones so rude including customers. Products are way more expensive than Sams club. I go out if my way to shop at Sams. Every Costco Ive been too is trash.

Fantastic store. Workers are at your disposal whenever you need them to find products if you cannot however at the store has a very good layout oh, I have even had people who work there who are off shift assist me in finding stuff when I am in need LOL that really shows that they go the extra mile.

It was pretty crowded when I went and not a lot of people cared about trying to stay 6 feet away from anyone. I felt like I was shopping in 2014 again (that was the last time I was in a costco). Workers were nice and helpful. All the product was stocked as far as I could tell.

Self checkout used to have the hand scanner, not anymore, and super easy to scan big things that are under the cart. Shawn at the self checkout area is always rude and with a bad attitude. This is every time I come to this Costco. Not my fault that they don’t have the scanners anymore. Today he said “You can’t lift the waters yourself!” And threw them on the cart. If they don’t like to help people why work there…

Everybody loves Costco, right? Diapers are cheaper, at least, though I cant seem to leave the store without spending about $200. I have noticed the problem with buying in bulk is that to justify buying so much of something you feel like you have to use it up quickly, and when you do you feel like you need more right away because you used it up so quickly. One tip I have is to consider the expiration date because there is often no time at all to use something before it expires, but kudos to Costco because you can return pretty much anything if there is good reason. Plus, double seated carts, so thats great.

Something has gone wrong at this Costco. The employees walk around with a huge chip on their shoulders. Rude and condescending as if they have somewhere far more important to be. Even the lady at the gas pumps seemed to be in a big huff. The people who hover by the TVs are the worst, cant be bothered, dont like questions and dont have accurate information. It would be easy to write it off as one person having a bad day, but it is starting to seem like a pattern. I try to avoid Costco now, rather spend money in the community anyway. 2 stars because their product selection is still decent, not great, but what are you going to do, its Costco.

Of course Costco is THE social gathering spot right now! Plus there are always fun finds and essentials always at a good price. I found pumpkin spice cake donuts (my little family ate the entire dozen in 1 day!). I went on this day to look for a storage shelving unit for my food storage, but they were out of the one I was wanting. The friendly employee assisted me in locating a nearby store that had the unit in stock. Very nice shopping experience today!

In previous years I would have given Costco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ however despite the consistency not good service and high quality products, there have been 2 changes that make me less enthused. It is not really Costcos fault on the first one, Covid has put a stop to samples. The second I will not get into details, but certain policy changes make me less likely to go here.

Very helpful staff, parking was busy, but lot was big enough to park in the outskirts with a trailer. Noticed they had something chubbuck didnt, FREE AIR for your tires! Very cool.

Overall. Costco is great. However the tire center at this location...by far the slowest I have seen. They quote you 1:15 min for a rotation. I had an appointment. Was more than on time for that. We are now looking at 1:30 min and I am still sitting outside in the cold rain snow mixture because they decided that the other car without the appointment was more important than with mine. Will not be coming back to this location for tires.

I love literally 2 minutes from here and I come here all the time. The only gripe I got about this place is SOMETIMES it can get a little crowded but that’s only because we’re in the middle of Orem and so close to university place. Which is understandably so. Regardless this place is awesome! The lines aren’t usually long and the wait time for gas is usually non existent.

Costco remains one of the best places to shop, especially during the pandemic. This location employs senior hours, requires masks on all customers & employees, requently wipes down surfaces, and has plastic screens at checkout counters. Plus, they just added a self checkout area a couple weeks ago that helps the congestion and makes checkout fast and simple. Its a smaller Costco than some other locations, so its inventory is quite small comparably.

Would be better if you didnt have to buy a membership but the pizza makes up for it

This is a very nice Costco. My SO and I purchased a large television here today and we got it for a great price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Just stopped in to get gasoline. Same gas as all the other places but much cheaper. Cant say no to that. You do have to be a member though.

I always use the pharmacy and buy my gas here. Sure, once inside a Costco you could be anywhere, but this is a really nice location and usually seems to me to be less crowsed than the AF location, which would be my next closest option.

Always great quality produce and other items. Cant beat the customer service.
