The merchandise is fine. Mostly second hand like the sign on the door says I did purchase some food and some clothing all of which was fine. My review is about the one male employee the one wearing a baseball hat with sunglasses sitting on the brim, working at 11:50 on 8/19/21. The one that verbally assaulted a female employee in front of everyone. I guess she was too focused on getting carts or not signing in to her register fast enough for him. The way he berated her was beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed. Maybe she wasn’t listening to you sir! I wouldn’t if I was abused like that at work! No one gets paid enough to be abused! You, sir caused a scene. You, sir made everyone feel uncomfortable. I won’t return. I won’t contribute to that “mans” paycheck. My advise to the young woman QUIT! And if you sir are going to respond to this review DO NOT! Nothing justifies the abusive behavior displayed.
Selection was slim and prices a bit higher than I expected
I bought a box of protein shakes. I buy theses often. They always have the boxes taped up. I’ve never had a problem. I bought a box just recently. They were taped up like normal. Supposed to be 18 ct. When I got them home there was only 14 ct. I went back to the store and they would do nothing. I’m not trying to be dishonest. I buy stuff from there regularly. Unfortunately there was no way for me to prove this. I would say open everything before leaving the store. Do not trust what it says on the box. Test everything to. They will do nothing for you. I had a similar situation with a dimmer switch I bought there. I had one that did not work. They would not exchange it. They say they test things, but if something is wrong, too bad.... They have good prices but keep in mind you take a risk on everything you buy. Just be carful.....😬
Unlike previous visits, the store was uncluttered and organized. I only went to look at prices for a particular item and came out with three purchased items. The cashier was very pleasant.

They actually have a great location there along the busy Center Street.💲 PRICE - N/AI honestly could not add a score to this section as I did not make any purchases in my visit as I was in pursuit of one specific item, however from what I noticed from the products they seemed reasonably priced.👕💻 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4I honestly struggled to understand their business model. I think they sell everything that is either new, used, and refurbished. I guess it really boils down to the luck of the draw on what you are looking for. I was on a quest to find a VGA to USB display adapter, however they didnt have any. They came close with a VGA to Display adapter 🔌.📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/AIm sure there are some pointers or perks, but after one and only one visit, Im not sure what theyd be.🧑 EMPLOYEES - 5The young lady at the customer service desk was incredibly friendly and helpful with my very niche search. She however was a little busy, but still did an amazing job of multi-tasking.

There is not a way for me to reply, so I am editing my comment.A reasonable resolution would have been honoring the $10 price for the item that had the $10 price tag.The lower $10 price tag was removed. (I am not going to debate if it was ripped or pulled off by an LT employee. Ultimately, there is now a single price tag on the item.) I wanted and would have purchased the one product for $10 but was told it was mismarked and would now be $18. This was my concern.I appreciate your reply and hope a different approach with customers is considered in the future....Original Post:Very disappointed by my experience. The item I wanted to buy had two tags. The clerk asked the manager and the manager ripped off the lower priced tag. He said it was mistagged but they both said Snowz snowsuit!!! Are we serious!? Love this store its like a scavenger hunt looking for great prices. But also friendly staff & honest staff. I bought a total gym took it home love it but didnt know theres parts that was supposed to be with it. Anyway I go to the store frequently and staff member brought me the parts to the total gym. Now I have all the parts. Thank you for staffs honesty.
A good place for bulk products with minor defects, such as dents. Believe me, a dent in a can does not make the can magically bad. Such a shame that many places just completely throw out food or drink for small problems like that. This place gives those items a chance to do something other than go straight to the landfill after production.
Its a great store. I love theyre able to resell items that were returned from other stores.
Good deals, just dont go in needing something because they might not have it. Youll find something unexpected that youve wanted though!
I thought things would be a large discount. Given the quality ect..things were all opened, couches had stains..I am not going to pay over $800 for a stained couch, nor am I going to spend $3 a box for expired cereal with a smashed box..I was disappointed
Little know secret... This place as of 2020 was doing resale of Costco returns minus packaging. Cant find everything, but some things are nice to re-see at a cut rate. Be prepared to scavenge; its quite fun to wander. Sometimes the price makes me say Ill get it and try it out. Totally worth the trip!

Don’t buy food at LT Please Share!We are posting this almost after 2 hour this happened.We went to LT Liquidation Team in Orem, UT and found a bag of chocolate Lindor truffles. With the discounted price we decided to buy it. Right after purchasing we opened it to give one to my child that was crying and found the chocolate had a rancid smell and was discolored. Since we literally opened it at the store right after purchase we asked if we could return it or exchange it since the product is no good. The sales associate and Melanie, the manger didn’t care and repeated all sales are final and we have to check the product before purchase. We asked how we are supposed to check a sealed food item before we purchase it? They shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. And according to the manager previous employment at Walmart she said “no retail store will ever return a food item after it’s been opened even if you just bought it and are still at the store”. That’s a bunch of bull!We asked if they normally put out expired or bad food. They said they never do, but sometimes the food can sit on the shelf long enough to expire. They put dates on when they put the item out on the shelf. This chocolate was put out 10/03/2020 and expired 07/31/2020. Now we have chocolate we have to throw in the trash along with the money we spent with it. We ate one just to make our money worth after not finding any solution with the manager at the store now we are experiencing tummy aches and diarrhea. So if you want to buy food at LT open it before buying it somehow (with magic I guess), and make sure it’s still good otherwise you’ll just get ripped off or end up getting sick. Just a total Scam.
Staff was super patient and helpful while we were shopping for a large item there. In addition to great deals, they have great service. Well be back, and recommend them to others.
I love shopping the clothing section! They do sales sometimes (on top of the discounted prices) which is just the cherry on top. Bought some stand up fans about 4 years ago and they’re still going strong. They are very clear about their return policy (or lack thereof) so I knew what I was getting myself into. I wish I lived closer, so I could go more often!
This was my first time visiting this store. And it was great. The employees were friendly and willing to help. One employee stood out above all others. Kade is nice, friendly, and helpful at the checkout line.

I stop by here often. Since its a liquidation store, you never know what youre going to get. I may leave with nothing or I may leave with a cart full of things but its worth stopping by to see if I get lucky and get there right after they unload a cart because things go fast! I mostly buy their food and sometimes their clothes or other random items.
They sell Costco damaged and liquidation products about one dollar cheaper than Costco price. Not much selection today (wed) though

It felt kind of scattered. Buy at your own risk for even expiration dates on food. The prices weren’t that great. I have seen stuff priced the same from the actual store.

I was in your store on January 21, 2021 and have to give out a big shout out to your Assistant Manager, Vivian!! Not only was she friendly her ability to make me feel like I was making a great choice on my home decor turned out wonderful. I checked out and took my items home and she was right. She is such a great emplyee for your company. She knows how to make a customer feel like they matter. She is definitley a keep and you can bet I will be back and recommending your store to my family and friends.

Wanted a store credit for a comforter set that I purchased a day ago, I took it back because when I opened it it was stained and had animal hairs. Sadly they were not willing to do it and acted annoy by my complaint. Telling me that I should of open it before. Well I didn’t know that part. If I would’ve known that 😏 believe I would of done it. Never going back to this store. I spent like $200 that day and can’t not get them to work with me on a exchange for $40.I purchased things here before and no issues on exchanges before,
They get some good quality merchandise and at a decent price. I like to check with them every once in a while to see whats in stock.
Sells costco returns but the prices have increased alot over the years to where your buying second hand products in some cases higher than what Costco sells them for.
We really have fun going to the store sometimes they have some kind of oddball stuff stuff that comes from returns that Costco gets I give it five stars if youre a picky shopper and like things really quite perfect then this is definitely not the store for you but if you like a kind of a thrift store mentality but with newer stuff then you might really like it
This place is awesome. Picked up some LED security lights for the house, and sheets and blanket for our king size bed. Really pleased with the prices and the level of service.
Meh... Be careful what you buy here. They sell a lot of Costco returns. If the item turns out to be good as new, you get a good deal. But Ive been burned repeatedly.--Turns out most people return things for a reason.
They refused to check me out without my phone number, unless I paid with cash. I was told if I was paying with credit I had to give my phone number. I’ve shopped here several times and never needed to add my number. I gave my information and as I was leaving the guy told me he’d update the info with my real name next time. I’m getting married this week and gave my married name. I don’t appreciate that kind of customer service.
So many different things! The furniture is so freaking cheap!
No return policy so we couldn’t even look at the table that was in the box to see if we liked it. I called two different times and got completely different answers on everything I asked. A lot of “I don’t know who would’ve told you that...” They wouldn’t put an item on hold for more than one hour so that I could drive there to look at an item and have it still be in stock. Very poor customer service.

Look at the photo below... Terrible place to shop and very poor customer service. I purchased a Mr. Coffee. No one told me to open the box and take a look and inspect and even test out the coffee maker before leaving. They do NOT tell you what is used, refurbished or New.. they make it seem like your buying something new. The cashier who took my money said there was no refunds but if something was wrong with it you could within 7 days come back. Well I got home and opened the coffee machine and it had used coffee and grounds in the machine. I didnt even want to test it I went back to the store the next day to show them and they did not care at all. In fact there was a Larry Mota or Moto that acted like a manager and said its as is tough luck. All I asked is for me to to exchange the unit and they would not allow it. When Im trying to show them the product he got impatient and told me to leave the store or he would call the Police for me trespassing. This is terrible customer service sure all over $18. He even went as far to say I was yelling at customers and being unruly.. Really? I went to other customers that was right next to me to be a witness to the event when the Police arrive. I did wait patiently talked to the Police, had the customers testify that they saw nothing of the kind as far as what the manager was trying to accuse me of. I have shopped this store before no problems. But why would they not just exchange this item? BUYER BEWARE OPEN IT PLUG IT IN MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFORE EVER LEAVING THE STORE.. I HAVE contacted my credit card company for a dispute. The Police agreed with me but they told me that the store has a right to refuse anyone. So be it... I will NEVER shop here again and anyone I know will also know my terrible experience... You can contact me for a witness in the future if anyone else has any problems :)I just came back to give you and update I plugged in the unit and it doesnt even WORK!!!! WOW this is incredible.... NO WONDER they did not want me to exchange and now they have a great excuse not to service this unit ever again... BUYER BEWARE also my Bank credit card protection has refunded my money so I would be happy to return it to the store but I cannot because if I was to show up again I could be sited for trespassing at least there is JUSTICE.. I found a $2400 refrigerator at The Liquidation Team that I liked. Signs throughout the store emphasize Everything Sold AS-IS and No Refunds or Exchanges. The signs also emphasize that It is YOUR responsibility to test, verify, inspect and ask questions BEFORE purchasing. So I asked if they would plug in the refrigerator to see if it worked. The back-end manager said No, we cannot do that. This is absurd. They say that the customer must test but does not let the customer test. The salesperson said that if the refrigerator doesnt work I can bring it back in (no on-site service) and they will try to fix it, and if they cannot they will give me an in-store credit. What would I do with a $2400 credit? Craziness.
I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this place over the past 4 or 5 years. I will not be stepping foot in this store again because of their poor customer service and ludicrous return policies.
Every time weve gone, weve been treated with respect. The store is organized well, and its like a thrift store, but better :) If youre looking for anything, or just interested in looking around, Id recommend LT!
Beware! While you may find some good deals, lots of items are priced at or above retail. They are not flexible at all with pricing even when they have an item listed for $100+ what you can get it for online. Poor customer service in my experience.
Lots of different items for sale. not very Covid friendly. no partitions at checkouts, employees have to take your credit card to process it and no way for them to sanitize it before giving it back or for them to sanitize theor hands before they take it. Bring lots of hand sanitizer

This place is awesome! Every time I have come here I have found excellent deals that I cant leave without! Some of the products sold here are the same as what Costco sells, but the price here is much less! They have new clothes for the family at very discounted prices. Pretty much anything you need for a household or small business can be found here. See my pictures for an idea of what you can find here! And you cant beat the prices! Also, the staff have been helpful when I have had questions!
Worst management and ownership I have ever experienced. Save your money and go elsewhere.My husband and I tried to buy a couch from them and the day we tried to pick it up (2 days after he purchase) one of their employees sold it to another person. We tried to speak to the manager, then the owner to see if they could get us another couch and he said “no, sorry, it’s the costumers fault not ours. Tags get removed by them and it’s their fault.”So basically no accountability, blame the costumer (because that’s what great business do!) and be completely unreliable. The best part is that the manager tried to save the day by saying they’ll put us on a waiting list, it’s been two years and nothing! Honestly, don’t bother. Facebook market is more reliable!
I love this store! Theres some really great deals to be had, and I definitely recommend picking up something that you like if you see it - there seems to be decent turnaround on items, and it might not still be there next time you shop. Im definitely going to be checking this place before any other store before making a purchase.

Caution: faulty products sold.I bought a vacuum here for nearly $100 and the salesman told me since its an electric item I could bring it back within 7 days. When I took it home I found that the hose is broken in the head of the vacuum causing it to not work properly.I brought it back with the receipt the next day but was told that they wouldnt refund it because they have a no refund/exchange policy, despite what the salesman told me.Very shady business to sell broken appliances advertised as working, promise a return, and then not allow a return. If I wanted a broken vacuum I could have found one a lot cheaper elsewhere.
As long as youre looking things over carefully and know what youre getting into youll be fine. Their regular prices on somethings are better deals just on sale at regular stores. But if you shop their sales, you can find some pretty good deals.
My husband and I have been here a handful of times.We bought our area rug for an amazing price, and our GORGEOUS tool box for a STEAL of a price.Weve browsed smaller things but havent looked too closely at prices to see how they compare.When Im looking for a higher ticket item, I try to look here to see what theyve got available!
I always come to this store and never had a problem but today I got treat very rude by the cashier putting my clothes in the bag with bad attitude like it was trash, he wasn’t wearing a face mask. Manners!! please at the end we paid our stuff is not like we steal
A few interesting things
I purchased some hangers the cashier opened the top of the box and showed them to me. When I got home all the hangers at the bottom of the box were broken. I came back a hour later and they refused to even let me exchange them. It would of been cheaper to pay full price at Costco than give these people my money.
Sometimes I like to go in there for a bargain. However you need to be extremely careful a lot of stuff can be more or the same price as a new item. Understand that they dont have a return policy. So I wouldnt buy anything from there that you would want a policy for. I think it would be in Companies best interest to have an exchange or credit policy since they do claim that they inspect the products before hand. That would also make more people want to buy from you. Its less risky. Inspect all items before you buy. If the item says already inspected Dont open dont buy it or ask a worker If you can properly inspect it yourself. I would have given more stars how ever the owners reply to the comments on here is sad. Yall know what customer service is? I would highly suggest that all the managers and owner take some classes on customer service and business. All of us who have worked with customers know that its not easy however treating people terribly and talking down to them on their reviews only makes you look childish. Just like how you are telling people to not shop there if you cant handle the policy. Then Dont own a business that deals with customer service if you cant handle customers. I can honestly tell you from reading your response to these reviews you lost me as a customer. I get that there is 2 sides of every story but this isnt high school anymore. Ignore the haters or apologize and walk away. You can gain a lot of customers by just being humble.
WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!! READ OTHER REVIEWS ON MANAGEMENT!!I purchased an outdoor light there and was told at time of purchase that I could return it for another if anything was wrong with it. When I got home the light was missing all of the mounting hardware, so we called the store and asked what we should do. They told us to bring it back and they would help us.I returned to the store the same day and found another one on the shelf that was complete. The young man that was helping me said he needed to talk with his manager before he could make the exchange. After waiting for more than 15 minutes for anyone to tell me whats going on, the same young man showed up with a bag of screws and said here you are, this should do it. As I looked at the viplock bag of parts it was obvious that it would not work, so I told them I was done waiting and that I just wanted to exchange for a working one as their receipt said I could and left the store.As I was getting in my truck tha manager came running out and stopped me. He informed me that I would have to keep the incomplete light and that if I did not return the complete light that he would call the police. I said fine lets call them, I have a receipt for what I purchased so I was not concerned. When the police arrived the manager told them that I had threatened him and he wanted to press charges. The police asked me what happened and decided that if he was going to file charges he would have to do it civilly. The manager backed down but insisted that he get his complete light back and would not even include the bag of screws he tried to pass off as mounting hardware.The end result was that I had an incomplete light and was trespassed from the store.If you buy from The Liquidation Team be aware that even if they sale you a bad product they have no intention to provide customer service or a complete product.
Buyer beware should be their tag line! I bought a new shower head, and a remote control toy for my kids. When I went to install the shower head it was missing a part to connect it to the wall, and the toy didnt work. I came back 2 days later once I discovered the problems. They refused to make it right. They said they were willing to lose my business forever over such a small issue. Zero stars. Give your hatd earned money to someone that deserves it and wont rip you off!

Great place to get discounted items. The store has a variety of items. Clothing, electronics, food, office supplies, furniture and much more.However, word of warning. The return policy is firm, most items are as is. No return.
Incredibly rude and dim-witted team. They are apt to take your money, but not so enthusiastic to answer any questions about their product. I called asking about the condition of an item. I had to be transferred twice because nobody there could seem to articulate an answer. Finally what seemed to be an upset manager answered, and elected to take the time to chastise me about how much they pay their ksl team to carefully write descriptions. He was adamant that the description said the condition was used-out of box as though that somehow described the condition of the product. In the end he hung up on me.If you want to give your money to a bunch of people who think its OK to condescend to you, for a product that may or may not work well for you. Go here... Otherwise, steer clear.

Management is wildly unprofessional when it comes to problem-solving with customers. They dont take responsibility when things go wrong on their end for the sake of ego and instead escalate the situation by putting full blame on the customer. I dont know how they dont realize that this is worse for business than simply taking a little extra time to work with the people who patronize their business. I beg they put their ego aside and take BASIC customer service training instead of calling the police on two girls trying to help out a customer who didnt speak English. Who does that? I dont think they are apt to run a business. I am certain there were 1000 better ways to handle whatever the situation was than to waste the officers time. I wish I could have told the owner off while I was at the store. Never shopping there again.
I love the Liquidation Team. They have amazing prices on surplus items (many from Costco) and probably other places. I usually go for clothing these days. You can find jeans for $12, dress shirts for $9, shorts and swimsuits for $10-12. They dont just have odd sizes either, they have great options for all sizes. Great kids clothes as well. They also have appliances, luggage, furniture and even food and drinks!
Bought a rug there yesterday, thought the store smelled funny in general but didn’t think much of it with my 3 toddlers tugging at me. Got home and realized it REEKED of marijuana. Called and emailed to try and make it right since I can’t have my kids breathing that in. Was told there was nothing they can do and I should pay to have it professionally cleaned or should’ve realized it before I paid. Don’t waste your money here. Really disappointed in their business and that they couldn’t even have any sympathy and at least give some money back or take it back completely.** edit to reply to owner**Wow cannot believe you would stoop so low to belittle your customers. The rug is gorgeous- I was so sad it smelled like marijuana! Why would I make that up?! I only have remorse I didn’t realize what the smell was. I understand your policy, but at least say sorry.

You can find some neat stuff here. I love the Costco returns/overstocks. Recently, Ive seen more and more used items, like youd see at a consignment store. It makes this place less attractive, but Ill keep stopping by once in a while to see what new surprises they have.

Hey now, you simply need to open boxes and check out the items. There stuff is returned items, mostly from Costco and some deals are good and some, not so much and some are fantastic. I love the drink deals, I hope they keep their 20oz coke items at .35 cents. The clothes are left-overs and are really nice, again, just check everything and they give discounts on certain items, different days so you will return! Its an adventure and if you dont like it, shop at Costco and then return the item so I can get a great bargain!
I came in here looking for a vacuum. Larry came out and spent 20 minutes with me going over the different models, features, functions, etc. I was blown away by his knowledge, friendliness and hands on customer service. He even helped me test out different models. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, quality and prices. Would definitely recommend!
Horrible customer service. Just recently purchased a an arcade system from here. The system is defective and automatically shuts off mid game. Seat had a rip and scratched up screen.i asked if they can go down & manager said no firm on price. The cashier asked if they can go down due to the tear in the seat & manager said no again in front us. I then purchased and was told help would be out to load the arcade. After waiting 20 minutes we moved it ourselves.... they seem to not care whatsoever about the customer and do not care to have integrity with selling their products. Would defiantly not recommend.
Have some great things from Costco that are marked down. Some out of box items. Return policy is only 7 days with tags and receipt. Only exchanges not a refund.
People giving this place low reviews are just naive to what this store does. It buys returned and surplus goods and resells them. As a result, a lot of it doesnt work, or is broken. Its the nature of returned stuff. I always try things in store before i buy them and have never had a problem. Clothing is at great prices. Soda is at great prices. I do not buy things that are impossible to test out, like air mattresses. Just think of it as a very organized yard sale with some very nice products from Costco (that may or may not work) and you will be fine. If that is not your type of shopping, pay full price at a non-liquidation store.
Ive bought a lot of things here. Some I did not check out so well and didnt work so well. However, for the most part there are many fantastic deals here. I did recently see an old scratched up electric fireplace for sale for 20 dollars more than the same one I bought at Costco brand new. So you have to watch what you buy and make sure its a great deal. If not, just wait for something that is, and check the store out from time to time. I love it! My experience with the owners is that they are fair, although from time to time I might pick up a lemon on something because I did not check it out well enough. Great prices. The customer service are helpful and very nice, even if they dont know much about it, they at least try to find out or find somebody that does know. Maybe its just me, but the store could be better organized or at least have signs posted for items. They looked in the back just for me to find another item. I will come back to check other items when I have more time to look around
Be extremely careful. “Sorry no returns or exchanges”. They are counting on you NOT looking closely at your purchase. So many items that don’t work are at LT waiting to be purchased and stuck with someone. I just spent $42 on an item and recognized it wasn’t going to work BEFORE I left the store. Still, no returns. I have had similar experiences with other things. I am suspicious of some of the positive reviews on here. JUNK...high price junk. Buyer beware.
Great place for cheap stuff. I usually buy my soda there. Its way cheaper than the grocery store. They even opened a register just for me so I didnt have to wait in line.

I love this place! If youre patient you can usually find the clothing items you are looking for on sale and even if they arent the prices are very reasonable. The staff also is helpful.
The liquidation team has by far the best customer service. They are all willing to help you find what you are looking for. They are willing to let you test product before you purchase it and also have a pretty good exchange policy if the product doesnt work. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a great deal.
The so called assistant day manager heavy set guy I believe his name is Larry is rude. He yells at customers and will not take back even broken items when customers have not even left the property. There are horrible reviews on FB too.Their policies need to change and their so called assistant manager Larry does too. He is abrasive, rude and should not be in customer service.I recommend not shopping here no matter how low prices are. Vote with your dollar. That is how we change this behavior
Fun store with varied items. Some things are at a really good price others are about what youd pay at a normal store. No refunds so check before you buy.
My husband and I both saw an online ad for two bike trailers for sale at this store for $99 each--half the Costco price. When I went to purchase the item, however, they were marked $120. When I told them about the ad, they called the manager, who didnt come up right away because Im pretty sure she was deleting the ad. She did mark it down to $110, telling me what a great deal I was getting. She told me more than once that ALL the pieces were there, and according to their ad (which theyve since changed to $120), theyve thoroughly inspected each bike trailer to make sure each piece is there. It all seemed very fishy. I noticed that, as another reviewer said, prices didnt ring up correctly. More than one person in front of me in line had this problem. When I got home, we realized the trailer was missing a crucial piece. We knew when I bought it we couldnt return it, but I didnt expect the manager and employees to be so deceitful and purposely sell items with missing pieces. If you go there, be very thorough about making sure what youre buying works and has all the pieces, and watch pricing carefully and how things ring up, or better yet--stay away!
I was going to purchase an appliance that was listed at this store for approximately $300. After speaking with an employee named Matt who was extremely rude and would not hold the item for a few minutes, despite his admission that their policy was to hold items for travel time, I decided to purchase the item at Costco for more money. During the discussion with Matt, he hung up the phone on me. I called back to get a manager or owner. I got Matt again and he admitted he hung up the phone purposely on me. He would not forward me to anyone else (he probably did not want to get in trouble) and he would not even give me the owners name or information. I will never shop at a store that treated me so poorly. This store could have earned a valuable customer and my $300, by simply accommodating my wishes to hold the item for just a few minutes. I however, do not spend money at stores that treat me like Matt did. And I also will let everyone I know not to shop there either. DO NOT BUY FROM LIQUIDATION TEAM, THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have made multiple purchases at the liquidation team. Especially at their new location, which is a bit easier to shop since it is more organized and wider space. I have found incredible deals at this place and will continue to shop here. I feel that the other reviews have complained about return policy and item quality. All items that I have purchased have worked great and I havent needed to attempt to return an item. With that being said, these products are discounted because of scratches and dents, missing pieces, (which are usually clarified unless they arent aware either), or open box and they give you full disclosure that you are buying items that are not eligible for return. ( There are multiple signs in the store and in the entrance in clear view). I just make sure that I pay attention to the item before I buy it. If it looks like it may have problems I can ask them to plug it in etc. (or if it is an item that cant be tested) and I think there is a possibility the item may not work right, I just dont buy it. I feel like people are blaming the business for the ignorance of the customer. I am very happy and love the deals I get at The Liquidation Team.
Worst place ever to shop at. Everything is broken or damage they try and sale it for more than what Costco does brand new cost. Their staff are always rude and careless. Stay away from this place you will end up wasting your money. Their food is expired and wont exchange anything
Used to be the best place for getting deals on overstock nice items. Now its just a few bucks off of items that Costco gets rid of. Some of it is just trashed and they want way too much money for the condition
This is an awesome place to find crazy discounted deals on salvage/returns/overstock items (often from Costco). However they make it very clear upon purchase that these are final sale as is items. Some clothing type items have 7 day exchanges but everything else is final sale.
I visited for the first time recently and I had such a fun time looking. There are so many hidden gems. You have to pick over some things, but there are great new items!
This is a fantastic store. I have never had an issue. I noticed that the owner of Sitka Vending and his wife, Ashlee B, posted reviews below. I was present for the incident this man spoke of. This man was buying a truckload of soda. Its at a ridiculously low price to bring people to the store. Theres no way that they make any money off of it. They set a limit due to this fact. I heard the manager inform this man very politely. He decided to throw a temper tantrum about it like a child. I dont post reviews ever. I saw this owners libelous review, and couldnt keep quiet. He was never kicked out. He left of his own free will while spouting off utter nonsense. Its sad that the owner of a business would act like a child in this manner. The funny thing is that his wife, Ashlee B, was not even there. She would, no doubt, have been fed the same idiocy from her husband. How sad. I love this store, and will continue to come back over and over.
Olivia was so helpful! I saw an item on KSL and she helped me find exactly what I needed. Even checked it with me to make sure it was good. Definitely 10/10 on customer service! Great pricing too.
