These guys are so helpful and incredibly reasonably priced. We saved thousands buying our king mattress here and will be buying our mattresses here exclusively going forward.

We drove around for a sec to find it, but hes super personable and super friendly. He knows what hes talking about and 11/10 would recommend to anyone. He does custom mattresses and has incredible prices and incredible quality. He makes sure to cater towards the different feels that youre looking for. He can make it firmer or softer depending on what you need, and has you try everything out on the spot.

Gene is amazing to work with. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He has a great selection of mattresses at great prices. I highly recommend! I called him and he responded very quickly and set me an appointment to see the mattresses in less than one day. He is a gem!

I am sharing my experience at Frugal Luxury Mattress. I found them on KSL classifieds. They have name brand mattresses at an affordable price. We enjoyed Gene’s super chill vibe. He offered to let us take two mattresses home to try out and see which one we liked best.He has a great return policy, if after a month you are not satisfied, you can exchange it for another mattress. I personally like this policy because you just never know what a night’s sleep on a new mattress will feel like. His goal is to make sure you are sleeping comfortably. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Great place to buy a mattress! Gene was so accommodating in helping me pick a mattress that I loved. I ended up switching my mattress 3 times in order to find my best fit and he was willing to help me every step of the way! My whole family bought from this place and we all feel like we got our money’s worth!

Buyers be ware! There is a reason this business is not registered with the BBB. Please take my advice and do your research on T. G. Cattermole and Frugal Luxury mattress before you decide anything. We have had dealings with this place of business for nearly 3 weeks. By the grace of God we received 70% of what we paid for. This message is code for “have your attorney standing by at the ready to file a small claims action”. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Nice guy, but unfortunately I felt he was very dishonest in our personal experience. We were supposed to get our mattress in 5-7 days... here we are almost TWO months later... no mattress and no refund. He constantly avoids our phone calls, and when we do get a rare answer, he “promises” to send the money the next day. Essentially, he did not deliver and held onto our money which prevented us from going somewhere else in the meantime. I really tried to like him and give a chance since a friend recommended him, but sadly it came to this.

Excellent mattress at a good price. We have had an excellent experience with Gene. We told him what we wanted and he called us when it became available a few days later. Gene is very nice to work with and very helpful. Same day delivery - we are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress tonight!

Nice guy but nothing honest about my experience. Unless he has a used mattress on the floor I would not order from him. Couldn’t deliver what we ordered and I had to constantly follow up and find out what was happening with my order. I even called the supplier directly and his account was locked and my mattress order couldn’t be processed because of this. Then when I finally tried to get my refund he couldn’t deliver because it was “locked” by Venmo and yet again I had to follow up to get my money back. Then when it unlocked he sent half at a time 5 days apart. Just not an honest experience and won’t be back.

Seriously the best place you could get a mattress. Prices are amazing and the service is unheard of. I’ll be sleeping like a king on my stearns & foster.

Terry is dishonest. He will sell you on a specific mattress and then deliver something else. Once you’ve paid him he stops responding and doesn’t care to make the situation right. Run away!!!!

Went to Frugal Luxury Sept. 26th and bought both mattresses and adjustable bases. We didnt want used so Gene said we could order new it would just cost more. Told us they would be delivered following Thurs. Should have known something strange because you have to pay right then with either check or venmo. Paid him $2400 and waited. Never heard from them so I called and was told the mattresses didnt come in, finally Fri. Oct 2 they brought out the bases but no mattresses. I ordered split king but they brought Calf. King bases. They made all kinds of promises about when the mattresses would be in but they never came. I contacted Brooklyn bedding and they werent even ordered Finally on Nov. 7th I got ahold of Gene and decided to just take what he had in stock. We went down and picked out a Tempur-pedic set, he told us because we had been waiting so long he was going to give us an extra twin xl adjustable base and sheets. They brought the mattresses out Nov. 9 no sheets, no extra base in fact they still needed to trade the other bases for the right ones. The mattresses they brought were not the right ones they were some off brand, by this time I just wanted to be done so we kept the mattresses but still needed the right bases. I kept texting and calling him but they never had the bases. Finally Jan.4th he told me he had the bases, they delivered the exchange but no extra, no sheets and the bases were not what we had ordered. I give up, I took what they had. I would never do business with them or send anybody else there Gene is a super nice guy but unless you can take your own truck and pick it up when bought not worth the hassle. They cannot order from manufacturers. I did not save any money in fact may have cost me more,
