We have a womens clothing boutique and ship all over the United States. We get poly mailers from Amazon normally, and our most recent order of poly mailers was lost by the USPS, so in a pinch, we found Utah Packaging - Traco. They were very fast and helpful in their customer service. The will call worker accidentally grabbed the wrong size of poly mailer bags, and I didnt discover it, until I had already been back to our office in AF. To drive back down there and spend the gas and time, would have cost me valuable production and shipping. Cesar made it right by hand delivering the correct poly mailer bags. Great company to work with!

Been working with Traco Packaging since 2016. I have nothing but great things to say about them. My rep, Cody, does an amazing job for us when we need things that are usually unique and last minute. We worked with another company for about 10 years prior to switching to Traco. I found the switch to be one of the best decisions I have made. Great prices, Great service and great products.

Overpriced! Was paying way too much compared to other suppliers in Utah, I only realized this after getting frustrated that my last order was 4 weeks late. Only after threatening to cancel my order they put any type of hustle on it.Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
