Ive worked with Ferguson on two houses now. This latest install was for replacing 70 year old wood double hung windows on my Mothers house with Sierra Pacific H3 double hung and awning windows. I have worked with Don on all my orders and have always been kept informed as to when the order was submitted, when the windows would be arriving, and when the installation would occur. Don has always done a great job at pointing me in the direction of the particular manufacture and window that would best fit that specific projects requirements and budget. It is nice to work with a reseller that carries different manufacturers because different individuals and homes have different needs and price points. No matter your needs, Ferguson should be able to meet them.Tela did a very thorough job performing final measurements to insure that when the windows would arrive, everything would fit properly. This included being flexible on both the installation date and the size of one particular kitchen window that would require the opening to be shrunk down by a mason.Lastly, Sam, Vlad, and Bart did a great job of installing the windows and sealing them up nice and tight with insulation. The aluminum work they put in around the windows is some of the sharpest I have ever seen. When the installers pulled away in the truck you would never have known they were just there due to the excellent job they did cleaning up.I highly recommend Ferguson for all your door and window needs, you wont be disappointed.

We solicited several estimates on new windows for our townhome. We felt that Nick, the salesperson at Ferguson, was more interested in making sure we selected the best windows for our home rather than just trying to make a sale. We had a couple of minor issues with the installation but Tela personally made sure that those issues were addressed and resolved quickly. The personal attention given to us as customers was greatly appreciated and we are very pleased with our new windows.

We had Ferguson install Pella windows for our 5 unit condominium building. We are extremely happy with the quality of the Pella windows, however, very disappointed with the installation, follow-up when we pointed out a leaking issue, as well as the lack of professionalism from Ferguson . We did not originally have any issues until we had a big storm with high winds and sideways rain. During the storm we saw significant leakage. We found that the windows had areas with no caulk and other areas that were poorly caulked. Since Ferguson did all of the caulking from the inside of the building, we had very little confidence that they could/would properly resolve the situation and hired an outside contractor to do the work from the exterior of the building. We believe that we have resolved the problem, no thanks to Ferguson. To add insult to injury, we found the email correspondences from Gary Ferguson to be both rude and dismissive. Gary blamed our problem on the fact that we have split faced brick. Although split face brick can cause issues, our brick is treated and sealed on a regular basis in order to not absorb water. Our issues clearly are not due to the brick, but came from Fergusons shoddy work. We will never use them again and would highly discourage anyone from doing so!

Great warranty service. Ferguson installed new windows in my house in 2010. A seal went bad on one them this year. They had kept all dimensions and records for this window and did a nice job replacing the glass under warranty. Excellent communication through the process and very professional.

Hey Everyone! I just want to say that Ive been too busy and I am late in my review because Ive had windows installed by Ferguson back in February of 2021. I called several window installers and got estimates. Then I called Ferguson and a young gentleman came out named Nick. He was very honest and interested in making sure that I get good windows for a great price. He was not pushy and not trying to sell me anything just to make a sale. He did not use any of these tactics that other salesmen use where theyre going to give you a big discount if you buy today. I really felt like he was a brother from another mother and we went over some windows and I picked the Kensington series window with a heat shield that eliminates about 85 to 90% of the heat coming in through the window from the Sun. He gave me a great price. I went over to the store in Orland and met with the owner who was courteous and respectful and went ahead and ordered the windows and when they arrived Tela and his crew installed the windows doing a beyond superb job. They cleaned up afterwards as well all professional and knowledgeable. Tela is a great guy and has a great eye to detail and He went around and fine-tuned all the windows so they open up and close perfectly. Tela noticed there were several minor issues with 2 windows from the factory after install and they ordered new ones on the spot. Couldnt be happier. Since Ive had these windows on since February 2021 I havent had any issues with them. My house stayed a lot cooler in the summer months kept all the heat out. I am so happy that I went with Ferguson and with the Kensington line. Youre not going to find a better crew and Company to deal with than Ferguson out in Orland. Best of luck. 👍

Excellent service from beginning to end. Replaced a patio door 20 years old. Now Energy efficient and a beautiful upgrade to our home. The installers Afrim and Mike did an excellent job of taking out the old and installing the new! They were finished in a little over two hours with install and clean-up! We cant say enough about how professional and seamless our experience was with Ferguson Industries. We decided to go with Marvin doors - Contemporary line, and we could not be happier with our results. The doors are exactly what we had hoped for and the quality is excellent. Our salesman, Jim, was readily available by email and text and responded immediately to concerns throughout the process. Our project was fairly involved...replacing an old patio door and bow window with a wall of doors. The project would require some major structural work, so we were a tad bit nervous. When Tela, the installer, came out to assess the scope of the project he told us that it would be a challenge, but one he was up for. And true to his word, he delivered EXACTLY what he said he would. Tela and his crew showed up when they were scheduled, were pleasant, polite and most importantly competent. A couple of years ago, Aurora Rodriguez and I replaced several of our original 25+ year-old windows with Marvin. We really liked the new Marvin windows and when it came time to replace more of our original windows we went back to the Marvin dealer. We were shocked with the new price quoted by the dealer as it was almost twice what we paid previously.Obviously, we needed to get another quote so we looked online and found Ferguson, another Marvin dealer, to be very highly rated. We are both quality and cost conscious, as well as being very detail oriented/skeptical home owners.So, we went to Ferguson’s Orland store in order to check them out in-person and that is when we met Chris. Mr. Fix-It always says that, while the quality of the windows you buy IS important, even the best windows wont do you much good if you dont have a good installer. So while we were very impressed with the quality of the Sierra Pacific windows we chose to buy, the quality of the workmanship and service we received was the real frosting on the cake. Before buying our windows, we visited a number of dealers. From the start, we were impressed with Nicks willingness to explain, his patience in showing us the options available, and his willingness to let us walk out with out a commitment. The entire office staff was helpful, offering insights on the pros and cons of the things we were considering. When we looked at our pie in the sky options, like specialized finishes, garden windows and such, Nick was careful to make sure we understood the financial ramifications and offered us suggestions to attain a similar goal which was more within our budget. On our third trip, at which time we were to sign a contract, we decided to change the design of our front windows. Nick was more than willing to redraw the plans, requote the job, and rewrite the contract as we sat there, talking to Gary and the rest of the staff. When it came to installation time, Nick himself, a former installer, put on a tool belt to make sure our windows would be done before Christmas. His crew, which included another installer turned salesman named Chris, Andre, and Billy among others, were prompt, worked constantly throughout the days, and gave us an awesome outcome. My husband, a retired carpenter with over 30 years experience, was super-impressed with the care they took in making sure each window was properly hung and insulated. Neighbors have all commented on the beauty of the new look, and it is a joy to open our front curtains each morning and look out through our new windows!

Let me begin by saying that I’m someone who doesn’t typically do many written reviews. However, I’m going to break precedence in this instance. I bought 14 new windows and 1 patio door from Pella. Ferguson Industries was contracted to do the installation. The process began at 8:00 am on 11/10/20 and concluded after 5:00 pm on 11/11/20.The installation crew (Bart, Sam, Vladek and Tela) were hard working and customer driven. I had to beg them to take coffee and donut breaks. They never left the worksite and never broke for lunch. They were as serious as a heart attack yet very friendly and focused.Each member of that team had an expertise i.e. siding or carpentry etc. For example, I was trying to salvage the old windows for a friend’s barn. Although that was a tough request to ask they were able to skillfully accomplish that request in most situations. I also used the opportunity to clean some mildew off north facing upper dormer windows. I cleaned the low hanging siding but they were able to spare me from climbing a ladder at my age. They cleaned off the high sections of siding. They glisten in the sun again.In every major installation I’ve ever done there is always an issue. No one can promise otherwise. In my opinion, It’s how you address the evitable issues that set one company apart from another. The folks at Ferguson met my expectations and in many ways exceeded them.They were honest. They were careful not to make a total mess. And the mess was made, was cleaned up and disposed of.I need 4 or 5 more windows, I will use them again. In fact, I will insist on them doing the installation.

Very pleased with the workmanship and product! We have an older, stucco home which a number of window companies told us they wouldn’t touch. Door & Window Superstore was one of a few that said they would. Even though the crew was just 2 guys, they arrived punctually and were professional and meticulous with the installation, including using drop cloths and cleaning up every room. They finished 13 Pella windows in the same day, including framing out a rotted opening where the old window leaked. The windows look beautiful inside and out. Fantastic workmanship for a great price with this company!

From my first meeting with Jim Dockery, the salesperson who helped me order the appropriate windows for my townhome, through the installation which occurred yesterday, my experience was faultless. Tela Malovski, the installation crew leader, and his men--Jim, Bart and the others, operated as an efficient, professional unit throughout the installation. We needed 30+ original windows replaced in our 80 year old home. Ferguson Industries was the third and final company that was consulted. We stopped at three because it was evident that Ferguson was the most forthcoming regarding product pricing and installation costs. Nick (Sales Rep) and Tela (Installation Mgr) carefully measured and catalogued each window while patiently addressing all of our questions and concerns. We visited the showroom numerous times to view the product and ask more questions. Each time we were greeted by an informed professional capable of addressing all of our concerns. Once we committed the product was ordered and a delivery date was provided. The windows were received from the manufacturer within the time specified and an installation date was confirmed. Barts three man crew showed up as scheduled and were ready to work. Tela was also on site to assist as necessary. The crew diligently worked thru two days of intermittent rain, falling temperatures, cloudy skies and brutal winds off Lake Michigan. All the while they continued to provide attention to detail and deliver a quality installation. Their work is impeccable. In addition, Tela demonstrated window features and maintenance. We are now confident in our ability to appropriately operate and lock the windows. Tela even removed ALL the stickers. The property was left in pristine condition. Nothing but beautiful windows were left behind.

After having consulted two well-known national window companies and finding both their prices and their timelines incompatible with my needs, I was fortunately referred by a friend to Ferguson. In contrast to my experience with the two well-known window companies, my experience with Ferguson Industries has been just what I was hoping for-affordable, timely, professional and wholly reasonable. I need to have all the windows in my townhouse replaced, and it is at Ferguson where I will select all of my replacement windows.Once again my experience with Ferguson Windows and doors has been wholly satisfying. This time I had 6 windows installed. Afrim Xeraj and Mike Mabrito worked tirelessly all day while still remaining friendly and courteous. I could not have wished for a better experience. I decided to replace two sets of outdoor french doors in my kitchen and got several quotes from different door/window companies. Not only did Ferguson Industries provide me with the best quote (by several thousand dollars), but they educated me about the doors I wanted to buy. I liked the fact that they didnt pressure me, which allowed me to take some time to read up about the door manufacturer, their product/warranty/reviews. The doors arrived within the specified time and the install went very smoothly. Since the doors are very heavy, I did have some issues with them staying open all the way. Ferguson Industries has always been very quick to respond and coordinate a day for a technician to come out. I cant say enough good things about Tela Malovski. He has gone above and beyond every time he has come out. I highly recommend Ferguson Industries and Tela Malovski for any and all of your door/window needs.

Recently had a 1/2 moon window replaced. Salesman and Installers were great! Clean, friendly and efficient. Window looks great. Will return to replace other windows as needed.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE. i HAVE MARVIN CASEMENT WINDOWS THAT ARE ABOUT 18 YEARS OLD. THE WOOD IS ROTTING ON SOME OF THE SASHES SO THEY NEW TO BE REPLACED. I CALLED THIS COMPANY THAT IS A DEALER TO COME OUT AND GET ME A REPLACEMENT COST OF THE SASHES. AFTER THE FIRST NO CALL NO SHOW THEY FINALLY CAME AND MEASURED AND TOOK PICTURES OF WHAT I NEEDED. I KNOW BY CALLING MARVIN DIRECT THAT THERE ARE REPLACEMENT SASHES AVAILABLE. AFTER 5 DAYS I CALLED THE DEALER FOR PRICING AND WAS TOLD ILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. A DAY LATER I CALLED AGAIN TO BE TOLD THAT THEY ONLY CAN DO A FULL REPLACEMENT AND IF I WANTED SASHES I MUST GO THROUGH MARVIN DIRECT. WHAT A JOKE! THEY ARE THE DEALER.........I CALLED MARVIN AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS BLOWN OFF. I WILL DEAL WITH THEM AT THIS POINT. BUYER BEWARE AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMER PERIOD.

Warning ! Im a repeat customer so I assumed Ferguson would give me an honest fair quote on new Marvin Windows . Unfortunately they were $324 per window higher than other local Marvin dealers in the area. Do your homework and save $$$.

I just had my second set of windows installed by Ferguson today and again, it was a great experience. I learned about Ferguson Windows from a friend who highly recommended them. I had 8 windows installed a few years ago and after a fantastic experience, made plans for another big installation today. Both times, the customer service experience was excellent. My installers today, Daniel and Oscar, did a stellar job of installing 10 basement windows in about 6 hours. They thoroughly cleaned everything up(my basement is cleaner than it started) and were very responsive to my requests. But Tela, the installation manager, really made my day when he fabricated a fix to what could have been a challenging problem. I really appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile(or five!) to solve the problem. The windows are high quality, but the quality of the windows only goes so far unless you have quality installation. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality workmanship! I purchased a storm door, for a neighbor from Ferguson Industries. I received everything as promised. Door came in perfect. Even the dogs love it.

I had some windows and patio doors installed, I have to say the Kensington product line has dropped my utility bills substantially. The installers were quick and clean, used drop clothes through my entire place, very pleased with the outcome!

We live in New lenox and have some windows that were leaking and had at least five window companies come out here and not one called me back. Ferguson industries not only call me back but gave me a fair price and sent an employee adrian who spent two days out here fixing the windows. Wow and if i ever need window company again thats my recommendation go with them. With the guidance of the supervisor Telva, adrian was able to secure our windows and we have a tight seal on both of our windows and they look awesome.

Weve used this company multiple times over the last few years. Theyve replaced a couple small windows, sliding glass door, and a couple giant windows - one with a huge half round on top. Each time the installation was perfect and the crews have always been very friendly and professional. Well continue to use them as our windows need to be replaced.
