I called earlier today and asked about guitar cases for my daughters bass, Mitch said they had two types available, I said would be in by 6. I was running late but when we got there Mitch helped us right away and had the cases out and ready for us to pick, he answered a few questions and we picked one. It was very fast and easy, we bought the bass and all the other accessories here in December and they, especially Mitch, continues to exceed our expectations. Thanks again, you will always be our first stop for our needs.

My experience with Evolution Music is that they rock! Not only was my resonator guitar shipped quick and completely secure, they also added a gig bag and new strings. Wow! This place has used gear. Keyboards/Guitars/Drums/Accessories/AMPS/Speakers. I came in for guitar accessories and they had everything I needed. The prices I saw were more than fair. Screw amazon, shop local. Ill be in the market for a new amp in the future and this will be first place I check.

I took my bass gutiar in to have it set up.I got it back the next day.Mitch did a very good job,it plays and sounds wonderful. I appreciate the quick turnaround and the high quality work.

I take Friday lessons with Mr. Klayton (Klay) Kellog and I have been for a few years and I have gotten so far in music and when he wasn’t there and he didn’t inform my mother (she has his phone number not me) the kid at the front desk was so nice and said he would call him and when my dad and I where looking for a guitar for me agin helped us. If you are looking for music lessons in Orland Park/Oak Forest I highly recommend Mr. Klay, he is so nice but he talks a lot so you get an hour and pay for a half hour, agin he is so nice and kind and if you need a guitar or any other instrument you will find it at Evolution Music and if you don’t they will contact you if they get one. Five star rating from my experiences with the staff members! And Mr. Klay is chill about not having masks on because if you come in for lessons with him he won’t make you wear a mask, and the staff (aka the person at the front desk every time I go there) is also very chill because I’ve forgotten my mask many times and he was chill about it!

This place rocks, my buddy showed me evolution two years ago and since then Ive gathered a 35 piece kit almost exclusively from them. They make you feel like the president in that place everybody that works there is super helpful and more than willing to drop what there doing to help you find that 25 cent wing nut. But evolution in Orland Park has whatever I need from stands, Toms, pedals, skins, hardware, and especially great prices on used cymbals. Also there guitar selection is on point they have Dean and ibanez and so much more and they have a lot of good amps, heads and cabinets. Seriously check this place out you wont regret it

AWESOME MUSIC SHOP hands down and thumbs up! 👍E.M. Is not your typical store front kind of place, like the ones that are shrouded in bright lights and banners - NO! but instead there is a rather unique vibe to the shop. You get a very cool sense of being in a specialty music shop in NYC instead of a retail store in a strip mall somewhere. Brother Mitch that works there is a great help if you should ever need solid, precise and honest information concerning answers to any gear questions you may have.I would definitely recommend EM to all my musical friends.Evolution Music... Great experience with this shop - I saw the buy-sell-trade and was worried it was going to be pawn-shop-esque but it was more like the local used music shops I remember. The staff was helpful and not pushy. They gave me a fair store credit on a guitar which I put towards a keyboard that I had been looking for. There seems to be some other studio features they and available which I cant comment on, but looked interesting. Id definitely go back and Ill keep an eye on what they have in stock.

Ive had 4 acoustic guitars set up by Mitch already, at Evolution Music. Excellent work, reasonable cost, and always completed within stated time-frames. Needless to say... Ill be back!

I love the whole idea behind Evolution Music. I bought my first capo here for a guitar I already owned --honestly dont know much about playing yet, but the guys were very helpful and friendly! I plan to purchase a ukelele in the next few weeks. :)

Come here with my dad all of the time to buy equipment for his studio. Great customer service, worth the drive all the way from Evanston. Been to other shops that just do not compare with both quality of product and customer service. Loyal customer for years to come! Thank you Evolution Music!!!!

They claim to Promote your band but all they do is take your money. Only promotion is facebook and there are only bands liking there page. No local advertising in newspapers etc. that would take money from there pockets - beware of Evolution Music or at least look into them before you go.

I got a drum kit a year ago and was very happy with the service. I highly recommend this place.

If i am looking for an instrument i go there first. Im not in a band or anything but i like to play around. Also, i see them advertising bands all the time on facebook. I have gone to A LOT of there events. Great place!

I have been going to Evolution Music in Orland Park for a few years now.EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk into that shop I am surprised by all the cool gear I see and find. The shop is awesome! Theres ALWAYS something new, something vintage to discover there unlike the big ticket, flashy storefront stores that if you walked into blindly you would STILL FIND the same gear, in the same place time and time again-not to mention the incompetent sales people that work there. 9.999 times out of 10 I know MORE about the gear Im interested in than the person(s) working behind the counter.Its really a joke thats covered in a blanket of bright lights and that is all it is - unless you need a patch cable in a pinch - that or maybe to use the restroom. But other than that, its all Hollywood.But unlike Evolution Music where the vibe is totally laidback, the personnel and crew that work there are super friendly, really knowledgeable and willing to help and work with you!Evolution Music is a real gem of a shop that can AND HAS really held its own among all the other wannabe music shops in the area.Give them a visit and Im sure that youll find something really unique and if not, then simply take in the really cool vibe there.Youll really dig the atmosphere, guaranteed!I would give them 6 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
