I have been living in the Orlando area for about 6 years now. The bike shops here are great and they do their best, but there have been a handful of services in them that have let me down in terms of service, trust, and quality. After being a loyal Velofix customer for about 2 years now and having tried most of the bike shops in the area, I can say without a doubt the best bike shop for quality customer service, client trust, and mechanic work is Velofix Orlando.Jarrod and his team at Velofix Orlando really cater to each individual client. If there is an issue with a service, the team is more than happy to help you reach resolution WITHOUT tacking on a ton of additional service costs(something I have dealt with at bike shops here in the past). The attention to detail is incredible, and I cant speak for everyone, but I personally trust Jarrod and his team to take care of me more than any other bike shop in Orlando.If you dont want to come to their shop, you pay for the convenience of them driving out to you, but that is a fair trade. Additionally, having the peace of mind knowing that no matter what, you will get exactly what you need done in an honest and open matter is worth it. They are not here to make a quick buck and up-sell you on additional service. This was one of my best experiences in bike fix & build. They arrived on time (9:00 am). I wanted to do the frame swap from a steel frame to a new carbon frame. He did an amazing job in a very professional manner. He found some things that werent correctly installed, and corrected them properly. In total, it took about 3 1/2 hours. During the entire time, he was very kind and explained all details about the bike. If I want to build one more bike, I wont look for somewhere else.Again, this was one of my best experiences in bike fix & build. Strongly recommend.

My bike never rode correctly from the first day, but it worsened after a bike trip last summer. My usually bike shop kept telling it me it was “normal” but I knew it wasn’t. I recently purchased a bike from priority bicycle shop in New York City. I chose to have Velofix assemble my bike. The fellow that came out his name was Josh. He was absolutely terrific! What a great concept! Reasonable rates, especially considering the convenience factor. Jay did a great tuneup, replaced bad bearings in my bottom bracket, mounted an accessory bar and most of all FIXED a nagging seat post problem and got my spongy wonder seat where it will finally stay in place! This was the first time I had ever done an on-site bike service appointment. I have to say that it was definitely worth the try. This experience was far more convenient. They come to you, instead of you dragging your bikes to a shop. You determine the time (scheduled reservations). They communicate in real time (via text) while they are fixing your bike (so no surprises). They fix your bike on-site and finish before they leave. So it’s all same day! And - it’s cheaper than an in-shop repair. Jarrod was timely, professional, communicative, and effective. I am so glad I tried this and plan on using this service going forward.

Jay came to our community and worked on our two Schwinn mountain bikes, he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our 8 year old bikes are like new again. We would highly recommend Velofix to anyone who needs high quality bike work done.

I feel really good about having my bike fixed rather than buying a new one. The technician was on time, gave an estimate quickly, then worked his magic till my bike rode like a dream again. The chain and gears had been rusted and the brakes were bad. It took about 2 hours and was all done in their mobile shop in my driveway (super convenient). It was a little more expensive than I anticipated but once I considered al the options, I think it’s a fair price for their expert service.

Coop was very helpful and was able to travel to my work place the day I called him. His service was excellent, and you just can’t beat that kind of convenience!

I am amazed by the service that I received today on my bikes. I had my Schwinn spin bike and Felt road bike serviced. Unbelievable mobile service with such professionalism displayed. The guy worked nonstop, and both of my bikes are now like brand new. He answered all of my questions and provided me with really valid suggestions to help maintain the functioning of my bikes in the future—things I could do on my own to avoid having to get a bike serviced. I didn’t have to worry about borrowing a truck to get my bikes into a bike shop. I booked the appointment online, he showed up ON TIME at my house, and the price was competitive with what I would’ve paid for a general tune up at any shop in town. Unbelievable value. I made him give me a stack of business cards, as I live in Belle Isle, and this area is full of cyclers. My intention is to send him more business. Very pleased with this company.

Since I wasnt working for a few weeks because of the recent closures,my friend gave me a bike he wasnt using. It was at least 10 years old and needed a major tune up. Velofix Came out the following day which was surprising since a couple of other bike repair shops had a back log of 7 to 8 days. Jarrod was the Tech who came to my apt. in their mobile repair shop. He spent a good 1- 1/2 hours tuning up everything. He was very meticulous in his work.He suggested a few additional repairs Which I had chosen a couple of them mainly because I want to keep the price down.
