Deborah the sales representative was really pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and helped make sure our installation was smooth. Our installation had some additional complexities that our installer Don was able to figure out quickly on site. Don was able to answer all of my questions (I had many) and walked me through all the maintenance information I could need. Everyone we worked with during our process was very friendly and went beyond what I would expect.So far everything working perfectly with our system and looking forward to being a lifetime Culligan customer!

It was a very simple process. The water softener makes a huge difference. We also got the water filter for our drinking water. Prices are reasonable and service was great.

I have been a customer with two accounts for about 10 years. They did not come although service time annually already passed. when I call them in advance they used to say time is not yet. After service time comes, they used to say we will arrange, but they did not do many times. Even they did not apologize. I do not understand them at all. According to my understanding, they are supposed to call and arrange the service as annual service time comes. Many times I thought to quit. I hope they improve in service system. But i would like to give 5 stars due to the person who came and showed very kindness and did his best to serve.

We met with Deborah last week and after sending her numerous questions and going back and forth we asked her for a next day install. Went to Culligan because of their name. Worst mistake I could have made. We have iron bacteria in our well water. Culligan could not give us acceptable water. They did try, and their people were nice. They tried several equipment configurations over a year. Nothing solved all problems. Finally after an extended period of experiencing a continual flow of orange and yellow tinted water with a sulfur smell and iron taste, we had to change services. The new service correctly analyzed our water, removed the Culligan equipment, installed their system, and we had good, clear water for the first time since contracting with Culligan. We scrubbed out all our toilets and sinks and finally removed all the iron stains. Oh yes, Culligan is not cheap. I am still trying to explain to my wife why I ever chose an expensive and ineffective water company. I guess I stuck with them for a year because I did not want to admit my mistake. With Culligan, CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Quick response once I made contact. Professionalism of the folks I directly dealt with from initial call, to representative (Frank) coming to the house, and the technician that installed the equipment. The softener is far better than previous one. The ClearLink Pro Under Sink System works and performs wonderfully. Drinking water is crystal clear and has a taste which I find to be better than simple bottled water. Culligan surpassed my expectations.

No over the phone customer service for toggle settings (time, regen, etc). self serve via manual only. or pay $100 for 5 minute service call. next water system will def not be a culligan.

I have had my Culligan system for a couple of months now and I love it! The water softener is great for showers and will hopefully minimize wear and tear on our plumbing and appliances. The reverse osmosis system is better than bottled water to me! I love it and it keeps me from having to make multiple trips to the store for bottled water.

We like the fact that you remind us when it is time to change filters and do maintenance setting up appointments with us. We like our drinking water (reverse osmosis) so we dont have to worry about purifying our water or buy bottle water. We like our water softener, it saves us so much on shampoos because it takes very little to wash your hair with and also our wash machine needs less detergent when washing clothes and the clothes come out clean and soft.

The technician was very knowledgeable, provided me with many options for future services, and was not trying to upsell me. I appreciate his timeliness, the work was outstanding, and all pricing was as expected and communicated from the office.

Delivery drivers are always on time, polite, and very quick at their job. Makes if much easier to schedule other things on delivery days. System is great, and anytime we have had a problem, maintenance people have been able to schedule quick repair appointments.

My husband and I live in Davenport and we have this water system since June. Up till now we had no concerns until we saw a yellow jwlly like build up around our kitchen and bathroom sinks. We do have both the softener and the reverse osmosis systems inour home. We called the office and they sent out a technician today. The technician -Paul came out tested the water and stated it was fine and he left. I was absent as I was in the shower.However when I got out of the shower my husband informed me that the guy came and left. We called the office as I stated I had some additional questions/concerns. Paul was summoned back to our home and was gracious enough to explain the buildup is due to the lack of chlorine in the water. He retested the water,and dranked a glass in front of me to ease my worries. He further stated that he would complete paper work to have our pipes cleaned to get rid of the possible chlorine in the pipes. Never owning a water softener till I moved to Florida, I can say that Culligan water softener has been great. I like the fact I dont have to worry about anything. It really takes care of itself. I have had service men come out to change the filter from under my sink, they were both professional and friendly.

We just moved into a new home and have had a mixed bag of service. Weve own our softener & reverse osmosis for 7 years, so very familiar with the Culligan service in a different city.Scheduling my new install was meh. The person I worked with over a 2 week period wasnt great at following up and even forgot to actually schedule my install once we finalized everything. Fortunately, I had to change the date of my supposed install and called. I got the same lady and she realized her error (no apology) and got me scheduled. Not off to a good start and me and the wife are looking at Culligan Orlando with the side eyes and twisted lips.Heres where things got better. When the installer (David) came out, he was awesome. Such a professional, respectful, and knowledgeable guy. Very polite and honest. He completely changed our perception of this Culligan branch. Unfortunately, the lady messed up our order and forgot to add our reverse osmosis install to the service. David said no problem and hooked it up. With this scheduling error, he didnt have our ClearLink order; it would be another day or so to get the part to finish the install. David offered to drive, get the part, and return to finish the job in a couple hrs. He really took care of us and could tell hes a genuinely nice guy. I hope we encounter more employees like David and not the lady that scheduled our install.Ill update after a few months of salt delivery.

I have almost had my system for almost a year and have had them out here more than I can actually see any good I still have the system at all I do is get the runaround where they’ll come back out to fix it I stay swore to me it was good to be outside I went through boards and went to transformers I would like to have the general manager contact me in the worst system I’ve ever spent for over almost $9000

The guys that come out and do the salt delivery are always friendly and helpful. However, Culligan decreased the salt delivery so I have to go buy salt to last between times.

My wife and I have a well and we havent been able to drink the water since we bought our home. We called Culligan and a few other places for a quote and the salesman came out and put down a hard sell. Im not really a fan of being pressured in my own home but I have to say that the salesman actually did a great job explaining why Culligan is the best and he was able to make sure this fit in our budget. We decided to go with Culligan because we knew the job would be done right and we knew that we would get a system that would last us a long time. The system has only been installed for a month but the water is better than bottled water and we can finally stop buying bottled water. Only reason I take off a star is that the salesman told me I had to be home for the install so they could show me how to maintain the system but when the install happened I was told that Id have to call them and have them come in a month (paid service) so they could show me. So I took off a day of work when I didnt need to. Also the hard sale was a bit much. I felt like I was in a car dealership lol. Other than that, great service, great system, and very happy customers. I would highly recommend calling them for your water needs.

We just moved in recently and called Culligan out when we noticed the softener that came with our house didnt need salt for the first few months. John came out and tested our water, found a problem and fixed our softener on the same visit, he even explained how the system works and walked us through what all we need to do to keep up with it. Very good service, would definitely recommend, we can feel the difference already

I bought a house less than 5 months ago and part of my closing deal was new products from Culligan that should have warranty. Within those 5 months, I found out that my transformer was hooked up incorrectly and that my sterner pump tube and cap were damaged. I called to get these items repaired under the warranty and was informed in a rudely manner that I do not have warranty because I was not the original purchaser... OFC im not the purchaser but It was part of my closing deal so it was bought for me my info should be in their system for warranty....So they agreed to come and fix the transformer for free but still charger me 40$ for trip charge and +$ for parts for the pump that should not have broken in less than 5 months due to a incorrect install and be in warranty anyways... I will definitely not recommend their services or products to anyone and debating to get rid of all their products because of this as well.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to this time. You never know how a home service call (for whatever items is broken) will turn out. Usually not so fun and expensive. Not this time! Culligan sent a guy named Jacob who worked on my water system until he figured it out and fixed it, for half the cost of what I expected. It makes me so happy to have great service. Ive had my system for 20 years -- and he could have tried to sell me a new one. But he was determined to do what was best for me. Ive always loved Culligan. Now even more. Thanks Jacob.

We had been buying bottles of water to drink for years and we finally decided to buy ourselves a water purifying reverse osmosis system for our kitchen and all I keep asking myself is why I didnt do it sooner! They sent John out and he had us up and running in no time, now I using it for my coffee, tea, washing my veggies and he even ran a line to our fridge so it can be cold. Were thrilled with the service we go and would recommend.

My wife and I live on an acre of land in Southeast Orlando. After almost 13 years in our home with a well and septic, we started to get discolored water into the house. The well and water treatment system had been maintained regularly by professionals. All the professionals tried different things and were stumped by the problem. We called Culligan of Orlando and Kris came out and analyzed our problem. Though we doubted it at first, Kris knew exactly what the problem was. The well water had shifted and we were getting tannin in the water. Culligan carries a special filter for tannin that resolved our issues and has provided us with pristine water throughout the house. Kris, Sheena (Office Manager), and Don (our regular service technician) have all been a pleasure to work with. Culligan met all their promises to us and more. We highly recommend their services. Paid them $50 dollars to look at my well water treatment system. They tested the water - using the same thing a pool guy uses and then pitched their sales line to me. (They should have tested water before treatment vis-a-vis the water after treatment). They said the chlorine valve was clogged, it wasnt. They said the water softener value needed to be rebuilt, it didnt. Not a bad racket, get customer to pay for their sales calls. Most stupid money spent in a long while, and I fell for it. Be smarter than me, unless you want to overhaul your system for albeit a long warrantee, its an expensive system. Ill be calling someone else.

Today, Field Service Technician, Francisco Miranda was great and helped to make a disappointing event a lot less frustrating. Francisco was pleasant and informative while he diagnosed my softener problem and explained the solution options. Im disappointed Culligan sells parts that are known to fail in a relatively short amount of time even in shelter protected areas such as a residential garage. This was the second time the piston on the water softener had to be serviced as it was locked in place and would not allow the regeneration to cycle. Francisco explained there was a better quality metal piston available and how it will be better over the long term versus the original plastic piston. Really, it comes down to someone needs to lube the piston part once a year to help to keep it from seizing up and ultimately burning up the motor. At least that is how I understood the situation. Anyway, the service was great and I appreciated the time and attention to detail provided by Francisco. His extra efforts show his concern for the customers and the desire to do the right thing for his employer. I will not hesitate to contact him in the future. Culligan is lucky to have Francisco as part of their team.

Culligan water sent a sales/ tech to my brothers home in East Orlando. The tech asked for a sample of the house water.Then proceeded to pour water from a vial of water that he had on his personas never did test the actual water that came from the house. My brother is on a well and needs water softener service.The 9.99 per month that was advertised was only for few months as told to my brother by the technician.Then the bill would increase to total over $500.00 per year. When my brother said he would not be interested the tech became very rude and unprofessional. We will not be usingCulligan water.

The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me things I could do that the original installer did not.

We badly needed a water treatment system for our well water but, with so many choices we just didnt know who to go with. A family friend who works at the VA hospital said they use Culligan. We decided to give them a try, turned out to be a great decision. The tech knew his stuff and explained the how everything worked. Two days later we got a follow up call from the General Manager Premier just making sure we were satisfied . I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends

I had a Culligan soft water system installed by this dealer about 11 years ago and it still works great. I tested the water a few days ago and its less than two grains making for very soft water. They always deliver salt on time and I havent run out yet. We also have the drinking water system which is better quality than any bottled water you can buy. They replace the filters annually which is important. The tank has a lifetime warranty.

They promise one thing then forget what they say. Cant stay true to their word. If I know they could not put my sand catcher on Friday like they told me they would I would have gone with the person who is putting my well in. He is good to his word, Culligan of Orlando is not. Wish I had never started with them.

After three years of renting a water filtration and softening unit from Culligan, we decided to purchase one. Deborah with Culligan of Orlando gave us a great deal on the new components. They did a fabulous installation as well.

Installation fine, but been showing the same fault since new, they came out and fixed it several times under warranty, but the fault kept coming back, now its out of warranty, they charge me $120 to come back and fix the same fault. I have called their office several times to try to talk to somebody about it, but nobody calls me back. They get 1 star because the service staff that come out are nice guys, but DONT buy a system from them.

Installed defective USED equipment. Had to come back multiple times for service. Would try to bill me for filling the SALT when I had already filled it ourselves. I finally had enough! Multiple calls to return equipment fell on deaf ears. Then they tried to bill me for THOUSANDS OF $ more than possible for the months equipment was at my home. They have put a compromised $244 on my credit report when in reality I am owed a refund. Stay FAR AWAY FROM UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE. The $244 l do not owe them will cost them more in bad advertising. I will make sure I can prevent every one else from falling victim.

Just had our 2nd Culligan Water System installed today. After 18 years of service our 1st one gave up.It was a Great System that gave us no trouble. We also had the Reverse Osmosis installed in our kitchen. Im now cleaning out my coffee machine so I can use pure filtered water in it. The Culligan installer was neat and courteous. Derrick topped off the salt supply for my softener today and I thought about how pleased I am with the unit and the customer support I receive from him. The pre-filter, water softener and additional 3-stage filter for drinking water have eliminated a major expense in high-purity bottled water I had been consuming. Sinks and showers are deposit-free making maintenance a breeze. And last but not least, Derrick has been nothing short of an excellent ambassador for Culligan always doing whats best for me instead of what might be easier for him. He is cheerful, quick, competent and always helpful if I have a question or concern. Overall, the system has been trouble free and I couldnt be more happy with it as well as the regular service. I got reverse osmosis system and a day later almost canceled the order. the person who installed said good morning and left the house without talking to me left the piece of paper on the counter i do not had a manual for the filter my faucet stop working about 5 month after the instalation call and they said i need to pay to replace it . is not service after the sale .

I had the Culligan rep come out to my home and find out just what I thought that my water was very hard. I thought I was going to sign up for the rental program for a water softener but after the rep showed me that by owning it by financing the softener system it would come out to be cheaper and I would getting the best system that they have. I have been so pleased with this system from the time of installation until now. I also had an osmosis system installed and have saved money and time from always running to Walmart for my Aquafina.
