I would have given this place a zero star if It was an option. They sell you a 5 year warranty but dont tell you it really is only for 2 or 3 years (even though it printed on the battery 5 year warranty). Its just how they scam you by misleading you. The rest of the warranty is just a discount on a new battery. When you call them they are rude and unprofessional. I guess thats why they only have one 1 store left and the one in Metrowest went out of business. Go to batteries plus instead folks.

Great experience went to have battery checked, it was bad. It was just under 30 months and still under warranty and got a new battery free. Maybe 15 mins total in and out, cant beat that !!

Worst service ever, battery continues to die, company refuse to help just charge and say come back in 90 days for new test. I dont want a 90-day test I just want a good battery. You wont get one here.

James was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and to help me understand what happened to my battery and even gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. A wonderful experience!

If I could rate a zeroo Star I would !!! I called Tuesday at 11:39 am and spoke to a representative and they quoted me $75 for the battery I was looking for ! Called the next day and they tell me to come by when I get there the battery is all of a sudden $160 . What was the point of me driving all the way over here to not get what I was quoted over the phone . The communication is horrible because he had to call the other guy to see if thats what he actually quoted me ! Which is absolutely unprofessional and questioned me as a customer!
