Me and my fiance came to this place almost 2 years ago for a car. She was able to get one(2014 dodge dart). Yes they worked with her especially since her credit isnt the best. The car was good for maybe a week before we started having problems. Now fast forward to today the car stopped working just headache after headache and the car barely has 50,000. So we went to a big dealership and tried to trade in this car. The dealership called this place to try to get a deal going but from what they was explaining was some crooked s**t was happening. what the dealership was saying was that my fiance basically got ripped off he said that she paid 19,000 for a 2014. 2014 vehicle 19,000. Thats brand new car prices for a used car. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. you can do way better.

It’s now has been a couple weeks and it seems like this is the only way to get something done which is really unfortunate. Kevin Allen did reach out to me the day after posting a review online but I’m guessing due to me placing a complaint with the better business bureau, they settled with doing a collateral swap but there’s no cars in any of there dealerships that has the same value as my car. My account manager hasn’t even been able to speak to Mr. Allen in her words which i think she’s giving me the run around. There legal department reach out to me but still no resolve seems like nobody has answers. All in all this has been a terrible experience and i wouldn’t advise anybody to purchase a car from this dealership. I just out of this lease i was sold a lemon and at this point my credit will be messed up winning isn’t fair. This is suppose to be a family company and wanting to help the people and being the king or car dealers which isn’t true at all at this time I’m working with the better business bureau and a lawyer to rectify this issue which is really sad.

You will still owe money when the lease is up. These people are liars and crooks. Their financial company constantly makes mistakes, and this to will cost you money. I wish I could give negative 0 stars. This company is crooked and unethical. The experience is great when dealing with the salesman but when dealing with the call center, THEYRE HORRIBLE! They’re disabling cars during the pandemic even when ppl are making payments. They have no compassion. They lie. I can’t wait until tomorrow so I can start taking the necessary steps to have them investigated. This is the only place they have decent reviews. All other platforms, they’re reviews are horrible and the horror stories are the same. Many of the things they do are questionable. I’ll be returning their vehicle voluntarily. I’ll never recommend anyone do business with them.

Mr. Big H is the best. He’s very hands on. Goes out his way to make sure your satisfied. Ask for Mr. H. If you need a vehicle with low down payments and easy monthly payments go see Big H at American Car Center. He’s the best, he made it happen when other’s couldn’t.

Fabian is awesome! I went in expecting the worst because my situation seemed impossible at this point, and a few hours later I left their lot with a car that is perfect for me. This has been the most amazing experience at a dealership and gives me hope that there are still good people and companies in the world that are willing and able! Thank you so much!

Please please please do a little research before considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They are very friendly, however they are wolves dressed in sheep’s clothing. After spending a whole entire day tired going back and forth about what deals they could give me and so on they approved me only after me giving them 1000.00 cash in hand. However because my insurance company was not open to transfer insurance to the car until Monday ( the following business day) By the time I made it home I was called to be informed that they were unable to provide me with a vehicle because they wanted my husband to provide some type of tax information. Needless to say after spending all day there we were not willing to go through anymore hassle so we decided to just ask for the down payment back and we would go elsewhere they REFUSED to give us the money back stating that we would have to wait to receive a check from their corporate office even though not even an hour had passed since we put 1000.00 cash in their hands. Keep in mind we had not signed any kind of paperwork legally binding us to the vehicle. I couldn’t believe that they were not willing to simply hand me my money back that I had just given them so I called the police just because I didn’t want the situation to escalate based on them simply just trying to be nasty about returning my money. When the police arrived they told the police that they had already went and deposited the money but that they would have it rushed through the corporate process to be returned the following Monday. Meanwhile, while I stood outside their establishment pleading my case with the police.The Finance Manager (Terry) sat in his office and made faces at me and kept putting his hands up motioning the ✌️ peace sign while smiling and shaking his head. ( Very unprofessional and childish might I add.Then to add insult to injury the sales agent Meghan that we were originally dealing with deliberately lied to the police stating that we had given her the money hours prior to me contacting the police. This all happened at the location 2300 S 17/92 in Longwood fl. Please do not give them any money if you are having second thoughts about purchasing a vehicle as they will make your life a living hell trying to get your hard earned money back!!! I could go on and on but hopefully after writing this book no one will subject themselves to be taken advantage of by this or any other crooked car lot.

I went here looking for a car because no car dealership would work with me and the other but here pay here where charging outrageous prices. I went in here and spoke to Larry I explained to him the trouble I was having getting a car. Larry immediately ensured me that I was going to be walking away with a good car at a good price. And I thought to myself “yeah right” but was I wrong Larry got me in a 2016 Malibu in less than an hour he was a saint that I really needed because I was so tired of being denied at other places. My husband and I had Erica for our salesperson, she was awesome. I only planned to view their inventory but Erica suggested doing a credit application to see what we would qualify for. It only got better from that point on, we got approved for any car we wanted, and gladly purchased a SUV. This is definitely a place to help you get a very nice newer model vehicle without hassle or stress.

DO NOT buy a car here!! They will promise you the world and then when it comes time to hold true to the promises, they will break them!! Even something as simple as the promised oil changes are a problem to get. The cars are over priced and will break down within 6 months of owning them. Definitely a buyer beware situation. I wish I would have done more research!!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars these people need to be shut down or go get a better job the way y’all trick ppl into these cars. I would honestly never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrible, their plan terms are horrendous and its just an all around bad experience. I went to this place while trying to rebuild my credit thinking that this would be a good place to start because I didnt want to do a buy here pay here place. This company has cars that are grossly over priced and heres the kicker you are leasing these vehicles so even after youve paid in 22000 after four years for a car valued at about 13,000 you actually have to pay another 4,000 to 5,000 to actually own the vehicle. I would implore anyone considering this terrible place while trying to build their credit to please look into other options. Its not all they make it out to be when you first go in. Look into a credit union or anything besides this RIP OFF. Im stuck with these con artists for the next 4 years and with an almost 500.00 car payment to boot and I could kick myself every single time I have to pay them. My pretty 2013 Altima squeaks like crazy when I use my brakes and I had to fight back and 4th with these ppl for over 4 months to get anything done and after it was all said and done and I missed work to take my car to their mechanic multiple times and had nothing done I just gave up. Please dont even get a freaking lawnmower from these people!

I originally gave this business 5 stars, but after having this car for almost a year, I have downgraded. I have had nothing but problems with this car, some issues covered by the limited warranty, but I started having issues where theres a knock when I turned the steering wheel. I was told to go to Pep Boys and they told me it was the struts, after having those replaced, I still had the knocking. After our own research, we found out that the car was in an accident and no one disclosed that information. Our problem with the car was the steering wheel rack, which is NOT covered by the warranty. We will never buy or lease another vehicle from this place.

Biggest scammers in the car industry. NEVER and i repeat NEVER buy a car from this place. They get you in with the nice sales people and talking up the companies warranties on the cars and free oil change. But here is the kicker. I was there last night trying to buy a car for my wife a 2014 ford escape. They told me they needed $1000-$1500 down and 91 semi monthly paments of $260. I turned down the deal cause I could not afford it and this morning i sat and redid the math. 91 semi monthly paymentsof $260 would mean I would of been paying almost $24,000 for a car that should be no more then $15,000. That is like a 50% interrest attached to the car thank god I turned down the offer. these people are steight up crooks and scammers
