Classic Bait and Switch. Had one price listed on their website, craigslist, and a 3rd party site for over a month. When I called, the price magically went up $2000, then back down $1000 after I called them out on it, with them insisting that the price on all the other places including their own site was a mistake. The receptionist doesnt understand English, I spoke to Diana twice to get a carfax, whose comprehension was just mildly better, and never got it even after being promised it in ten minutes. I wouldnt deal with these people for such a major purchase.

He ask he whether anything caught my eyes. I inform him of the type of car I was going for. Something low on millage and reliable. He introduced he to a new Hyundai Sonata that just came in. I like the car Sonata because it is big very room and a smooth ride. It looks cool! I Thank my salesman for introducing me to this model.

Do not go here!!! They sold me and my husband a Hummer drove two hours! Got it home called to insure it. Insurance company verified frame damage and could not insure the vehicle. The team at V&B says of course bring it back. The loan company canceled loan stating all funds to be refunded. We go there supposed to get ALL monies returned and they said nope we are keeping $400 dollars as a fee!!! Threatened to call the cops on my husband if he didn’t leave. My husband was visibly upset but at no point did he threaten or get loud! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I

Going to have to give this place a chance. Never shopped here, but it is the only place for far around my area with only five star reviews. That are not from staff members. Trust me! I do investigate FIRST... Thats a promise.

I love my car. Great customers service. I came in for 2011 Jeep and they said they don’t have it. I showed the ads on Craigslist day 2011 Jeep Compass there, so they have 2014 Jeep Compass and give me same price for 2011 Jeep ad because they forget to take it down. If I could give no stars I would my experience with V&B Auto Sales was one of the worst car buying experiences Ive had we spent a total of 6hr just to get the car and it has problems so they asked me bring it back the next day and all to wait another 4hrs and my car still has the same problem. They said they would fix it and its still not fixed and they add extra fees after the sale is completed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are rude and dont follow through on what they said they would do.

Saw a vehicle for a great price and labeled “good credit bad credit repossessions no problem” on Craigslist. Saw amazing reviews. I obviously have no car so before I wasted money on lyft or uber, I made the phone call to confirm down payment. They said $1000 like the post said. I told them I have bad credit. They said it’s fine. Then I said no I have BAD credit. They said it’s fine they’ll get me in the car. I’m there for two hours. I paid lyft $30 to get there. When I arrive they run my credit through THREE BANKS EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE BUSINESS CARD SAID NO CREDIT CHECKS! If you are buy here pay here the financing is done at the dealership not through a bank. Then double the down payment amount to $2000. I had a recent repossession which wouldn’t be a problem at most but here pay here’s. Shouldn’t have been an issue here since ya know they advertise no credit checks. I have money and I’m a man of my word. Then after they deny me from the vehicle that I wanted, the salesman pulls me around back to see the cars that aren’t so great to put on display and tells me I could approve for those. If it’s buy here pay here with no credit checks I should be approved for even the most expensive car on the lot. Then I come to google to see most of the people that have had any luck here are all Hispanic. I got shot down and then had to spend another $30 on lyft to get back home. I told them I would be back until I saw the reviews to see this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. I don’t even leave reviews but they didn’t hold up to what they advertised and now I’m spending what would have been my down payment, on lyfts and uber. Plus ran my credit through THREE BANKS which lowers my credit even more. Now nobody will approve me. Don’t waste time here unless you can buy the vehicles in cash.

This place is the worse ! Bought a car from there and the car gave me immediate problems after. Im talking about two days later ! People please be aware, These people buy cars from the auctions and make them look nice, Put the liquid used to make the car run well for a shortperiod of time and then they make you sign a contract saying buying as is with no warranty. Please be careful! They also wont refund nor exchange. They have complaints on the Bbb website from customers & companies. Their terrible. Now im paying for a car that i cant use because they wouldnt even void the contract. Its a crazy world we live in honestly. Please take notice.

I had a very good experience they are all very nice and easy to work with.

Only have 1 star because it wouldnt allow to give 0.Purchased a truck from them back in July. Was a buy here, pay here deal because the truck was older. Put $1200 down but was told they needed $2000 down so I was given 45 days to pay the rest. After I left the lot the next day I had to replace spark plugs ($200) then the day after That, the alternator went ($240) mind you I hadent even had the car 3 days & had all these problems. Genesis was my sales person, she was very nice & reassuring when I called & told her the issues. She told me to come in & they would look at it, so drove 40 mins to them & was told they didnt see anything wrong. Next day the truck started jumping & was told by my family mechanic that it needed a time up & new coils & between parts & labor it would be about $500- $700 . I called genesis & she told me to bring it in again & that they would do it & pay for parts but I was told the mechanic was only there certain times, I work all week long & dont get home til 6-7pm mon-Fri & hes only there til 12 weekends so it was hard for me so I called genesis again & asked if she could give me some more time to pay the rest of the $800 on the down payment because of all the issues ive had with the truck. She said yes! Then i started receiving phone calls from Another girl in the office who barely spoke English & was demanding I paid something on the deposit. I ignored & told her I wanted to speak with genesis but was told she was out out of the country . . Okay? Smh. Then the next day my temp tag expired but I was told they didnt have my hard tag so I had to go get another 30 day temp tag from them, so i did. When I got there the lady made it & told me if I didnt pay the $800 I wouldnt receive my hard tag when it came in til it was paid. I told her I didnt do business with her & that genesis told me she was giving me another 45 days to pay it & left with my 2nd temp tag that was good for another 30 days . The next day i got a call staying a few days ago my acct had been sold (money hungry much?) To them (person on the phone) & that I would be receiving a welcome package & I would go through them from then on out to make my payments . So a few days later I made my first payment ($350) with no problems . While on the phone I asked the gentlemen since my acct was sold, what about the rest of the down payment that I owed? He stated well since they sold us the acct. . Theyre out of the deal completely so I would assume that $ is no longer owed which is what I figured too. Long story short about 5 days later (August 30th. I had til October 15th to pay the rest of the down payment that went out the door when they sold the acct) I get a knock at my door. . Its a repo company saying they were there to repo my truck- I said how? By who? Why? ..i just made my first payment on time!! They stated v&b auto put out a order to repo for a non paid pick up deposit of $800 lol the $800 that I no longer owed they were still trying to collect AFTER they sold the acct. I told the repo people the situation & was told that they cannot do that & its illegal to put out a repo order on a car that no longer belongs to them & for me to make a complaint to the DMV (I did) !!!!!! Also when I called to cancel my insurance I was told I would be getting $48 of the down payment i put on the insurance. I said I put $252 down & only had insurance a month so why am I only getting $48 back? The lady stated no. You only put $92 down . . LOL lol when genesis said she could hook me up with insurance she didnt mention that $110 of my down payment would be going in her pockets! Smh Im waiting to hear back motor services about a resolution to this. Ive put over $2000 into a truck that I only had for 1 month that was ILLEGALLY repossessed from my driveway!!! Theyre money hungry there & will do anything to get you in a car & money in there pockets. I called genesis & have her a piece of my mind!!!! But she told me I needed to be more responsible with my money & hung up. Lol its okay though karma is real!
