Spoke to Gabriel on the phone prior to coming and as I patiently waited, his tech Chino took the time out of his busy day to look at my car and correct the issue I was having. This place is highly recommended for car stereo theyre not real big but the guy that runs the place it is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job on their installs I definitely will be having an install done there they did my window tint and it was a great job and they did it so fast less than a half hour to get both windows tinted on the front and the back. I wanna take a sec and just write about how amazing these guys are. I went in nervous about it because of previous reviews, but I took a chance and Im really happy I did! David, Jose and his crew took complete care of my needs in installing a double din CarPlay unit in my car. They got the parts over night; when other places would need 2 weeks. I went shopping for car speakers and amps for my girlfriend on Friday, it was her birthday on Saturday. I visited 3 places prior to walking into Auto Overhaul and it was already after 1 p.m. I spoke with the owner and he told me the best system for my truck, which by the way was Kicker, not entry level but not competition, it was right in the middle where I wanted to be and Id already done some research on different brands and was happy with his suggestions. They gave me a price and told me they could do it right now,.... really!! This worked out perfect, I couldnt of asked for anything more. I walked down to Best Buy while I was waiting and looked at their Kicker speakers and amps, Auto Overhauls prices were exactly in line with Best Buy, exactly! I checked my receipt. This gave me even more comfort in dealing with them because its easy to get taken nowadays if youre not careful and Im one to second guess myself on things like this that Im not familiar with. They even tinted the front windows and got me out in a timely manner, especially seeing as how no one else could even touch it til Monday. Needless to say they did a great job and made me look like a champ, my girlfriend loves it and the system sounds great! I will definitely use them for my future needs and recommend them to all that ask where I had it done. Thanks to you and your team, you are greatly appreciated!

After three weeks of dealing with issues with the lights Eduardo finally fixed it. His customer service I must say is one of the best I have experience. And for that reason this place has me as a customer. Kudos to the owner for hiring associates like Eduardo. I found these store on Google and gave them a call to have a device installed in my car. The quote they gave me was reasonable so I went to the store the next day for work. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the shop in a very reasonable amount of time. Id recommend these guys to anyone looking for automotive stereo, or security options.

This place was awesome. Here is the deal: I have a Toyota Sequoia 2005. Blew my left front speaker. Call the dealer, $410 just for the speaker, install another $200. The dealer said I could not replace with anything but the factory because of some BS. Stopped in this place, they said BS just like I thought. So for $80 I got 2 front speakers and installation included. Sounds way better and all is perfect. Took 25 minutes start to finish. Highly suggest.

I went there today expecting to buy new speakers I had already been to a prior company that said I needed speakers so when I got there Jose came out listen to the radio and the only thing that was wrong was my base was so high this man is amazing he could have sold me a speaker system but he did not lie he told me that I did not need them and he set it the right way and I am just so thankful if you have any doubts or hesitations about who to go to, this is the company to go to, their honest. Brought my car here for remote start. Checked a few other stores and Auto Overhaul had the best prices! While I was there I realized they also did details. Had my car detailed as well. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick turn around. Waiting area is comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

After a rash of car burglaries in my area I decided it was time for a car alarm. I shopped around a bit before I found Auto Over-Haul, and I am SO glad I shopped around for prices! They had the BEST price for the alarm/installation out of all the other stores I visited. I had them tint my windows as well and I am extremely happy with their work, prices, and customer service. Store is nice, clean, and organized. I would certainly recommend this business to all family and friends.

Had to make three trips. See below.Paid upwards of $600 for products and though it was a little high, they were good items, no complaints there. Salesman was nice.First time there they said everything would be done by a certain time and wound up going over said time by 30 minutes. When I got my car it was a mess! Dirt all over floor, serviceman left oily hand prints all over upholstery and I had to clean it. Front section wasn’t put together correctly and he didn’t install a part.That’s visit one!Visit Two, he put the part in he forgot the first visit, fixed the front to where it was supposed to be, but again left the car dirty, then got an attitude when I asked him to clean it. After he cleaned HIS mess I tried the usb installation and it did not work. Would have had to wait an hour more to get it fixed so had to go back a third time.Basically there are probably better places to spend your money for the same products.

I just had a Pioneer installed in my 2007 Ford Mustang GT after the factory Shaker 500 malfunctioned. They gave me a little break on the price after I showed them lower prices online and the installation was quick. They did a thorough job of explaining my new radios features. I would recommend them. My dad brought me his jeep, after theyd installed a head unit in it. Factory screws were missing from the dash, which would sometimes come off during driving. Microphone and USB cables were both pinched in the console bezel. What a joke!

I brought my Jeep jl 2019 to this place to get subs on it. We decided to put them in my trunk on the inside of the trunk door that swings out. It turned out so well and when I went to pick it up they made sure that it worked. These guys work very hard and it shows in their work. One of the guys there explained to me that they used to have bad service because of some bad apples in the bunch that they have now fired and are now trying to change it up. Overall very happy with this place. The people there are super friendly to people of all ages.

Its hard to find a car audio place that gives Excellent Service and also does Good Work. Ive been to many car audio places not only just Orlando, but the entire state of Florida. I have to say Auto Overhaul is my top pick when to get work done, and getting it done right.They are good people and give great deals. I am very picky about the people I let touch my car. I showed up when they first opened and they had nobody waiting. They told me they could do it immediately if I had the time. I told them if they could get it done in an hour and 45 minutes I could do it now. They were worried they didnt have enough time which was OK with me. I told him I could come back after lunch. We agreed on 1 PM. When I brought my car back at 1 PM they informed me that there were four cars ahead of me and they couldnt get to it. They then asked me if I could bring it back at 10 AM the next day. If they totally ignored the first appointment why would I make another one?

They have a good prices a very good services. I have a Mercedes and they installed me all my car audio, amplifiers and subwoofers, and electrical work was really professional. I was checking the position cables and everything was to detail. I am very happy with all the service and price.

NEVER AGAIN,Lessoned learned. Been slowly adding to my 2015 RAM. The last stop was the Viper Alarm System. Promised: Out The Door $250. Well, here is my reality after waiting for almost 6 hours with NO COMMUNICATION regarding my truck. OUT THE DOOR: Windshield wipers stay on while I lost ALL CONTROL of my entire steering wheel electronics. Wiper malfunction, turn signal malfunction, lost control of track change function, cruise control malfunction, in dash display control malfunction, overhead cabin lights remain on.So apparently, after showing up with NO PROBLEMS, the strange COINCIDENCE is related to PREVIOUS repairs. I show up with a working vehicle, leave with an UNSAFE vehicle. Guys, take your car to someone who MUST FIX what THEY BREAK. Had I have taken my Truck to Best Buy, they would be liable right now. I might just have to sue these guys.

I had a negative experience with the car detail and less than honest employee. A great experience with the window tint. When the owner/manager was contacted he was quick to apologize and offered a free future detail. I was also offered a refund of my tip amount + a little extra that less than honest employee benefited from.The refund never appeared so I gave a negative review. When the owner/manger saw the review, he contacted me about the refund. Apparently he refunded the wrong card. As soon as he realized that, he quickly refunded me.Kudos to him for customer service that went above and beyond what is usually given in todays day and age.

The owner seems to be a straight up dude that loves his business. I Feel comfortable that im getting the best prices for the work. The only minor issue i have is the installers. You get the sense that they arent very honest about some things and you definitely need to look over there work. But when the owner is around they seem to be more trust worthy. Thats an issue many managers and owners have to deal with. Besides that i still look forward to spending my money for upgrades at Auto Overhaul.

I went to Auto Overhaul last weekend, because they gave me a good deal on interior and exterior detailing, and even offered to run a clay bar over it to buff out some minor scratches. My car is basically brand new (Toyota Rav4) under 10,000 miles; However, I spilled some chocolate sauce on the passenger seat, there were some minor scratches, and wanted to get it detailed to make it look new again, and to get the stain out. I encountered several problems!First, I dropped it off at 2:30pm, after making my appointment at 3:00pm, and they said to give it about 2 hours, then they would call me and let me know when the detailing was complete. So I carpooled with my girlfriend, and we went shopping to kill some time, with the expectation that it would be done around 5. By 6:45pm, I still had not received a call, so I called them, and they said, yes, your car is done, you can come pick it up. No biggie, my girlfriend drove me over there to pick up the car.NOW... when I got there, a guy came out and said one of my workers accidentally took your keys home with him. He took the bus to his house and there is no bus back for the rest of the night (Saturday), so I have to drive over to his house, get the keys, and drive back which will take about an hour. I asked if I could come back Sunday, because I really needed to get home, and he said were closed Sunday, but I can lock the key in the car, and if you have a spare key, you can come and get it whenever you are available Sunday.I said its ok, no big deal, mistakes happen. And honestly, hand to God, if that was the end of it, and my car looked excellent upon my return the next day, I would give 5 stars to this company. I understand this was an honest mistake, and was not going to fault them for it. I live in Lake Nona, which is about a 45 minute drive to and from (1.5 hours total), but again... its an honest mistake, I will get a ride back before the football games start.BUT!!! When I went Sunday to find that the detail job was sub-par. The chocolate stain was gone, like it had never even been there, but here were the problems I noticed.1. They did not wipe the wax away very well on the car. There was white, waxy, paste that was caked along the exterior trim (the long sticker on the side of the car), that looked like big white scratches, that I had to wipe away myself.2. There were hard water marks (white dots) all over the driver side window, under the door handles.3. There was still bug residue on the windshield wiper.4. The tires looked shiny and great! But, the roof of the tire area (above the tire) was not even touched! It has dirt caked to it, still, above all four tires!5. I used to have a golden retriever, whose hair was shed throughout the car, THERE IS STILL AT LEAST A HANDFUL OF FUR that was not vacuumed up, that is EASILY seen still clinging to the backs of the seats!!!6. I found leaves and twigs in some of the crevices in the car, which further leads me to believe that they were not thorough with the vacuuming.Like I said, the car looked basically new, and besides the chocolate stain, it DID NOT need a lot of work to detail it.Pros: They got the stain out marvelously, they buffed out some of the exterior scratches, the car smells very nice, and the dash, tires, and panel were well cleaned and shined.Cons: They did not contact me to let me know it was finished, they waited until I arrived at night to tell me the key had been taken, and upon my return there was still dog hair, hard-water marks, and dirt above the tires.I do not believe they were thorough at all, and if I could, I would provide pictures of what I mean. They did some good things, and if it was detailed well, I would not have even mentioned the key incident. But with all these factors combined, I am sorry, but I would not recommend a detailing from this place to anybody. 1 star.

Cheap place to get work done so you get what you pay for and an unprofessional. Asked for led lights for the interior and they used strips instead of bulbs and that was visible, and I walked in on them talking about me and my car

Absolutely terrible. Do not trust these guys with your car. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I trust this company with my brand new vehicle and they drilled right through the leather of my back seat (the cupholder middle section of the back seat that folds down). I am in the military and got stationed across the country the California; I did not notice until i was already across the country. I called to try to workout how I can get the cheapest quote from somewhere in my area and they did nothing but mock me and told me to eat the cost to repair it. When I called, the first thing that was said to me was “Yeah that’s a common thing.” Absolutely terrible, If i could rate this store 0 stars i would.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with getting my car detailed. Found a groupon and decided to give them a shot. Booked my appointment over the phone & when I showed up, they double booked me and I had to reschedule. Upon the rescheduled appointment, they kept my car for two days instead of a normal same day turn around time. When I finally picked up the car and got home, my girlfriend noticed all of my quarters and silver change was taken out of my coin holder.I can completely understand accidentally double booking but stealing change out of someones car is probably the easiest way to ruin your name and branding in an industry.No way in hell Id recommend a business that had the ethics this company does.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I installed a new car stereo, but ended up having bad radio reception problem and noise problem. And they did not fix it. I was very disappointed by their cheap customer service. They dont seem to care. I never recommend this place to anyone.
