At times, they even offer samples, but this might be on ice now due to the pandemic. Efficient staff and wide selection make it a gourmands dream!

I called to check if they had certain size of Le Creuset in stock, Sandy quickly went back and checked their stock and set one aside for me. When I got to the store, shed pulled other sizes for me to see. Sandy and Yesenia at the register were so friendly but more importantly, knowledgeable, efficient and provided great customer service.

I walked in and headed straight to Kitchenaid stand mixers qnd had some questions. A clerk wS wShing dishes, another was assisting at a register. A third was answering questions. Another couple was talking to each other about micro planes and avocado cutters. The clerk assisting seemed to free up and opted to assist a father daughter duo and talk about coffee makers they said were not going to buy. The three of them walked around and looked at many different makers. I decided to look around. I want some pasta bowl/coupe/plates and found ones that might match my daily plates. Crystallized ginger is on sale. Oh I need a boning knife. Dish washer is helping someone with knives. I was in the way so as he cut in front of me, he excused himself. I looked at the jars of spices and sauces. The entrance is right there so I qm standing at the door watching all 3 not really do anything.If it wasnt for being in his way, there would have been no communication. I can remember when it was NEVER like this. I have been a customer since the 1980s down in Ft. Lauderdale.

Nice store. They have a good collection of fry pans and pots of all clad, le cruset and Williams and sonoma. They had quite a good selection of chopping boards and wüsthof knives.

If youre looking for a good selection, this is your spot. However, if you ever want to buy anything, look somewhere else. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. We stood around waiting for the lady to help me with the kitchen knives. I picked out the knife I wanted without any help. Once I told her what one I wanted, she insisted that I waited for her to help a customer that just walked through the door. After waiting for about 5 minutes for her to simply grab the knife and let me check out, I decided to just leave and go elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff promptly showed us items within locked cases of this attractive kitchen store. If you like to serve and entertain family and guests, then this is the place to come for: cooking supplies, cutlery, dish sets, placemats, aprons,, serving platters, pots/pans, oil, spices, glasses, gadgets, and so much more.

Ordered online for in store pick up thinking it would be easy for me on a busy day. When I picked up my item and took it home it was broken so I had to go back. Spoke to a manager before I headed back and asked if I could please have the gift wrapped before I got there since I was on a tight schedule. When I arrived to the store no one one wrapped the gift and I doesn’t about 25 minutes waiting for it to be wrapped making me late for my next appointment. Probably just bad communication between management but if you need something quick I would keep in mind that you will not get quick from this store.

Got a sweet Star Wars instapot for Christmas but wanted a bigger size so went to exchange for a bigger size. But they don’t do returns or exchanges even though they don’t sell these anywhere else. So I will never be shopping there again and I will also be canceling my credit card with them. They overcharge for all the products they carry anyways and the lack of customer service did it in for me. Not how good businesses treat there customers.

Fantastic service. Jason was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. We have been looking at expresso machines and Jason took the time to explain the differences in machines, how to properly set up the machines and maintain the machines. I was then surprised when he set up the machine to let me try the coffee from the machine I was interested in purchasing. Jason was the first person that I have come across that really cared about me making the right decision to buy the right machine for me. I will seek out Jason when I need to purchase more kitchen items.

Wonderful, higher end, great quality Home products.Love the plastic stemware I purchased to use as Desert glasses. They were on sale!Looks like Crystal! Very classy looking.Now I dont have to worry about spoons chipping my actual Crystal.Very helpful young man working there.I described to him what I saw in the store earlier in the year. He knew exactly what they looked like. And, went to the Stockroom to retrieve them for me. Glad I had a picture of it.Location inside The Mall At Millenia is exquisite. Very high end Mall. Love it!

Stay away from this particular location! Horrible customer service, very rude manager. Apparently, you can NOT return, exchange or even have a store credit for your purchases with receipt if your purchase is over 30 days old. My item was purchased on September 20th, so it is less then 90 days. Any store in US would at least offer a store credit, but not this location ! I Went to Winter Park location and they took my item without any problems and issued a store credit. I will never go back to this store! Consider going somewhere else for your Christmas shopping!

Love this store for upscale cooking supplies, dining accessories, seasonal and gourmet food offerings. Jill is a wonderful sales associate who took time to tell us about their discount program and recommend some additional items to us. All staff are well trained, friendly, with great product knowledge. Today we got pumpkin shaped marshmallows!

Love Williams Sonoma but this store is the perfect example of how an individual can contribute to the demise of a brand. I purchased a Pizza Stone online 11/14/2019. It arrives to my home 11/15/2019. It was rusted completely. I decided to bring the item to the store on 11/16/2019 since errands brought me to the area. Akiko immediately apologized for the condition of the item and took me to other options pointing out the differences and benefits. She approaches the manager about how to handle the exchange, who looks at the item and arrogantly states in front of me, “I’m not taking that back here. I don’t know how long they had this item”. I stepped in and reply. “I’m sorry your return policy allows me to return in store. This item was ordered 2 days ago. Never used and shipped yesterday” (and showed him the delivery confirmation on my phone) at which point he then tells me relax. Completely arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional. This is not the service this brand warrants. Perhaps it was my relaxed attire, perhaps my complexion but either way, the behavior was not congruent to the customary Williams Sonoma experience. Corporations wonder why brick and mortar stores die. People like Jason exemplify why.
