DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The customer service is beyond RUDE and the quality of the products are all cheap!! A lot of the items are overpriced and above all the male cashier is horrible and should not be physically dealing with ppl. Very hostile in nature and I can bet that he is a repeat offender to his customers! THERE ARE MANY OTHER LICENSED DISNEY DEALERS IN THE KISSIMMEE AREA THAT SELL QUALITY ITEMS AT A DECENT IF NOT CHEAPER THAN THIS STORES PRICES!! I pray that no one spends money here as I am a stickler on being treated fairly and human,especially when I’m spending my own hard worked money. Please take your children to a store where they are respected and the employees have integrity and take pride in their store. The store looked like a garage sale inside! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Went into the store to shop around with my service dog and was questioned by the owner of the dog was a service dog even though she had her vest on clearly announcing she’s working. Then they proceeded to ask what my disability was which is illegal to do! When we left the store the owner had said something to another person with her who then proceeded to record us walking out and laughing, when I confronted him asking if he is really recording me he started to raise his voice saying we are not aloud in the store with animals which I replied she is a service animal and how illegal they are to be asking what the disability is. Extremely rude and not welcoming. I will be reporting their business.

Horrible customer service today. The guy with the glasses at the front with the grey hair was very rude to me and my stepdaughters. First off when we approached the counter, they were having a heated discussion. No one stopped to help us and ring up all the items we wanted to purchase. Then the guy was rude and threw my shot glasses in my suitcases. I told him to be careful because I had shot glasses and he didn’t say anything but NEXT! My stepdaughter let him know that he charged her a extra couple bucks on a pair of shorts and he immediately caught an attitude with her. Bottom line, if you do decide to go here, make sure you check your receipt to ensure they charge you the correct price. If I come back to Florida we will NOT be retuning to this gift shop.

Amazing store great prices and Disney.

This store has deceptive business practices and is shady. I spent an hour in the store shopping for gifts and grabbed 2 shirts that were part of a bogo half off. When I went to cash out, they pulled the sign down from the shirts and tried to charge me full price. I advised the lady they took the sign down in the hour I was in the store and she wouldnt honor the price. This is deceptive business practices and I ended up leaving with nothing. I will not patronize a store who is deceptive in their sales. Im going to a different gift shop and wouldnt suggest anyone to shop here

Website stated it closes at midnight. When I arrived nearly half an hour before closing it was locked up. Employees walked out a few minutes later still before announced closing time and didnt even acknowledge me.

Avoid if you’re looking for a grocer with groceries. They had Pokémon cards at the register. Had to get some for the kiddo. Frickin counterfeit Pokémon cards 😱. Publix is a little further but worth it.

Went to this store lady rang me up for 9 keychains when in fact I purchase 8. While checking my receipt noticed I was charged for 1 extra went back to store and the lady accused me of lying and stealing a keychain. I asked for her to go review the camera as I can guarantee the keychain was never bagged. Once the gentlemen comes to ask what happened and the other customers approach she lies about accusing “I never said that ma’am” Then tried to tell me no refunds when it wasn’t my mistake. The gentleman ended up fixing the mistake for the error and tried to gift me two keychains which I returned to him as I do not expect a handout or anything free. I expect what I paid for with my hard earned money. Never again in my life would I purchase or go near this disgusting place who rather attempt to humiliate or accuse their customer instead of reviewing the facts (camera)! If I could give zero to negative star rating I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go to international drive instead.

I was in the area for business and stopped in to look for something to buy from my wife and daughter. The store was very clean and well organized. The staff there was very courteous and helpful. They had a great selection of gifts, including some really nice Disney gifts, one of which I purchased for my daughter. They also had a surprisingly good selection of clothes and were very helpful in finding the perfect item for my wife. I would definitely recommend shopping there.

Cheap, recalled merchandise sold at park prices. Processed, near-outdated food sold at triple the price you could get it at a pharmacy (which is about twice as much as youd get it in a grocery). An old, beaten speaker in the corner blaring garbage tunes or orchestra at random.Comic sans EVERYWHERE.What could possibly go wrong?

My daughter was trying to purchace a box of Cheez-Its and the price on the box clearly reads $2.99. The cashier charged my 10 year old daughter $7.99 and the price added up to $8.51 after not being able to decide whether or not to tax the food item. After my wife went to the cashier to retrieve my young daughter’s money the lady behind the register said that the item must be on clearance because it expires next month. Watch out for this store that they may try to take advantage of another child’s money again.

Slightly inflated prices I vs say Walmart 5mins away, but location is convenient to walk to from hotels near by.

I was under the impression (by the name) this was a grocery store. Its a gift ship with aisles of food. Think gas station amounts of food. I was able to get what I needed, but wished I knew it wasnt a supermarket (so I would have had more choices)

This is not a grocery store. There are a very few groceries in the very back of the store. But it is mostly Disney souvenirs.

Get away from this place !!! The owner of the store treated me very badly !!! He came to the point of looking at me because I told my wife that Nesquik was much more expensive than at Wallgreens, almost double the price. When I picked up my receipt while I looked at the receipt and my wife picked out some more keyrings, he looked at me and said what i was looking at ? Whats the problema - he said to me. The receipt is mine and I look what i want . How I speak english very badly, he continue : any problems there ?? Huh ? I tink that he should treat the tourist better, especially since he is also a foreigner (Pakistani or something like that). Get away from that place and the MF store !!!

We visited yesterday, they have lots of Disney and Florida branded souvenirs, the prices however seemed to be very high especially when they will add a sales tax at the checkout.
